SANDY FEET is a newly renovated & furnished, single-family home with private heated pool in the heart of Sarasota. The home is 5 miles to the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a large open living & dining area.

The fully enclosed outdoor space offers a brand new saltwater pool with lounge chairs, an in-pool umbrella holder, outdoor seating and dining area & a BBQ grill.
A basketball hoop, foosball table, corn hole, board games, books and pop-up soccer goals keep everyone in the family entertained.

SANDY FEET is 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, #1 beach in the USA (about a 15 min drive).

FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE:

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool and BBQ grill. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.
Pool alarms are installed at all windows and guests can choose to use them (replacement batteries are provided).

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

The UPPER BUNK BED has a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs. For safety purposes, only ONE person may sleep on the upper bunk. 2 people may sleep on the lower bunk, and 1 person on the twin-sized trundle bed.

NO DOGS OR PETS are allowed in the home.

DUNKING AND HANGING on the rims of the basketball hoops (pool and front plaza) is PROHIBITED.

GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE to the property or items within the property and will be charged for repair or replacement accordingly.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING CHARGES may apply if home is left in a very dirty/messy condition, including but not limited to a dirty BBQ grill ($50), peed and stained beds, odors, etc.

SERVICE CALLS which find no evidence of an issue will be billed to the guest who requested the service.
