Kitchen was well stocked for a cooking family with great proximity to the beach and town. The hot tub was well maintained and close to the house to avoid wind and be convenient. Bathroom and laundry room was ideal for so close to the beach. The bedrooms afforded comfort and space for the entire family. My family would definitely return for another Holiday at this location.

Love this place. The Casita was awesome to have as another private space. Our kids loved the bunk room. Proximity to the beach was great!

Wonderful view and clean house! Had everything you could need for cooking a meal at home or you can take a quick walk into town for some great food! The host was great and very very responsive!Highly recommend the short drive to the Porchlight for some pizza (Bonus points because they have a dairy free option)!We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a wonderful week at Manzanita Waves. The house is located just steps from the beach as well as easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We had a preschooler who had fun at the playground nearby. The hot tub is always warm, which we took advantage of. Our family of 6 appreciated the spaciousness. For those who plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is well equipped. Missy’s pre-trip directions were excellent, and she checked in with us to make sure things were going smoothly.

This was our second stay at the Waves House and we have to say that it never disappoints. In fact, we appreciated it even more so on this trip to the Oregon Coast. Missy and Miriam are excellent hosts, highly responsive and eager to accommodate across the board. It’s a wonderful property. We look forward to our next visit to Manzanita.

Our second winter stay at the Waves House. Excellent for storm watching. Clean, warm and a quick walk to the beach between squalls. A large well equipped kitchen in which to simmer soup and bake a Willamette Vally pie.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful and Missy was very responsive…we had a bit of trouble with the key pad to enter the home and she answered her phone right away and helped us trouble shoot. We would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

The location and the house were perfect for our family's stay in Manzanita. Very relaxing atmosphere and the sunsets are breathtaking from the beach back porch and the hot tub.

Great stay

Our friend group had a wonderful time and took full advantage of well stocked kitchen. We made all of our meals and the kitchen was great for a crew.

Awesome family trip

We stayed with or 5 grandkids and it exceeded our expectations from location to thoughtful design and cleanliness and above all thoughtful accommodations from kitchen equipment to towels and bedding. The proximity to the beach is exceptional and leads to a repeat family trip.

Lovely stay!

Easily one of our favorite beach homes we’ve stayed at on the Oregon Coast! Comfort at each level, nice quality furniture & beds, thoughtful layout & ample space for a group! The teenagers LOVED having their own space in the casita!
