Went to Manzanita to celebrate a special birthday with an old College friend. Am quite familiar with the Oregon Coast . . . but wanted a stay away from crowds of people and on the Beach with easy walk to the water. Manzanita was perfect and our stay was memorable. Our rental was immaculate and lovely; kitchen was stocked with everything we needed; view was amazing. The shops and people in Manzanita were such a pleasure to stroll through and visit with. Easy check in and check out. We will be back.

We ask guests to strip the beds they used and start a load of towels or linens to help our housekeeping team prepare the home for incoming guests during our busy turnover days. We understand this isn't something every vacation rental requires, and we appreciate your willingness to help. As for checkout time, we know 11:00 a.m. can be more convenient. During the busy season, our housekeeping team has a limited window to thoroughly clean and inspect homes before the next guests arrive, so our 10:00 a.m. checkout helps us maintain the high standards our guests expect. I booked this ocean front home for my son's 50th birthday. He and I agreed this was the nicest and cleanest rental property ever. The view of the ocean and sunset were relaxing. I'd stay here anytime of the year.

Great Beachfront Duplex

Great roomy lower duplex unit for couple or family stay. If you have a pet just know that owner includes damage waiver in host charges. We didn't know that so bought the VRBO damage waiver.

It is on the coast, offering stunning views from the deck and the living area with a very short stroll to the beach. It is also a short walk from downtown, making for great morning dog walks to get a coffee and explore. I hope to stay there again soon.My family also appreciated how well equipped the space was, it had everything we needed and more for cooking dinners over a week stay.

Perfect location, with great views of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. The house is immaculate & comfortable. It is not right in the town center, but still close to everything. Great for a dog that tends to bark at other passing dogs. Jeffie & the management staff are very helpful & efficient.

There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 smaller children and 2 dogs. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. And how can you go wrong with the beach right outside your door. The property managers are quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.
