Or do you prefer playground fun with the kids? A round of golf at the Manzanita Links golf course, or the perfect view of the 8th fairway and green from the backyard? A spa visit? Casual or formal dining? Enticing window shopping at eclectic shops? They’re all a short walk away, making this a terrific launchpad for your coastal visit with family and friends—everyone can do their own thing without negotiating over the car!

You’ll be able to invite extra people to join you on your North Coast stay, since additional beds—in an office and on a landing—give you extra spots for guests. They’ll all enjoy the fresh new furnishings and beautiful details in this charming home, from hardwood flooring to vaulted ceilings. The living room features a stone hearth and gas fireplace, views of the pretty backyard from floor-to-ceiling windows, and a flat-screen, wall-mounted TV. A dining table for six that has leaves that extend to dining for 12, you can find 8 folding chairs in the the garage. Dining table faces the elegant kitchen, with its sleek cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and gas range. Relaxing Stay

Walking distance to restaurants and shops, comfy beds, cute backyard, and well- equipped kitchen. The value for this stay was good for the quality of the property. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful cozy clean home

Short stay for 2 nights, house was well equipped & well kept! Not much restaurant choice in manzanita, but centrally located for all sight seeing!

Family Gathering

Our extended family got together in Manzanita post-Christmas and had a fantastic stay. House was perfect layout for 3 families including young kids - and perfect location with easy walk to beach and town. Hope to return soon.

Great location

Great place to stay! Close walk to beach and main strip with shops. We love Manzanita! We stayed there for the week and the only thing I can say that would of been better was more garbage bags, tp and paper towels, we ran out of everything.

Great Birthday Weekend

The house was super comfortable. Fit all 12 ladies! Loved the backyard firepit and beach access gave us an excuse to be active! Would definitely rent this house again!

Manzanita haven

We loved this house it was so organized, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect for a family. Short walk to the beach and kitty corner to the park. About two blocks from all the fun of downtown. We will stay here again! My favorite house we have booked In Manzanita and we come here every few years. This is our new Favorite place to stay!!!!

Beach getaway

Very comfortable. Not everyone was able to join us this time. Hopefully we can plan a future visit with all of us. The weather wasn't the best but we enjoyed this getaway any way.

Excellent stay

Everything was great. Only complaint was with the property management company. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in and because they timed the automatic door lock to exactly check-in time, we had to sit outside for 15 minutes. A little flexibility would be nice. If the place is ready, why not set the lock to earlier?

We LOVE this property!

My YaYa girlfriends kidnapped me last year for a beach getaway after my husband died. Sadly, another of us lost her husband this past year, and we did the same for her. This house is perfect for nesting - beautifully decorated, laid out (even a primary suite of the first floor for one less mobile), every kitchen supply one could want. We could cook and eat and talk all in the big space yet each had our own private space too. Short walk to downtown Manzanita for delightful shops (and margarita's!). We plan to come back every year, hopefully not just for healing.

Convenient location

Overall a great property, super convenient to the main shops in town as well as the beach. Well maintained for the most part. Main issue was related to the maintenance and cleaning. Our place was not ready at the schedule time of arrive due to a late cleaning. In addition, a bath tub was not draining properly and the trash was not taken out from the previous stay. Took a couple days to get someone out to clear out the trash. Would have a appreciated faster and more reliable turn around. Communication from their main office was fine, but maintence was less reliable.

Manzanita Charmer

This was a delightful property: a pristine home with four bedrooms, three baths, with individual thermostats in each comfortable bedroom and each bathroom. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I had ever encountered in a rental property. The tasteful artwork throughout the house added to its comfortable coziness. The living room, with its electric fireplace and comfortable couches, was perfect for after-dinner conversation. Due to the weather, we were unable to make use of the fire pit outside, but in summer weather this should definitely be a plus, along with the backyard grill. The location of the home is such that it's within easy walking distance of favorite shops and restaurants on Laneda Ave., and the beach is wonderful for long walks with beautiful vistas. This is a premium property that offers guests an exceptional Oregon coast experience.

Family Gathering

We got the group together after a four year hiatus. We had a lovely time. Seven adults had plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully appointed home. We Look forward to returning for an encore visit.

Perfect in many ways!

The location of this property couldn’t be better! We walked to the beach and walked for all of our meals. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen! The backyard is beautiful, overlooking the golf course with a substantial fire pit which we enjoyed! We will be back to this spot for sure!
