Great location-just minutes away from the Arno, the Duomo, the tram and train station. The apartment was very well appointed and included everything we could possibly need. Our hostess Claudia was the best!

A wonderful apartment in Florence that is walking distance to everything in historic district. Our host was gracious and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is beautiful and well equiped with everything you will need for your visit. Our host also included a lovely bottle of wine and container of olive oil produced on her farm, both of which we enjoyed very much. Most highly recommened.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in this beautiful apartment with so many charming details. Claudia and Silvia were excellent hosts and really took good care of us, even helping with transportation. The location is excellent, and it was nice to have a street view of the Duomo as soon as you reach the end of the street. We are glad we stayed here!

The location is perfect; everything is walking distance. The apartment has all the things you need. They also help in booking taxi. Claudia is very responsive if you need anything. Love to stay here again if we visit Florence again.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Apartment was nicely decorated, clean and very roomy. The bedrooms had comfortable beds with lots of room for clothing storage. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was fantastic to be able to walk to sights, train station, shops and restaurants. Took a fun cooking class not more than 5 minutes up the street. Our host Claudia and her helper Sylvia were fantastic and very accommodating and were right there with answers to any questions we had.

The apartment was perfect. It was comfortable, spacious and had the most wonderful Florence charm. We had a health emergency while in Florence and Claudia and team went above and beyond to do absolutely everything they can to help us with moving our things, finding transportation and temporary lodging (the apartment was booked after our stay). She checked up on us daily until he was released to travel back to the US. Its one thing to stay at a wonderful VRBO in the most perfect location but its another to have hosts that become friends.

Family vacation

We rented both apartments. They were extremely nice and we could not have found a better place to stay. The host helped with our transportation needs and was easy to communicate with. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and the central area of Florence.

Dear Claude I am surprised of your review. Viviana and I made all what we could, day and night, to assist and to help you. In 20 years it is the first time I have a 4 stars review. If you are so kind to tell me what was wrong I will be very grateful. Viviana also rented a car to collect your passport you left inside the driver's car 60 Kilometers far from Florence, No one word to say thanks. I copy and past the message I sent you the day after your arrival. "Good morning Claude I hope you had a peaceful night and slept well I heard from Viviana all the problems you have had. the loss of luggage and a passport left in the driver's car. Viviana is always available and very helpful. I hope you have appreciated the organization of a check in made in the night at 1 am and our help. the wi / fi in the apartment works perfectly and we never had any problems. last night there was a heavy storm and maybe there were problems on the line the tourist tax is due by everyone, also if you book using Airbnb the difference is that with airbnb you pay it directly when you book and it is added to your bill, with vrbo and the other portals you have to pay it at check in. We are only obliged to take it and then transfer it to the Municipality of Florence.u It is a long process and a work that we would be happy not to do. I hope that, despite the difficult beginning of your vacation (loosing first your flight connection, loosing your luggage, loosing your passport)you will enjoy your time in Florence and like the apartment and the location and our efforts to help.
