Wonderful Beach Rental - EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT!

Le Classic Summer Beach Cottage se trouve à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage avec vue sur le lac Louise. Faites de merveilleux souvenirs de famille dans cette merveilleuse maison d’été. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le porche fermé ou terminez la soirée avec un dernier verre. La maison dispose d'un parking dans la rue pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures et comprend la climatisation, une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision par câble, un barbecue au gaz extérieur, de nouveaux appareils, 5 nouvelles chaises de plage, un parasol de plage, des oreillers et des plaids. Location peut accueillir confortablement 5-7 personnes. (1 lit superposé, 1 lit jumeau, 1 lit gigogne et 1 lit gigogne). Vous serez à quelques pas de plusieurs restaurants, glaces, promenade, manèges, jeux, pêche et vie nocturne ... Pas besoin de déplacer vos voitures.

Great weekend and stay!

This house was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant! Anthony was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house fit our group perfectly.

A super location for sure but it's filthy and worn out.

I want to start by saying the property owner is super nice and he responded quickly when we had a power issue even though he was away at a wedding!!. The issue was caused by the broken hair dryer that is supplied by the property owner.The handyman was there in the AM and he arrived right on time. The power issue was quickly fixed. We were greeted by a trash bag of dirty bed covers. There are no linens I.E. hand towels, dish towels ect. of any kind and no bath mats. We purchased bath mats and mattress covers to use during our stay. Trust me, you'll need them.The entire homes smells strongly of must and mildew.The carpets are filthy and stained as is the porch furniture and the mattresses. There were sticky drink rings on the bedroom nightstand.There are no covers of any kind on any mattress. Just pee stains.They appear to be,and sleep like they are thirty years old. The fabric on the inside window benches are stained. There are stains inside the freezer. LOUD Window air units, that are plugged in with extension cords. The kitchen window glass is broken as are the screens on the porch. There is heavy mold on the right side facing shower to floor area. The bathroom floor has water leaking up through it. The threshold going into the back of the house is rotted. I have photos of every single item that I listed here if needed. The listing photos show NO WINDOW UNITS insinuating central air is present. The listing photos show a non existent wood deck as well. We were going to vacuum but it was jam packed with dirt as it hasn't been dumped ever.

Trip to point pleasant

This home was great for a week at the beach! Close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Barbecue & outdoor shower. Also, the shed has beach chairs and an umbrella!

HOUSE WAS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED NICE LONG WEEKEND .Anthony was phone call away

We went down to visit with my kids friends who where in soccer tournament and fathers day . My wife and kid loved area so close to everything ,down town ,beach , games ,rides .food anything you need . House was just as listed clean very cute yard and street parking with parking passes included .ill be renting again thank you .

Home away from home with a better view

We had an amazing Time on our vacation the owners were so responsive and informative about what goes on in the area and suggestions everything was in walking distance we had a beautiful view the home was cozy and comfortable and was great adjustment for a special needs son his first vacation sleepover and because of the home setting and surroundings it went absolutely perfect can’t say enough about it and will definitely make it an annual trip

Nice location

The neighborhood was nice and quiet which made for a relaxing stay. Easy bike ride to the beach and boardwalk. The house was well equipped which is always helpful.

Stay at rustic cottage

We stayed for 1 week at the rustic red cabin. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house very well appointed - everything you need is provided. This was my first time at the Jersey Shore and it was a little to rustic for me. My children had a blast but I would not return due to lack of central air (window a/c units were old, ill-fitting and loud) and the small double bed in one of the rooms that sleeps two. It may have been my mistake to miss the info in the listing, but the beds are 3 twins and a double. The double bed was very difficult for 2 adults to fit (I assumed it was a queen).

Great time at Point Pleasant Beach

The house was exactly what I wanted, a charming and original beach house from yesteryear. The property had everything to fulfill our needs. I spent most of the time on the front, screened-in porch.

Very solid place. Top to bottom.

Great little place in the perfect spot to get to the Beach & Boardwalk or hit the town. I had 5 adults in my group and we were all comfortable. The house has a nice sunporch, an outdoor shower (helps offset single bathroom), a grill, and beach supplies on hand. Would 100% book it again.

Classic Jersey Shore Cottage

Location couldn’t be better. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Outdoor patio with grill gives you the extra space the kitchen doesn’t have. I would definitely rent this house on a future trip back home to Jersey shore.

I’ll summarize it by saying it is exactly what you would want in a beach house! Close to the beach and the center of town in a neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous homes. I’d call this rental an A++

Nice beach home in a great location

The house was in a great location and had a nice outdoor patio to have food and drinks. The owners were excellent communicators and offered great hospitality. I would rent this property again!

The house was exactly as stated, the check in process was super simple. Any questions I had or any time I contacted Anthony and his wife, they were extremely responsive. The house is blocks from the beach which makes this house an even more desirable stay. The cleanliness of the home was outstanding. Whatever we needed whether it was grilling utensils, bowls, cups, etc. there were more than enough. Do yourself a favor and check this rental home out yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Peaceful Lakeview Adorable Cottage

My wife & I spent the week with our two children 5 and 1 and we had an amazing week. Our 5 yr old especially loved the bunk beds & Outdoor Shower. The homeowners are local and are extremely pleasant and easy to work with and communicate with too. We will happily look to stay in this adorable cottage again!

Although a small cottage the house was very clean and efficiently designed. We enjoyed sitting out on the screen on the front porch that has a view of the lake.

Charming and sweet family cottage
