Appartement charmant, entièrement climatisé proche du jardin des Tuileries, du Louvre et de la très chic rue St Honoré.
Cet appartement est localisé dans une rue calme au 5ème étage, avec ascenseur, plein ouest et très lumineux.

Superficie de 40m2, très fonctionnelle. Les fenêtres sont en double vitrage.

Il se compose d'une entrée qui dessert:

- Salle de bain avec baignoire / douche ainsi que les toilettes et la machine à laver.

Fantastic apartment in the great of Paris

We enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment so much. Louis and Paolo were the perfect hosts. They helped arrange transportation from the airport, showed us around the neighborhood, made restaurant recommendations and even gave us some tips for the next place we were visiting in France. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The location is amazing - right next to the Louvre, Jardin de Tuileries and Musée d’Orsay. Great to have air conditioning, fast WiFi and black out blinds. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Outstanding Paris Stay!!

Thanks to Louis for ensuring our 6 day stay in the best location in Paris was so enjoyable. The apartment is very secure and has all of the amenities that we needed (washer, coffee machine (individual coffee pods included) were useful). Louis met us at the apartment to provide and orientation to the apartment, local area, and transportation options/recommendations. Louis was very responsive via VRBO and WhatsApp throughout our stay. Metro station was a 3 minute walk away. Tuileries Garden Park is a 5 minute walk and the Louvre Museum is approximately a 20 minute walk. Large number of restaurants/food vendors to meet all desires within 20 minute walk. We used a combination of Metro and Uber and both worked equally well. In this location, you get to easily experience the beauty and history of Paris. Note that when you arrive there is a check-in fee payable in Euros that not included in the room charge. My only recommendation is to just include in the apartment rental fee.

Wonderful property and location

After a last minute cancellation by another property, I’m so happy to have found this perfect little apartment. It was a great location, less than a mile from both the Louvre and Sainte-Chapelle, and right around the corner from great shopping (Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent) as well as great little cafes. It was on an adorable street above a flower shop, that had the most beautiful flowers out every morning. And Louis was the absolute best host! He met us at the apartment to show us how things worked, gave us great recommendations for places to shop and eat, and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant where we tried escargot for the first time. The place itself didn’t look like you’d need a reservation, but 20 minutes after we showed up, it was packed, and the food was great! He checked in on us to make sure we were settled, and you can tell he really loves his job. Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay there again!

Charming apartment in a perfect location

We felt very comfortable in this charming little apartment. Louis was the perfect host and took very good care of us. The location is ideal and the mini-balcony overlooking the Tuileries and Musée d'Orsay is the perfect spot for a glass of champagne on a warm summer evening.

Great location for summer in Paris

We (husband, wife, and teen son) stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in early August. The apartment is not large, but it was enough for the three of us to relax, prepare a few small meals, and sleep in between trips to see the tourist sites. The location is very close to the Tuileries stop on the M1 line and convenient to the Metro and buses along rue de Opera as well. The AC in the apartment works well and the elevator (small and slow) was functional. The biggest issue, solved by closing the windows and turning on the AC, is the noise at night (loud talking/yelling as people hang out before and after going to the club/bar) and noise in the morning (garbage truck in the street for 10-60 minutes most mornings). Overall, the apartment was a good value and we would consider renting again for future trips to Paris.

A one minute walk to the Louvre and the Tuileries, this luxury apartment has everything for a wonderful visit to Paris! Louis is incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to return for a month!

A wonderful apartment in a great location

The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and relatively modern, and located in a secure building just a short walk to the Louvre. Food shops and numerous cafes were all nearby. Both Louis & Paolo were extremely helpful. They personally handled the check in process and also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We'll be going back here!

A wonderful place in a wonderful location in the most wonderful city

The apartment was everything we hoped for and then some. Comfortable, elegant, well equipped, very spacious particularly for Paris, and in a fantastic location to explore the city centre. Lovely home away from home. Wonderful views, comfortable, spacious sitting room, and shutters that made the bedrooms silent, totally dark and wonderfully cool when you needed them to be. Everything was first class.

Wonderful location near the Tuileries.

The apartment was light and airy and had plenty of room. Everything was just as pictured, and the location was marvelous--very close to shopping, museums and the metro. We will certainly stay there again!

Perfect Family Paris Accommodations

This rental provided perfect accommodations for our family of four which included 2 young children. The location can’t be beat and the service and communication provided by Eric and Louis are second to none. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk to the gardens and several other attractions in the area. The AC provided so much comfort to us during some warm August days and nights. We look forward to staying in this rental again on our next adventure to Paris. The rental is exactly as advertised and the pictures are very representative of the rental.

Great property from start to finish

It's in a fantastic location right near Tuileries Garden, the Louvre, and just steps from the Tuileries metro station. Safe and clean, with a small grocery store around the corner, many restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance, and a 45 minute pleasant walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower. Good communication with the property manager, and the person meeting us was friendly and helpful. (Though the 80 Euro additional fee for check-in seemed unnecessary, especially right in the middle of the afternoon.) The building is secure, with a front door keypad and lobby door fob. Having the apartment on the top floor is great for privacy and quiet, and provides a nice view when stepping out onto the small balconies. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and modern, with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer (no dryer), TV/DVD in the living room and one bedroom, and WiFi. And the air conditioning was great to have during the hot summer days! The layout is perfect for families. It's basically a "U" shape, with each bedroom in the end wings and the common areas in the middle. One bedroom has one large bed, the other two twins, each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and a third full bathroom is in the common area. The only thing that tripped us up was that the bedroom showers have no partition or curtain to prevent water from spraying onto the floor. Maybe we were just not able to figure out the proper technique! We would definitely seek out this property again on a future trip.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is in a perfect location for seeing major sights and accessing metro. Louis was attentive about checking in with us to make sure we were fine and offer recommendations. Eric handled our check in and provided all the information for the apartment. It was perfectly cool when it was hot out. The view from the small balconies is lovely. You will not be disappointed.

Great property and location

The flat was just as advertised and was in a perfect location in the center of Paris. Walking distance to most of the major sites (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Siene River, etc). There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby as well as chocolate shops, bakeries, wine stores, butcher, and grocery store within a block or two but it is such a central location we explored a bit. The pictures don't do justice to the amount of space...our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out (the reason we use vbro vs hotels). The air condition was nice as it was unseasonably warm a couple of the days we visited. There is a clothes washer which came in handy and allowed us to travel with less (but there is drying rack instead of a dryer...maybe a European thing but was fine as we only needed to use it a few times). Louis showed us the flat when we arrived and explained some of the nearby stores. He was also in contact with us daily with restaurant recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

From start to finish this was a great apartment. Louis was helpful from the beginning of our reservation right until we were leaving. The apartment is in a perfect location for walking to major museums and city center or catching the metros. Lots of delicious restaurants in the area and a small grocery store around the corner if you want to cook in. The interior of the apartment was comfortable and well equipped.

Very Comfortable and Great Location

Great location just off Tuileries Gardens and easy walk to all major monuments. 2 full and large bedrooms both with full bath room. Prior to our arrival we were asked if we wanted the bedrooms set up as one king size bed or 2 singles. There was a full size pull-out couch in the large living room, which we did not use, so I cannot vouch for its comfort. There is a full 3rd bathroom for anyone staying on the pull-out. Nice full kitchen. All in all a great space and location.
