Pool was lovely, never crowded or noisy.Would recommend either bringing or buying paper products if planning on doing any cooking and eatting at the pool bbqs and tanle area. All dinnerware in the condo are glass. There are no plastic or paper products to take to the pool cooking, eatting area to use.

Great location

I really enjoyed the location and the ground of this property. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Property was clean and had everything you could ask for.

Beautiful home!

Me and my husband stayed here for a week, it was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The beach is a short walk from the condo, and the pool is even closer. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful apartment

Nicely furnished, renovated, clean apartment in a very nice location - 2 minutes walking to the beach, and same to a large food store and South Kihei Road. This apartment is looking onto green garden inside the complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simple and easy describes Kihei Gardens. Simple checkin and checkout, easy parking and groceries are literally around the corner. Pool if you want but I was there for the beach which was barely a 5 minute walk. Definitely would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first time in Maui. We loved our condo. Very clean, well stocked with everything you need and more. Felt like a home away from home. Loved being so close to the pool and enjoyed our steaks on the BBQ. Shout out to Wally for helping out! Location is great. Walking distance to a supermarket, lots of restaurants and the beach to watch those beautiful sunsets! Even saw a few whales from the beach! Definitely will be back and recommend this unit for your stay in Kehei. Mahalo!

Lovely location/property, Disappointing Bed

Enjoyed the central Kihei location and easy check-in process, however, the bed was advertised as a KING, and was the main reason we chose to rent this unit for 10 nights! I didn’t get a good night’s rest most of the trip, and my wife ended up receiving numerous red bug bites on her torso, chest and arms, which looked mysteriously and unfortunately like bed bugs. The smell in the bathroom from a vent connected to a kitchen somewhere in the building often emitted a smell of fried fish or other unpleasant kitchen odors we did not expect. There was a toddler or two running laps in the unit above, not sure if they live there or happened to be renting the same 10 days, but it was thunderous and non-stop at night when we would return back to the unit. The community is a block from a lovely beach, however, a few homeless guys sleep there on or near the sand dunes on a regular basis and had I known the bed was a QUEEN, we never would have rented this unit so keep these things in mind! The owners were gracious enough to offer a 10% discount for the bed bug attack on my wife, however, we feel that is a little low considering the massive disappointment of the “mistake in marketing” per Rentals Maui. Mahalo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was easy to access and somewhat comfortable. Had a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and boogie boards but we never used the boards. Bed was nice and bathroom. Could have used more towels. There weren’t enough places to sit. One love seat sofa is not ideal for two friends - the kitchen chairs were heavy and uncomfortable too. Loved the pool and hot tub! Washer was also broken and we needed an AC which was broken. Took several txts to get it handled but they made it right. Gave us a late check out and we were still locked out A thankfully we left the back door unlocked so that was frustrating

Really nice stay

The location is very good. Close to everything you need, supermarkets, beaches, food trucks, cafes etc. The property is very clean as well.We will be back here.

Our Stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We love it and plan to rent again on our next trip if possible. The grounds and pool are lovely. Having an air conditioner in the bedroom is a big plus for us! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This condo is very “tired” and needs attention. Outdoor and dining chairs are very uncomfortable as well as the bed. Linens also need upgrading. Proximity to a great beach as well as shopping and dining is excellent. Also has a nice pool.
