Une escapade tranquille sur la baie prĂšs du Mission Bay Yacht Club, et Ă  seulement une courte promenade Ă  travers Mission Blvd Ă  Mission Beach populaire. Vous pouvez admirer les vagues de la chambre principale, puis vous retourner pour regarder les voiliers traverser Sail Bay. Notre condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain offre le meilleur des deux mondes.

Vos vacances peuvent ĂȘtre une escapade romantique ou une aventure familiale amusante. Les boutiques branchĂ©es et branchĂ©es, les cafĂ©s et les restaurants de Mission Beach et Pacific Beach sont les destinations de votre quartier. Great location. Amazing views to wake up to every morning. Coffee a 5-minute stumble away. Chris's communication and flexibility was top-notch. The bikes were a time and -saving bonus. We would stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of Mission Bay. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely in every way. Right on the bay, 2 minute walk to the ocean. Bright, spacious, comfortable furniture , and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Helpful and responsive hosts, checked in to ask if they could do anything to make our visit better. Hope to return one day!

This is our 5th year of coming to this property. Excellent location - walking distance to great restaurants. Property is well equipped and has everything needed. Kitchen well stocked and lots of kids' toys and play stuff. Property is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story condo unit so great privacy when sitting out on the bayfront patio.

Lovely property and thoughtful host

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The view is fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, which made everything so easy. The property was clean and filled with thoughtful extras that really made for a great experience. We were truly happy with all that was offered and would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely condo that is perfect location to everything. Pullout couch was surprisingly super comfortable. The hosts accommodated everything we forgot (strollers, beach chairs, boogie boards and towels) we will definitely be back. It was perfect!

We normally stay a few houses down but it wasn't available. This property didnt disappoint with the simple things available. Sand toys, chairs, bikes, boggie boards. The two things that were slightly disappointing was the lack of bath towels available. It didnt help that the unit didnt have a washer and dryer inside to wash the towels and get rid of the wet smell. Overall I would still recommend.

Visiting fron NJ to see my son in USMC

Wonderful property. Clean, extremely well stocked for activities from young children to adults. Easy checkin and out. Plenty of extra towels. Full kitchen. We loved sitting on the balcony in yhe evening. During our stay in late May no need for air conditioning as the full sliding doors open and there is a wonderful breeze that comes in off the bay.The owners are super nice and were very nice when we called for some additional information. There are many excurtions in the area. Sea World, Sunset Cliff Park, La Jolla Tide Pools, Balboa Park (go early as its hard to find parking), Belmont Park, swimming in the bay right outside your door or two blocks up tbe boardwalk and Mission Beach.The o ly suggestion I have for future visitors is to be aware of the parking spots. My sons car was a little large and it took us a few times to navigate pulling in. But once we did it was fine. I highly recommend this rental for family's, couples or a relaxing trip with friends.

Wonderful Condo!

The condo had a pretty view of the bay. The condo had many upgrades to the home, and was very clean. The owner lives across the street if I needed anything. My son ran into one of the owners and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and Quiet

We loved our stay. The view was gorgeous. The apartment had ample space for the four of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (towels, boogie boards, chairs) when we walked the short stroll to the ocean side. The pictures pretty accurately captured the space, though it actually seemed slightly more spacious than we expected. The bay side was nice and quiet. We noticed when we walked along the boardwalk on the ocean side that it was much busier and had a bit more of a party atmosphere. The bay side where the apartment is felt much quieter. The only things to be aware of is the parking space is a bit tight so larger vehicles will be harder to manage, and there were lots of ants. We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and made it work, though it was a bit of a squeeze. We also lost some food due to ants getting into packages one night, so keep things sealed up well. A few ant traps around may have helped with that. The host was also very responsive to any questions or requests we had and also responded very quickly. My daughter even bumped into one of the owners one afternoon and said she was friendly and super nice as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if we're ever planning to be in the area. This is definitely a place I can recommend.

Great location, well equipped but a bit worn

We enjoyed a short family trip to this home over fall break. A lot of positive comments for this property. Our group really appreciated the location and view of Mission Bay plus the 2 bikes that we used several times. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Also, the resident neighbor was very friendly which is not always the case with VRBO properties. A few things could be improved though. The furniture was a little worn, and the light plush carpet was dingy - understandable for a beach home, but the materials should be probably replaced with things that can be cleaned better. The primary suite is large, but the sinks are on the carpet and the shower/toilet room is a bit tight. Overall, a very nice property with great location and amenities - just a little more worn than similar rentals close by. We would stay here again, but probably not pay top dollar.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property. Well stocked! Liked being on the bayside, nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Belmont Park, stores including groceries. Chris, the host was easy to reach and left easy to follow directions and information;)

Another GREAT Week in Mission Bay

We have been coming to Mission Bay for over forty years. First many years to Lido Court but that property is now gone. Now this property at the corner of Manhattan Ct and Bayside Walk for the past four years. This property is GREAT!!. 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, nice living and fully stocked kitchen with a front deck facing the bay. Great location plus very quiet. Very clean and with everything provided, great Wi-Fi for being semi-connected while still on Vaca. My fav is the deck overlooking the peaceful bay - perfect place to read a book and enjoy a beer in full shade - does not get any better. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful stay

Awesome location, right on the bay with views of the ocean. We used their kayak, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler daily. We enjoyed being close to PB with lots of restaurants nearby and some shopping. Close walk to Belmont. We also walked to the Bahia and rented a pontoon and paddle boards. Enjoyed the luau at the Catamaran. Quick drive to La Jolla. Great communication with owners, easy check in/out. Beautiful, comfortable home. Did not want to leave!
