Great home for a group getaway. Highly recommend!This place was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The beds were king-size and super comfortable, and the kitchen was easily the best-stocked we've ever seen in a VRBO. Genuinely had everything we needed. The living area was spacious enough for eating, gaming, and just hanging out together without anyone feeling cramped.The pool and hot tub were a short walk away and a great spot to unwind. Location-wise, it couldn't be beat. Walking distance to Vons, the trolley, several restaurants, and bike rentals, plus easy parking, which made getting around a breeze.The owners were fantastic. They were very responsive, made check-in super easy, and answered our early check-in questions right away. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The place is just as promised. Great location, great hosts and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the things we needed.

Family Vacation

We love this condo and it's location. The condo is big and perfectly set up for our family with grown kids and grands. The complex is always well maintained and the pool and jacuzzis are so convenient for a soak after a hike and water play for the kids.

Beautiful Space

Beds were great, kitchen and baths nicely upgraded, near to town for convenience, pool and jacuzzi easily accessed. Owner very communicative and willing to work with you. Great place!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It has been completely remodeled throughout. We have been visiting this complex for over 30 years and this condo is the most comfortable condo I have had the pleasure of staying in.

Perfect location & a great host!

Every year our family comes from So Cal to Mammoth for the 4th of July so we have stayed all over. This location has been our favorite so far! The walk ability to everything was amazing, so much that we didn’t drive anywhere. The home has a stunning kitchen that made cooking a breeze! Fingers crossed we can stay in this property again!

GREAT CONDO…CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

Condo worked out great for 5 retired guys on our ski trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with plenty of drawer/closet space. Bathrooms had excellent shower heads and plenty of hot water. Easy 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge.

Excellent condo, just and location.

Lots of love has been put into this condo. Feels like a brand new space. Location right across from Vons and on the red and green shuttle line couldn’t be better. We stayed for over a week and the host was thoughtful enough to check in on us mid week. We’ll be back.

Check in process is automated and very easy. Same with the check out process. Unit was spacious and clean. Was great to have 3 showers. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to shops and restaurants and shuttles. Would recommend.

Great place in mammoth

Place was really spacious and great for the family. It was in a great location in mammoth. It was really clean and we loved the pool, hot tub and sauna in the community area. They also offered cable services for us which was great. The only drawbacks were they could have a couple more pots and pans for cooking with a large family but there was everything great with a blender and other appliances.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a wedding at June Lake and wanted to be in Mammoth where there is more to do. The Sherwin Property served us well. It is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to June lake and all the surrounding area venues for that matter. The Main level is nice for a larger party to gather and enjoy meals, watch tv, play a game or just chill. The upper loft accommodates several more people, sleeping fairly comfortably. The lower level where the 3 bedrooms are, is perfect for 6 people. The bathrooms are very, very tiny as far as space to get ready. But you can figure that out, even if you are getting ready for a wedding! :) Great host!

This was a great home with a spacious living space for a group to hang out. Communication was great overall, but my only main qualm with this place was that it felt poorly cleaned. The bedsheets had a lot of long pieces of hair on them which made me question if they were truly washed in between guests. There were some massive spider webs hanging from the bedroom ceiling that could not have gone unnoticed by the host/cleaner. The dishwasher was not freshly unloaded as well, which seems to be a common reset when a new guest comes to the property. The closets had a bunch of pillows and objects just thrown on the ground which felt strange. Less of a deal, but we also noticed that a bunch of their games were disorganized where pieces were scattered amongst different boxes. Overall, I wouldn't pick here again but I think as long as the host takes better care of cleanliness, the house itself is a great setup and location for the snow season.

This may have been the overall best place we’ve stayed at Mammoth in over 40 years. We come every summer with the family. It was more like a luxury hotel stay than a VRBO. The towels were refreshed in the middle of the week. The dishes were a good quality and plenty of them. The kitchen was well stalked with appliances and gadgets. There was plenty of bath shower shampoo and conditioner, as well as body wash. The TVs were smart TV’s and used You Tube TV to all the televisions. What surprised me was they provided pool towels, humidifiers and plenty of fans. The owners were gracious people with great communications.If our schedules line up we will go back there again.Thank you for a truly great stay.
