Jessica was right on top of communications and we enjoyed her comfortable home in a great neighborhood for walking around. Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit. Pool well maintained, excellent wi-fi, kitchen very well stocked. Quiet.

Perfect family spring break

We had the most wonderful time. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect size for our family of 4. The pool was so relaxing and just what our family needed to make lifetime memories. Jessica is the perfect host and the house has EVERYTHING you could need while visiting Florida. Bikes, games, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. This was a vacation our family will always cherish.

Agate’s Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The house is very clean and very well stocked, she had everything we needed and more. She even left us New Year’s props. Jessica is an excellent host and very thoughtful.We especially enjoyed the pool area and the heated pool, the water was so warm and nice. The neighborhood was also very nice. Great location lovely home very clean!My only suggestion to the host is to give future guest a grace period to get out the property Checkout is at 11am the host was knocked at the door at 11:00 want us out the property I thought was little bit much considering was day after Christmas, over all was great stay.

Cute and cozy beach home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and comfortable with such cute decor to add to the beach feel. Excellent hospitality and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The homeowner was very kind and checked in to make sure all was good. Gave great recommendations and really cared that our trip was going well. The home was great location in which Sanibel and Ft Myers beaches were easily accessible as well as Naples or Cativa for a day trip.

I'm an entrepreneur, dog lover, beach dweller and original Jersey Shore girl. I discovered Cape Coral a five years ago and knew instantly I wanted to buy a house here.

As I was driving around one day to check out this area, I made a wrong turn (or right turn as it turns out) and came across this little gem of a house with an amazing water view, in a gorgeous neighborhood. I mean, the view! I knew it was “my house” as soon as I walked in. It needed a little work, and a lot of TLC, but I knew I could make it the beach cottage I’ve always dreamed of owning. And I did.

Hurricane Ian devasted our area in 2022, but Cape Coral and our surrounding areas are coming back stronger than ever! I couldn't be happier to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to welcome you.

I love sharing this thriving gulf coast town with people and get happiness out of the vacation memories our guests create in this cozy cottage.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our neighborhood is priceless! The people, the houses, the vibe and the location are all amazing! The water view of the Caloosahatchee River and sunsets here are wonderful and we're a quick bike ride away from restaurants, bars and the yacht club beach. Our street loop is a mile round and is great for a morning or evening stroll.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our coffee and tea are complimentary and our kitchen is fully stocked! We don't charge extra to use our gas grill, bikes, or beach chairs. Our large heated pool is perfect for a day or night swim, and our lanai is the best spot to read a book, have your morning coffee, or an sip on an evening cocktail. The house has a whole-house water filter and the refrigerator water is double filtered. It's best not to drink out of the tap.

The house has an AquaPure house water filter and reverse Osmosis driking water system so the drinking water from the designated spout is 100% purified and the house water is filtered soft water, and chlorine/chemical-free.
