In April 2023, in response to one poor review about cleaning, we completely upgraded our cleaning practices and replaced the cleaning company. Our guests will be very pleased with the home's cleanliness.

Three beds, two baths, heated pool home on the gulf access, Thunderbird 8- lakes area in SW Cape Coral. It is tastefully decorated with all amenities to make your vacation memorable.

You can fish Red Snapper, drum fish, and even the occasional blacktip shark directly from the dock! Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen.

A 10-minute bike ride to the Westin resort, with many shops and restaurants.

The home was newly renovated in April 2019. Amazing views and the best location in Cape Coral. Quiet street for a good night's rest. Beautiful paved pool deck with fantastic pool overlooking incredible views of Thunderbird Lake. Fenced-in yard. Jacuzzi bathtub in Master bedroom.

Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening.

I renovated the bathrooms and painted and installed new tiles recently. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to the sun in the afternoon. A new air conditioning unit was installed in September 2019 to keep things cool. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bathtub for relaxation. Fishing poles and tackle are available for guests to fish on our saltwater lake.

Disappointing

Our stay started out by me requesting an early check in. Not only was this declined I was later informed the house would not be ready at my scheduled check in and was going to be at least an hour late. After we did finally check in the house was very hot. The A/C was set on 78. I turned the A/C down only to find out it was not working correctly and never was able to get the house below 75 during our 3 night stay. The house was obviously a rental for income and not very well taken care of. Things were worn down throughout. For example the stove had tape with photos of which knob worked which burner. The master show did not drain very well, the pool was dirty and it seemed as if there was minimal water filtration. I would not recommend this property if your expectations are something nice.

Bad experience overall

I walked into the property and it was 80 degrees duringa florida hwat wave .i checked in at 4pm. The property was missing light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors. I reached out to management and all they carrd about waa the missing light bulbs . I spoke extensively with the management.. ultimantkey i was told to chalk it up to commnication issues..dont rent this place..its really nuce place but nit really maintained and if you complain they dint care at all

Almost perfect!

Nice sized house with a beautiful view, right on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. The only issue (and it's probably only an issue for me because I cook often) is that the kitchen could use a baking dish and/or a cookie sheet or two. All communication with hosts before and during the stay was excellent. Would stay again.

I lived in this home for five years and can say this area of Cape Coral is quiet, friendly, and full of life. Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening. I renovated the bathrooms, painted, and laid new tiles for the enjoyment of my guests. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to get sun in the afternoon. A new Air conditioning unit was installed in September of last year to keep things cool. A jacuzzi bath for your relaxation in the master bedroom bathroom.
