Fantastic experience - Esperienza fantastica

The place is located in an amazing position, a couple of minutes on foot from the stairs leading to the beach and 5 minutes from the main road in the city centre. It's a lovely place for two people, with a nice terrace where it is possible to eat. The house was clean and tidy, and the property manager was very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommended. La casa é situata in una posizione ottimale, a un paio di minuti a piedi dalla scala che porta alla spiaggia e a 5 minuti dalla strada principale in centro a Tropea. È un bellissimo posto per due persone, con un terrazzo molto carino dove si può mangiare. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e ordinata e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata.

Sehr hübsches kleines Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Das kleine Apartment ist hervorragend für 1 - 2 Personen geeignet. Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig, auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe schon einmal in dieser Wohnung meinen Urlaub verbracht und komme gerne wieder. Ursula M.

It's not for everyone.

One first enters into the small kitchen area and, as pictured, is a small window and curtains, small plastic table, and two chairs. The chairs were so aged that one buckled upon use. The collected dust on the curtains easily tranfer to your fingers. Aside from the balcony there is no other sitting area than this confined space. Unless the door is left wide open the kitchen is otherwise dark. Let's take two steps up to a landing where the bathroom is located. As pictured the shower is a decent size. We found a near empty and encrusted soap dispenser bottle and an air freshener that had long been exhausted, remaining only was a crumbed wick. There is no window or fan in the bathroom so after a shower the room remains humid and moist. After any toileting, well, you get the idea. Let's now go upstairs to the bed loft and balcony. The steps are steep and treacherously narrow. We found the safest way to descend was to step sideways and to hold onto anything, including the squared handrail that is attached too close to the wall to get a firm grip on. In the loft area itself the bed dominates the floor space along with a large closet. One can access his or her side of the bed by stepping sideways. There is an overhead fan and one on the floor, but the dangling loose switch could be hazardous. We cannot comment on the balcony because we did not stay to experience it. While the unit is close to the historic center the walk there involves dodging oncoming or trailing cars as sidewalks appear and disappear and you'll find yourself in the company of moving vehicles. Overall the unit suffers from lack of attention and care. Much of the furnishings have had too much usage elsewhere before ending up here. Based on other previous high praise of the unit we booked it for six nights but abandoned it after one night and spent the rest of our time comfortably at Casa Del Sole B&B in the heart of the historic center. End of report.

IDEALE PER COPPIA

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descizione del sito. gli spazi sono giusti e pratici, splendido il terrazzo, perfetta la posizione rispetto a spiaggia, centro e negozi, possibile fare tutto a piedi anche se noi avevamo la macchina: il parcheggio si trova facilmente perchè appena fuori dalla ZTL. I proprietari cordiali e gentili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli e indicazioni.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt super und wir freuen uns nochmal dort hinzufahren

Als wir in lamezia Terme angekommen sind wurden wir angeschrieben und uns wurden die Instruktionen für die Wegbeschreibung gegeben. Alles verlief einwandfrei. Das Apartment war sauber bei Ankunft und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Terrasse ist super, Sitzmöbel sind vorhanden und auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäscheständer und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und wir hatten genug Stauraum, Schränke und Regale um unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Zwei Ventilatoren standen ebenso bereit. Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend, es waren 3 Handtücher pro Person vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Gefrierfach, somit waren immer Eiswürfel da. Die Form dafür war sich vorhanden. Die Lage des Apartments war super, in wenigen Gehminuten war man an der Treppe zum Strand oder auch in der Stadt. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche kleine Mini Märkte oder auch in 10 min Entfernung zu Fuß der größere Supermarkt. Direkt vor der Wohnung war ein rollerverleih, was auch sehr praktisch war und was wir oft genutzt haben. Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt super und wir freuen uns nochmal dort hinzufahren

IDEALE PER 2 PERSONE

L'appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa scalinata che porta alla spiaggia principale di Tropea e quindi anche dal centro stesso. Abbiamo posato l'auto nel largo antistante e non l'abbiamo toccata l'intera settimana. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone. Sono presenti a due passi negozietti di generi alimentari e vari.

Monolocale indipendente consigliato per coppie, ottima soluzione

Siamo andati sempre in vacanza scegliendo alberghi e strutture organizzate, questa volta abbiamo deciso di andare in una casa vacanza e abbiamo scelto questo monolocale. La nostra decisione è stata una scelta azzeccata perché abbiamo trovato tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno, la cucina con la possibilità di fare la colazione pranzare a qualsiasi orario noi volevamo e la possibilità di decidere cosa volevamo fare della nostra vacanza senza gli orari dell'albergo o delle strutture organizzate. La casa si è presentata al nostro arrivo pulita e ben arredata. I proprietari sono persone disponibili rispondendo sia tramite mail che telefonicamente e non facendoci sentire mai da soli durante la nostra villeggiatura. Tropea è bellissima e la consiglio a tutte le coppie che vogliono sia rilassarsi che divertirsi. Punto di forza del monolocale è la posizione rispetto ai servizi, al mare, al centro della città. Non vedo punti deboli da segnalare.

Bellissimo monolocale, volevamo allungare la nostra vacanza

Il monolocale è perfetto per una coppia, ha gli spazi e gli ambienti giusti. la posizione rispetto ai servizi, alla spiaggia è pressochè perfetta. Non ci si mette tanto per andare in centro perchè il monolocale è già in centro. Ci ritorniamo sicuro l'anno prossimo, anche perchè Tropea è allo stesso momento bella, divertente e rilassante. Si mangia bene.

Splendido Soggiorno in un monolocale adatto alle nostre esigenze

Abbiamo trascorso un periodo fantastico. 2 settimane bellissime, splendido mare, splendide passeggiate, ottima cucina e meravigliosi gelati. per quanto riguarda il monolocale era proprio quello che cercavamo, ottima posizione, sia per il centro, sia per il mare che per fare la spesa. la casa era pulita e ben arredata. la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la tv in camera con la possibilità di vedere tutti i canali disponibili e ascoltare la radio con un solo telecomando sdraiati sul letto: rilassante. per non parlare del terrazzo, bersi una birra la sera è assolutamente adorabile. rapporto qualità prezzo: ottimo

Hübsches Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es ist praktisch eingerichtet, hat ein sehr hübsches Schlafzimmer und eine schöne große Terrasse. Es eignet sich gut für ein bis zwei Personen. Der Strand und die Altstadt von Tropea sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Recommended holiday home

The welcome was great, the owner greeted us with courtesy and gave us all the information needed to live the apartment and to enjoy the city. The apartment is well furnished and has all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace.

PERFECT APARTMENT

The apartment was the right solution for us. There was everything we needed. The house on our arrival was clean and in order, towels and sheets included. The bedroom is really romantic, well ventilated and bright. In the surrounding area there was everything we needed and the apartment is really central to everything. The beach is easily reached on foot. Congratulations to the owners because they are really kind and helpful.

BELLISSIMA ESPERIENZA. CASA PULITA E OTTIMA POSIZIONE

La casa era pulitissima, curata nei particolari, mi sono sentita subito a casa e a mio agio, splendido il terrazzo. non ho mai preso l'auto perchè avevo tutto a due passi. spiaggia, negozi, piazze, tutto. io la consiglio vivamente anche perchè i propietari sono davvero gentili e cortesi, sia il giorno dell'arrivo che quello della partenza, mi hanno espresso fiducia e questo è importante per me. Sono stata anche fortunata perchè ho trovato bellissimo tempo.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die schöne und saubere Wohnung im Zentrum Tropeas verteilt sich auf 3 Ebenen und bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten, zum einen in der Küche und zum anderen auf der großen Dach-Terasse. Leider haben wir eine gemütliche Couch vermisst, konnten aber auch auf dem großen Bett abends mal ein Buch lesen oder uns entspannen. Die Küche war mit den notwendigsten Sachen, außer einer Schere und scharfen Messern ausgestattet und bot viel Raum zum Kochen und gemütlichem Beisamensein. Das Schlafzimmer als auch die Terasse befinden sich im 3. Stock und waren durch eine steile Treppe gut begehbar, jedoch musste man bei Nacht besonders vorsichtig sein. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfrage haben wir sogar einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Bahnhof in Tropea erhalten. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, da sie sehr zental liegt und von der Altstadt Tropeas als auch vom Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strandcafés, Einkaufsläden und der Hafen waren alle in unmittelbarer Nähe und ohne Probleme zu finden. Ausflüge zum Capo Vaticano oder zum Stromboli kann man vor Ort buchen oder selbst organisieren. Eine Autovermietung befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und ein entspannter Aufenthalt in Tropea. Vielen Dank.

A very cosy apartment. Superb situated in Tropea

We have enjoyed our stay in this little, bur very cosy apartment. Specially we likes the beautiful terrasse. You are just a few steps away from the center of the lively old town center. A really nice and exciting old town with lots of narrow winding alleys. And a stunning view over the Mare Tirreno. You are also a few steps away from beautiful beaches. You have to be prepared for some steep stairs inside the house and the kitchen is OK, but not too well equipped. A very nice bedroom upstairs. The neigbours were very friendly. The host was also very friendly. We recommend a trip to Isola Stromboli and Panarea. Also spend a day crossing "the toe" of Calabria. A very beautiful daytrip. All in all, we liked the apartment and the Province of Calabria very much. For those who speaks italian. Be prepared that "Calabrese" and italian is not the same language We might very well use this apartment again. Inger and Ole from Denmark

casa bella, ottima per 2 persone

La casa è bella. Pulita, ordinata, tv satellitare. Si può mangiare sia in cucina che in terrazza. Silenziosa la notte ma vicinissima al centro e alla spiaggia. nessun problema con il parcheggio. I propietari ci hanno dato i consigli giusti su spiagge e ristoranti. Ho un buon ricordo di tutto.

Siamo Stati benissimo. Tropea è bellissima

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa al nostro arrivo era pulitissima. ben poszionata rispetto ai servizi primari. la spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi cosi come sono state facili le passeggiate nel centro storico tra le vie di Tropea. noi abbiamo preferito anche visitare le località vicine e ci siamo divertit tantissimo. io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trovato molto romantico il monolocale, un ambiente davvero molto carino e confortevole. i proprietari davero brave persone.

Sono Stato Benissimo IDEALE il monolocale OK

Siamo stati io e la mia ragazza per una settimana. Dire che Tropea è bellissima, fantastica, una cittadina a misura di turista è verissimo. Il monolocale fantastico, tv satellitare in camera dove poter guardare comodamente a letto sia la tv che ascoltare musica, ottimo per rilassarsi. mi è piaciuta tantissimo la terrazza, di sera è fantastico bere vino. il resto tutto ok. i proprietari gentili e cortesi e tutto quello che ci hanno promesso di farci trovare in casa è tutto vero. Quando si dice proprio una bella vacanza

Ottima locazione

Appartamento piccolo ma completo di tutto, zona strategica vicinissimo al centro e alla scalinata che porta al mare. Via commerciale sotto casa. Proprietari gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente!
