We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house. They were just worried that we had a BIG party and I am a little bit upset about receiving text messages that the neighbors will call the police. We are very responsible people and everywhere we stay and every year we do this we have a very positive feedback from the owners. I hope we can do business again next year because you have a very spacious property. Again I will say Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! THE HOUSE IS VERY NICE

Thank you for your kind comments about the house. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and found it spacious and comfortable. Our concern during the stay was not simply that you had a gathering, but that the listing clearly states that parties are not permitted and limits the property to 6 vehicles. During the stay, there were well over 16 vehicles on site, which was significantly beyond the agreed limit. We also found multiple spills throughout the patio area, broken pool cues, and games with missing pieces afterward. When we noticed the number of vehicles and became concerned about what was happening at the property, we reached out to you by email to better understand the situation, but we did not receive a response. Our subsequent messages regarding the neighbors were intended to address the situation before it escalated. We appreciate your positive comments about the home and wish you the best in your future travels.

Excellent property for our extended family retreat, from grandparents to newborns. Between the pool, hot tub, patio seating, loungers, and endless games in the garage, there was something for everyone. The location is also great in close proximity to SLO, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, etc. You’ll find everything you need a short drive away or via DoorDash. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future, perhaps with the other side of the extended family.

Better than advertised

We rent a lot of really nice houses and this was easily one of our favorites. They have seriously thought of everything and our stay was beyond enjoyable. Highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Beautiful house with so many amenities!

This was the perfect place for our annual cousins reunion! Lots of space, great views, well-stocked kitchen, and the pool, hot tub, and games meant that there was always something for everyone to do.

Excellent stay!

The house and the property were beautiful! The location was great (close to wineries as well as town). Some wonderful hikes within 30min. We had fun playing pool as well as frisbee golf. Definitely be back!

The perfect getaway!

Went for a girls trip, and this place checked all the boxes! It was spacious, very clean, had beautiful views, and was full of activities. We loved every second, and would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us!

Nice large home and pool

We enjoyed our stay in Templeton. The home is spacious with many common areas. The pool is great and cozy. Our kids enjoyed all of the toys and play structures. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed strolling the neighborhood.

This was such an amazing weekend getaway. The house was perfect for all 15 of us. The home and property are absolutely gorgeous and the owners thought of everything. We will be back!

Gorgeous and comfortable home, surpassed expectations

I booked this lovely home for my sister’s bachelorette party. It was absolutely perfect - large open common rooms, comfortable beds, lovely pool and jacuzzi, views of the rolling Paso hills. You can tell this is a home and not just a rental - well stocked kitchen and lovely amenities.

Family Vacation

This property was the best mix of size, location, and amenities. Our youngest was 8 years old and our oldest was 97 years old. We all loved spending time hanging out by the pool, living room, and game room. It was great quality time.

Family get together

First time wine tasting in the Paso area and we couldn't have chosen a better house! This house is so beautiful inside and out. Adults and children had so much fun! There's so much to do in the house to keep all ages entertained! Very satisfied!

Frontier Farm House

The property was great and well maintained. The grandkids had a an amazing time in the garage game room. It kept them occupied for hours. The pool and the views from the patio and pool deck were wonderful. Everyone is asking when we're going back.

Great Home for Family

We enjoyed this home with 3 families. There was a king bed for each couple; and then the bunk room and 2 more queens for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the large pool, great lawn space (kickball, basketball, golf), big driveway (scooters and trikes) and the game room. The table fit us all for a family dinner each night too. We all want to go back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
