- Accessibility Notice: While we welcome all guests, please be aware that the property is not designed for those with mobility challenges and does not include handicap-accessible amenities.
- You will receive a code for the front door keypad. Press each number listening for a beep and then press and hold the "unlock" icon for entrance. Do the same to lock the house when leaving.
- Pet Fee: $100 per pet.
- Additional Guest Fee: $35 per additional adult or child per night beyond the first 16 guests
- The pool is seasonal and not heated. Available for use between June 15th and October 1st -- unless of course you enjoy polar bear plunges :)
- Confetti is very damaging to the property, the pool, and overall plumbing so there will be a fee of $150 for confetti cleanup and removal if found.
- The home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair to accommodate you and your little ones!
