Cette propriété partage une cour avec les propriétaires. Il comprend une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire, un bain à remous, un espace commun. La première chambre a un lit king, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Salon a 2 canapés, un qui se transforme en un lit de taille normale. Il y a une véranda avec moustiquaire sur le porche et la maison est dans une rue sans issue. Très calme. Les propriétaires ont des vélos sur place et ont également des chaises de plage, des serviettes et un buggy de plage pour transporter toutes vos affaires. Des serviettes et même des articles de toilette sont disponibles pour votre commodité. Les propriétaires veulent que vous passiez des vacances inoubliables et sont disponibles pour répondre à vos questions. Cette maison a de l'eau de puits mais se convertit en eau de ville en été. Il y a une cuisine de bonne taille mais pas de lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse à la maison. Nous sommes à 2 miles de la plage et 4 miles de l'entrée principale de Siesta Key Beach.

Everything is Provided

The host is wonderful! The place is very clean and the decor is a beach feel! There’s nothing you need to bring but some clothes. It has that many amenities. We want to come back again next summer as we already booked some trips for this summer. Thank you again Vicki for a terrific birthday getaway!

Awesome, family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

We loved our stay. It accommodated our family of five perfectly. We loved the front porch and the pool/outdoor space in the back. The hosts provided everything we needed for trips to the beach. The location is ideal and within a short drive from so many fabulous beaches, restaurants, fun shopping areas, and more. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Great cottage!

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. The cottage is in a good location; nice and quiet. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need in case you forgot something. The owners are very nice and responsive. We would stay again for sure!

Weekend Get Away

Communication with owner was easy and pleasant, kept us very informed. We were only at property for 2 nights. House was well taken care of and very clean. The west coast of Florida had recently gone through a terrible hurricane and we could see they have worked hard to make sure the property was in shape and ready for guest.

Great experience - 100% would stay here again

The property was even nicer than expected! It was decorated really nice and since we stayed closer to the holidays there was beautiful and festive holiday décor up too. Everything looked really clean and fresh. There were plenty of spaces for sleeping and the entire house (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms) were fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. From towels to blankets, to robes, to toiletries -- it was all there for your use. I would 100% stay here again. My only additional comments are to be weary of the step between the kitchen and the dining area -- my mom didn't see it and tripped/fell the first night of our stay. Also, make sure to keep the floors & counters clean (which thankfully the host made sure to tell us in advance) as we did see a couple ants after dinner time searching for crumbs. After a quick sweep of the floor and counter we didn't have any other ant problems.

Absolutely Amazing

If I could rate this any higher, I would. Clean, perfect, so many included items! Literally only needed clothes. The owners are on site and could not have been any kinder or prompt with answering any questions. It was in a perfect location, close to anything you might want. Already planning our next trip back!

Underwhelming...

Dear fellow traveler, let me first say that you will not be disappointed by the quietness of the neighborhood (house is located on a dead end street), the super comfortable mattresses, and the responsiveness of the host. I certainly will give that a five star rating! However, my overall rating (three stars) is based on the fact that there is to much "stuff" in the house. Even though there is a small dresser in one of the bedrooms and a dresser/shelf in the other, both of those two furniture pieces are full with blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels. You will have no place to put your clothes and let's not talk about storing your suite cases away while staying there. There is a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, but unless you hang everything, you won't be able to put your folded clothes on the shelving since again it is full of other things. All the shelves throughout the house are full of books, games, videos etc. and the kitchen cabinets are overflowing with different sets of dishes. Like someone went to the thrift store, bought a bunch of things and put them throughout the house and in the cabinets. Also, there is no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes. Several things were not working when we arrived e.g. garbage disposal, fan in the secondary bathroom, and ice maker dispenser wouldn't stop putting out ice. I enjoy cooking but there is not one sharp knife in this kitchen. You wouldn't even be able to stab someone with it. One last thing, one of my friends wanted to sit in the hammock but it was torn. Why have something on the premisses that is broken? Risking that someone gets injured. Anyway, if you don't mind living out of your suitcase, can deal with having "stuff" everywhere, doing dishes etc. you will be fine.

Very nice owner

This property has a number of amenities, like washer and dryer with detergent, you don't always get. Owner was easy to deal with and the property was both close to the water and to an excellent Detwilers grocery.

Perfection

We loved everything about renting from Jeff and Vicki. They made sure that we didn’t need or want for anything and truly made it a home away from home. Vicki did many special things for the kids that didn’t go unnoticed and made them feel special. The pool was perfect for evenings after the beach and just to relax for the day. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Sarasota area!

Hidden oasis

Couldn’t have wished for anything more for our stay in Sarasota. The house is on a quiet dead-end street, with easy access to just about anywhere. There were four of us, so we only used the bedrooms, but could have made space for more by using the pull out couch in the living room, and two sparkling clean bathrooms. The pool in the backyard is delightful and surrounded by a variety of chairs/loungers and pool floats. The owners have added lots of items to make a guest’s stay easy - laundry, beach chairs, coolers, water bottles, etc. etc. They were very responsive and made our visit smooth and easy.

A real treat!

Our stay was perfect. The house had every extra amenity we could possibly want including a pool and hot tub. The house is located on a quiet private street. Hosts Vicki and her husband were an absolute delight! You can tell they care about their property and that your stay is great! Wish we could have stayed longer. Definite 5 stars!

Long weekend in Siesta Key

I just can't say enough good things about the property and the Owners Vicki and Jeff. The cute and cozy cottage was just as described and better in person. We explored Siesta key and Sarasota all weekend and the location couldn't have been more convenient. We had EVERYTHING we needed plus more at the house. From coolers, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, towels and even floats, we just couldn't get over how well Vicki thought everything out and provided so many thing for you to use. When we weren't at the beach my kids stayed in the pool non-stop! Vicki the owner even baked us chocolate chip cookies! It felt like we were staying with family vs. A VRBO rental. We can't wait to head back in the future!😊

Enjoyed our stay, and Vicki had all the extra amenities one could think of, from shampoos to sunscreens, coffee and condiments. We arrived late on Christmas Day and she even had the couch bed made for our kids and Christmas cookies! Thanks Vicki for a great stay.

I am a registered nurse and love to help people. We bought our house in 2015 and were sold the minute we saw the guest house! It is great for friends, relatives and eventually to be able to care for my parents when needed. Until then we have kids in college so decided to offer our place to vacationers and hope to make life long friends in the process. I will treat you like family and look forward to sharing our beautiful city. We have 2 dogs that will be in the back yard at times but mostly are inside. They are very friendly!

This guest house is on a dead end street. Very quiet place to relax and unwind. Even though it is a guest house on our property, the entrance is on a separate street with a shared back yard. You will have as much privacy as you need.

We will treat you like our family! We have beach chairs, beach cart, towels, pool, and hot tub available for your use. Anything that we have we are happy to share with you during your stay.
