Check in was a breeze. Great location. Company was easy to communicate with. Good location to the nearest elevator. The elevators were a little slow at times but that was to be expected. Plenty of dishes.

Great place!

We loved the condo and really wished the TV' would have been hooked up in the 3 Rd bedroom with the twin beds. It's the perfect location,, the view is unobstructed and breathtaking from the balcony. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely check on staying again.

We had a amazing time at RT. Everything was perfect even customer.service. They were very helpful and answered our questions. We plan to book here again next year for my 50th birthday in October..

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the dressers was broken and unable to be used, some of the plug ins did not work, and the AC vent was very dirty and covered in dust. We had to clean it for it to even blow air. Overall it was decent. The location and amenities were great & it was very quiet. I do wish the resort had more than 3 elevators because there was a line at the end of the day. I would probably stay here again

Fall Break

The property was in a fabulous location. We drove, at most, 10 miles to do all the things we wanted to do. The two areas that could be improved are the limitations on the thermostat - we would have gladly paid a reasonable fee to be able to lower the temperature. Also, since there are no ceiling fans in the rooms, box fans would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay and condo!

Great Beach and Pool

When getting to the condo it was dirty and a lot of stuff was broken. We did pick up cleaning supplies and spent the first day washing floors, dishes, counters, etc. Our tvs were not working but the facility was really great and had their own maintenance man come out and he fixed all five tvs. The warm pool was amazing, it would have been nice to have both pools heated. Overall we had a good experience. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to be right on the beach and listen to the waves.

Mouse droppings were present in kitchen drawers.Several chairs by the dining room table-were broken

Beautiful view overall condo is furnished very nice. The cleaning crew does a poor job rodents are unacceptable no one mentioned the complex was under construction the property manager acts as we renters were a lower class had a very poor attitude not a good value for the money

Steve I do not know what you mean by rodents you made no report of mice to me in the several emails we exchanged during the month you were here? Also having a very difficult time understanding why the comment " the property manager acts as we renters were a lower class had a very poor attitude" 1) I answered every email you sent in a timely manner 2) I sent you copies of emails you had lost before you arrived 3) I tried to work it out so you could extend your stay to Mar 1 and offered a 10% discount off of the winter rates -4) I worked it out to move other guests who had booked part of the time you wanted so you could stay longer -5) Then after making it work you told me due to your cancer the doctors wanted you back by Jan 1st 6) I made it work for you to stay 7) Than you had to go back by Dec 17th so I worked that out 8) Then you decided to leave Dec 4th due to your cancer and I said i was sorry you had to go. What did I do that showed a poor attitude or disrespect?

Good for the price

This condo suited my family just fine. We had a issue with only 1 sofa being a sleeper when the condo was advertised as having 2. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone about this until Monday, we arrived on Saturday, so we had to have 2 family members sleep on the floor. However the management company did bring over a air mattress Monday night. We really have no other complaints. The view was great, the tiki bar was 5 stars! The pools were very crowded but that was expected.

We included our emergency contact info n your check in instructions with directions to leave a message when you call after hours and we would have brought the air mattress sooner. The owner bought new sofas and did not tell us the 2nd one was not a sleeper but I am glad we were able to make you comfortable for the rest of your stay,

Not worth the money I paid

There definitely is hot water. The master shower faucet control can be tricky to operate and then due to the distance from the hot water heater it takes a few minutes of flow to reach that shower. There was 1/2 of a closet bifold door that was slightly off the track that was reported to us by housekeeping prior to their arrival/. A work order was established and it was replaced for these same guests . There was no call from these guests to our on call housekeeping phone number report from these guests that the condo needed any addtional cleaning.

Fun summer rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a pleasant stay again at the Regency. Things I liked great views from balcony, perfect spot for morning coffee.The unit was very spacious and clean. In suite laundry worked well. The pools were big and enjoyable, Bikini Bob's was awesome as always, food and drinks were priced well, Beach here is fantastic and water was clear,Fishing from the beach was good and we were close to marina for fishing chartes. Local area had lots to do, the best being the pontoon boat rentals. Things that could be improved, not enough cutlery in the kitchen some of the furniture is getting tired and master bedroom mattress a bit uncomfortable. Overall a good stay, but prices are getting too high for a weekly rental making me question if I will come again. Definitely a fun stay that I would recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my check in was at 4 & at 4:10 the cleaning lady was still in the room. She left around 4:30. She only mopped the living room kitchen area & in front of the door. Apparently she hadn't cleaned the master bathroom in quite some time because there was a good bit of mold on several areas in the shower. The toilet in the main bathroom was cracked. There were dirty socks left in the living room under the front of the recliner. I reported the issues to the front desk & they told me I would have to report it to the owner. we went & bought cleaning products & sprayed down the shower.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came in on Sat. 07/27/2019. Their were several things wrong with the room but had know way to call to let you know till Monday. Back sliding door handle was not working, legs on coffee table we’re loose and leg just feel off. Kitchen chair broke and a few other things but the worst was the added mouse that ate our kids cereal. I had to call twice and finally on the day before we left all things were fixed and Orkin came out thank goodness. Honestly for what we paid for this room we should not have had any problems like this at all. Do I think we should be reimbursed for our troubles? I sure do... I am also handicapped and should not have to to be subjected to all if this.

Hello Laura I am sorry you had these issues but you could have called us the day you checked in using the housekeeping and maintenace number we provided to you with your check in instructions. Also we sent you a courtesy email the next morning after you checked in asking you to contact us if there were any issues but you did not respond. The sliding glass door handle had been ordered prior to your stay but is on back order because the type needed has to be sourced. It is very unusual for a mouse to be in an 11th floor condo but when there is a lot of rain they will come in but usually only in a ground floor unit.. The resort is responsible for pest control and they scheduled Orkin to come when you called but they did not have an available appointment unit the last part of the week you were here. When they came they did not find evidence of any mice but did set traps and they still remain empty.

The condo was nice, but immediately construction started. The condo above us flooded into our condo and our sink was backed up. I wish we would've known about the loud construction that would be going on. Other wise, pool was heated and very nice grill area

The unit was very spacious with full size laundry appliances(very important). The kitchen was very equipped with everything you need for cooking. The furniture was outdated and worn, although it was enough for everyone there. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was terrible but it was only for a week. With only the few complaints the overall trip was great!

Winter 2024 visit to Panama City Beach

The Regency Towers is located within walking distance to several nice restaurants/bars. The view of the beach from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym and billiards the condo offered Being so close the the beach is by far the best attraction. The condo has everything you need, even a crockpot! The dollar store is across the street too.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at the Regency for 8 days during hurricane Idalia, she was coming in fast and strong and thankfully made an easterly turn. Our stay turned out to be great even after stressing about the storm for the first few days! The condo was perfect for us and clean! The property was also in great condition and in a perfect location. We will be back to stay here again.
