La grande cuisine et salle à manger sont parfaits pour les repas, et vous aurez hâte de se détendre en face de la grande télévision à écran plat dans la salle familiale sur la BRAND NEW SOFAS après une longue journée à la plage. Avec deux salles de bains en taille réelle, il y aura beaucoup de place pour tout le monde pour obtenir le sable à la fin de la journée. This condo was perfect for our family. The two large pools were great, Bobs bikini Bar had awesome food at low prices and the beach was beautiful as always!

Very nice condo, good location. Floors could have used a better mopping but other than that it was pretty clean. Needs more cereal size bowls and more spoons. Kitchen sink faucet needs replaced because it was hard to turn off

Perfect Birthday

This property was very well stocked and in a perfect location - we loved the corner view! Quiet at night, and family friendly during the day. Oh, did I mention the beds?! They were amazing, so so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in PCB last week! Our unit had plenty of room for our large family of 8, plus 2 of our daughters’ friends. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach, although my younger kids loved hitting the pool and hot tub every day before we went up for dinner. We also enjoyed Bikini Bob’s onsite tiki bar for frozen drinks and snacks (the fried pickles were our favorite!) Kenny responded within minutes when we had a minor issue with the dryer in our unit, and he had a service tech there to fix it within 2 hours (it was just a lint buildup). He also sent our checkin/checkout instructions in advance, along with recommendations of things to do in the area and places to eat! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and we will be back next year!

Great location and super family friendly

The location is fantastic. Condo is as described. Lots of kitchen stuff, beach toys, towels, blankets. Kenny was a fantastic host and easy to reach. Had some maintenance and cleanliness issues but overall it was a great week.

Fall Break Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as promised. We appreciated the little things like toilet paper and soap. We loved the view, and we loved the ability to close off the deck as Hurrican Ian approached. The air worked great. All and all, it was really nice.

Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The complex had plenty of fun activities, especially enjoyed karaoke by the pool and bikini bobs for drinks and lunch. Buy the souvenir cup for $9 and get free tea refills and discounted mixed drinks during your stay😊 The kids in our group really enjoyed playing volleyball with other kids from the property. The unit was nice and had pretty much everything we needed for the week. I will mention though, it seems the cleaners do not sweep and mop the floors, but we know they are crunched for time so it was no biggie. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot

I liked the property being on the beach and it had a bar/food by the pools. The only thing was the place we booked was not very clean and a lot of things in the condo were broke. The cleanliness is my thing when you pay for that when you book these places through Vrbo, which charges a lot of fees and a cleaning fee is one of them (we paid a lot to stay here for one week). The room I slept in had water bottles, hair ties and dust under the bed. Overall the place was ok (it needs some updates to it) and the beach was beautiful.

Very nice place.

Very nice. Only real problem with the place is that the water heater isn't sufficient to accommodate the number of occupants. We had 7 and couldn't get a hot shower the entire week. Maintenance came and checked water heater and said it was fine. Shower heads would blow you out of shower. Actually hurts your face the water comes out so hard. Other than that the place is great. View from balcony is great, beds are super comfy and it was great that no one had to sleep on couch. Kitchen was great, I was surprised to find a crockpot, which I put to use. Would recommend to anyone. Would definitely come back.

The security staff was rude. Condo is nice.

The condo itself was overall nice. There were no tv's in any of the bedrooms and no curtains that kept light out which made it really hard to sleep past 5am. The condo looked to have been updated it could just use a couple of other things. The staff at the regency was rude about parking. We paid for a 3 bedroom and was only allowed to park one vehicle inside the gate. Our other truck had to be parked across the street. Our vehicle had a warning sticker on it to be towed when we were unloading inside the gate. However will all the negatives from the staff, the condo was priced great and I would prob stay again.

not an ideal vacation rental

The condo was not cleaned at all. There was sand and dirt all in the floor and there was hair in both showers. The fire alarms went off 3 or 4 times causing the kids to panic and after the 2nd time they were scared to even go to sleep. The pool rules are ridiculous........no floats, or toys in the water. There is a bar between the two pools and you can not have drinks (even plastic or cans) around the pool. No vaping in the pool area. The pool closed when it was just cloudy or raining, there was not any lightning or thunder around. The whole week we were there I could smell marijuana constantly.

The condo was disgusting. Comforter and pillow shams had stains on them in multiple spots. Dust, along with tags from clothing and other small things, was under beds, couches, etc. The toilet has brown stains just under the rim. Silverware and dishes were dirty. Obviously the cleaning crew ONLY CLEANS the areas that are easily visible, not the spots that require bending, squatting down, that sort of thing. Highly disappointed considering the amount spent. Would not recommend simply based on cleanliness, or lack thereof.

WORST place to stay at in the entire resort

We booked this apartment for 1 week during the summer. We stayed at this resort multiple times before, but this specific unit was horrible, and the worst part was that management did very little about fixing the situation. When we entered the room we noticed right away that I has not been cleaned properly. There was sand all throughout the apartment on the floor, as well as hair from the previous guests. The bedrooms were the worst. The blankets had VOMIT on it with chunks of vomited food still on the blanket. The beds had sand in them, as well as on the floor. The bathrooms were dirty. Especially the toilets that still had urine stains on them as well as pubic hair. The kitchen was not prepared very well either. The utensils were outdated and dirty. The forks had teeth pulled in opposite direction and I had to bend the spoons back to their regular position. The living room has very, very outdated furniture that was very uncomfortable to sit on, especially for the kids. They had a VCR and video tapes as entertainment. The outside furniture on the patio does not match the description in the pictures. They are missing chairs and the ones that are there are in very poor quality. I do not recommend staying at this location.

Not cleaned well but decent

We got there to check in and we couldn't tell if it had been cleaned or not. The beds were made about as well as my 7 year old would do it. There were chip crumbs and wrappers all over the floor. We messaged the property and they told us the cleaners had come but they would give us a small credit. Probably should have just sent someone to vacuum. I even asked if they had a vacuum somewhere in the unit to do it ourselves. The elevators were ridiculously slow. Bikini Bobs Tiki bar was reasonably priced and had good food as well. The karaoke guy was a jerk. Time to find someone that isn't 100 years old and has current music. Cha Cha Slide over and over again ... I thought it was karaoke night ?!?! Overall it was definitely worth the money but the dirty floors were enough to make me not stay with this particular owner again.

Great location, cleanliness needs improvement

We did enjoy our stay and the condo was as described in the listing. Starting supplies were adequate to plentiful. Check in and check out were easy. This condo complex seems to have lots of rules particularly around the pool area. No music, no drinks in or near the pool, wearing the armbands AT ALL TIMES is required, etc. Cleanliness was our biggest issue. In the bedroom with the bunk beds, the other bed had sand in it on the foot area. The previous guest probably made the bed and the cleaner assumed it had not been used. When the same bed was moved slightly to access an electrical plug, we found used face masks and candy wrappers under the bed. Throughout the condo, many surfaces were very dusty particularly surfaces that were not flat horizontal surfaces. The floor also could have been cleaner. I don't think it was mopped prior to our arrival. Overall, the stay was good, but I would not stay again because of the excessive rules and substandard cleanliness.

Needs some maintenance

Location was good, issues with elevators but that seem the norm in the area. Bar and pool area were great but very busy since the we were double red all week. Loved the storm doors for safety with small children on the patio. Great feature! The condo needs some attention though- master is good and comfortable, though the mirror needs hung before it falls on someone. Bed in room with bunk beds sunk in the middle..my guess is that it's broken. The other bed did not feel like a queen.. Very small queen if so. They say brand new couches... We pulled the sofa bed out and my granddaughter and daughter in law fell through... Not sure how brand new it was. Tv also needs mounted before it falls and breaks. Basic how to on the TV's would have been nice. Kitchen.. Pretty well stocked though they need a knife sharpener and a couple bigger bowls for mixing. Biggest issue was that the dead bolt gets stuck... We were stuck in the room one morning but able to get it open and never used again. Huge fire hazard!!

Beautiful View, but needs some work.

The view from the balcony and master bedroom is breathtaking! This unit is newly painted and there are some nice upgrades with tile floors, new countertops in kitchen and baths. Nicely decorated. However, we encountered problems. Upon checking in, we noted the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was hanging by one screw. We called and it was taken care of by a very courteous repairman. We noted that there were no TVs in the bedrooms, which was a disappointment. The bathrooms had been partially upgraded. However, the bathtubs were the originals (blue and harvest gold) and there was black mildew/mold all around the tubs on the grouting. The shower curtain liners were badly mildewed and we bought replacements. The coffee maker in the kitchen did not work. The pots and pans need to be replaced! The non-stick coating was flaking off terribly. There was only a small mixing bowl and no plastic containers with lids for leftovers. The queen size mattresses were horrible! No support and very squeaky. The description stated that the mattresses had been replaced, but they had not been. As someone else reported, there are no draperies at the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. We were awakened with bright morning sun earlier than we wished. Also, if others were out on the balcony we had no privacy. The sofa and love seat also need to be replaced as they are threadbare in places and the cushions are broken down. If these issues can be remedied, this would be a great place to spend your vacation at the beach!
