Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Everything was amazing for our family. It was a clean unit except the dishwasher was very clogged up. We cleaned it and we still couldn't get it unclogged so we had to handwash our dishes the whole time. Other than that it was Perfect for our family . We would definitely like to come back to this unit in the future.The Day Family

Very quick to respond! Could use some updates. The dishwasher had standing water in it upon arrival, messaged host and had maintenance there very quick! Bedroom balcony door is very difficult to open. There was a loofah left in one of the showers from one of the previous guests, I assume. Also found an old chicken wing bone in the living room floor and an empty soda can on the balcony. Washer shakes uncontrollably and is extremely loud. Windows are older and dingy, making it difficult to see out of in some areas. Again, host was helpful and very quick to respond!

The condo could definitely use a deep clean. The carpets were stained. Furniture needs cleaned. Can’t see the view through the windows because of the film on them. Mold in the master shower. Shower head needs replaced or deep cleaned. I left my watch it showed still at the condo however it mysteriously could not be found by the cleaning staff.

The location of this unit, right on the beach, was fantastic & being on the 9th floor offered views that could not have been better. The building is one of the smaller ones on PCB, so the beach itself was not as crowded as the areas with the taller ones. Overall, a great place to spend the week so you can hangout on the beach or go east to St Andrews SP or west to Pier Park. A couple things to note: you are only given minimal toiletries so be prepared to buy more. Also a couple of the doors on the unit are fogged which impedes the view & the unit itself could use a little TLC. These things did not make a huge impact on our trip, we just expected the doors may have fixed (we saw older photos of a prior guest). Overall, we had a great vacation & would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time!!! This condo is in a very good location!!! It is on the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. It is also a very quiet location!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Took vacation with my kids and grandkids. The place had plenty of room for everyone and for the little ones to play. It has a beautiful view of the beach. I would recommend this place to stay.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Great view of the beach. Loved the on-the-beach location. Elevators were quick and never full of people. Pool was nice as well. 5 stars!

Beautiful!

My family and I have just returned home from PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Towards the end of our stay, we had a small issue, I messaged the manager and within MINUTES I received an email back. The balcony is large, plenty of seating, and the view is outstanding! We will be staying here again in the future when we visit PCB!

The pictures Herbo showed were not what was in the condo. The windows were all completely fogged up permanently in the living room. The master bedrooms patio door was all completely clouded up. The carpet was filthy. I asked ECDI to have it cleaned. They never cleaned it. It’s worn out. There was rips in the bedroom carpet that was a safety hazard. The furniture was old and decrepit. I would not stay there again. I sent pictures to ECDI who is the manager and they said OK thank you

Family vacation

Overall the stay was good, i do wish they had provided more of the basics item like paper towels, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. 1 roll of each isn't nearly enough to get 7 people through 8 days. The place was fairly clean, they had a pack n party for the baby, and a large box of beach toys.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs to be updated, remove dirty carpet, remove torn curtain, replace balcony sliding doors (both seals were broken and couldn’t see out), hire new housekeepers (mold on shower heads, wine glasses very dusty), dryer takes 3 hours to dry anything. Furniture uncomfortable. Emerald Coast staff were great!

Very good

It was pretty good. The only thing was we didnt have enough towels for everyone. Then we left an inportang necklace and the cleaners havent said anything about it. Which I know that was our fault for leaving it. Just wished we could get it back. Overall the elevators were quick and the distance to the beach was perfect. We will stay here again.

Need better parking

The parking was awful could not park in my spot had to park across the street the microwave not work the ac stopped a few times I called office 4 times no one showed up so it was 80 degrees in there. I had some unhappy people loved the view the cleanness

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect!! The air conditioner wouldn’t work for us, then when someone came to fix it it was locked on 70 continuously. So it did get cold at night. The only other thing that I would suggest would to get some new, sharp knives! Other than that we didn’t have any problems and loved our stay!!!

Spring Break

Disappointed that the ad said, there was a hot tub and there wasn't , as well as the ad saying the pool was heated, it wasn't . The hair dryer didn't work. It would have been nice to have enough toilet paper , paper towels, Kleenex and dish soap for a week. We had five people for the week, not enough supplies.

Vacay 2023

We enjoyed our stay!! Great location!! Super fast elevators and not to crowded on the beach area. The pool isn’t very big and is majority shady. The parking spot on the beach side is for a tiny car but we were able to park across the road which was a very short walk. The condo was super clean with great air conditioning and the view was amazing. There was hidden fees (charged an additional 4% that was not included in payment breakdown)to use card for payment. VRBO said the host was required to honor rates that were quoted but after several times trying to communicate that to the host I gave up and just paid it. Overall I was satisfied.

Here’s a tightened version under 1500 characters while keeping your key points:---Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. Prior to arrival, we requested a simple date shift due to surgery recovery, but the owner/manager declined. We assumed it was due to availability, yet during our stay we were offered an extra night at the same rate, which was confusing.The unit is nicely decorated and the balcony is a highlight—spacious, relaxing, and well furnished. However, a persistent damp, humid odor was noticeable throughout. The sliding glass doors in both the living room and master appeared frosted (not intentionally), blocking what should be a beautiful water view.The TVs were quite small for the space (under 40” in the master and 40” in the living room). Basic supplies were minimal—only one trash bag provided and no guidance on trash disposal. We had to locate the chute ourselves. Kitchen tools were limited (a whisk would help), and it would be nice to have at least one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an extra roll of paper towels.The freezer door was frozen shut, and the master bath shower caddy needs replacing. Check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 9 AM felt restrictive, especially the early checkout.Suggestions: provide a guest binder with instructions, increase starter supplies, address the odor, fix the sliding doors, and consider flexibility for reasonable requests.
