Parfait condo escapade à la plage à quelques pas de la plage! Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain unique au 1er étage comprend un patio arrière avec SEUL accès privé à la magnifique piscine commune à notre pittoresque complexe de 12 unités.

Première année sur le marché! Emplacement idéal!

Cette unité tranquille est entièrement meublée et comprend des casseroles, poêles, couverts - tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable et relaxant loin de chez vous! Comprend également la laveuse / sécheuse et l'intimité pour travailler "de chez soi" si le besoin s'en fait sentir. Votre maison loin de chez vous.

Condo 6 personnes avec les chambres, y compris un canapé-lit. L'unité est équipée d'une connexion Wi-Fi, d'une télévision par câble, de linge de maison et de serviettes de bain.

Connu pour ses superbes plages, South Padre Island offre des divertissements pour la famille ou les adultes et vous êtes à quelques minutes en voiture de votre condo. Annual Family Padre Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo & we love it! My husband's family has been coming to SPI for 50+ years & I've been going for almost 20. It's a great location & perfect size pool!

Awesome SPI condo for families

Condo was perfect! The property was clean, conveniently located, and quiet. It worked perfectly for our family of four including two smaller kids. The community pool is located right off the condo’s patio which was great. We were able to walk to a beach access. Our kids had a great time.

Enjoying my stay very clean condo had everything we need it. The only downside it didn’t have a washer and dryer and very little towels but enjoyed my Stay will come back next year.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have children. You have your own patio that leads to a pool

The property is located about 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Pool was awesome and you have your own access out the patio. Would stay again for sure. Parking was also nice. Rooms were nice and furnished and had a nice kitchen stocked. 100 out of 100.

Great location.

We had a great time. The property is a block from the beach and has a very nice pool area. The condo itself is comfortable and the perfect size with a washer and dryer. There were a couple of issues we had but the ower addressed them quickly. When we do visit the island again I would definitely rent this unit again.

Beach get-away

This apartment/condo is very well cared for, as is the whole property including the pool. The kitchen is very functional for anyone who enjoys cooking while on vacation Internet service (wifi) is very solid. Juan always responds quickly anytime we have a question. We recommend it highly.

Location location location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The openness between kitchen, dining, living and patio was perfect for us. No issues really - bought ice and figured out the remotes. Enjoyed short walk to beach in the mornings and pool in the evenings. Beds were quite comfortable - master bed could be bigger but comfortable otherwise. Thanks Juan!

Sun and Fun at SPI

This condo was clean and well kept. It was well decorated and very comfortable. It is approximately one block from the beach, which is very convenient. It also has a nice outdoor pool. I didn't deal with a property manager but rather with the owner. He was courteous, friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. This was my first time at this condo but I plan to return back.

Great place for a family beach getaway

The condo was clean and spacious. It sleeps 6 comfortably although we only used 1 bedroom as our plans changed and it was only my husband and I who stayed the weekend. The property was a great location to the beach and the corner market if you needed anything which we did as we ran out of toliet paper and needed dawn for the oil that was all over the beach & got on everything. The property actually had dawn but I didn't realize until the last night we were there. It was also very convenient that it had basic utensils, coffee maker, cups, plates and pans you could use especially if you're staying a few days and want to make some meals at home with the family. The back gate also had an a entrance to the pool which was cool. Overall it was a great stay. I do recommend this property 👌😎

Amazing Place!

We honestly loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are of hood size. This condo also has the only private access to the pool so it was really nice to be able to leave our stuff behind the gate for extra security. There was a grill available, that we didnt use, but it was nice to have that option available. The kitchen was ready with everything needed: pans, pots, utensils, plates, cups and even a coffee maker. The location was great as well! It's close to Wanna Wanna so it was easy to walk there for some lunch. Down the street there was also a market available in case we needed some groceries. This is our first time renting this condo but I'm definitely saving it to my favorites for next time.

Trip was overall good.

Everything was great, the only problem was the main tv in the living room. It did not work half of the time. Kept saying loading application and could not get out of that screen. And internet was very bad. Hardly had any internet service. other than that, the stay and the place was great. Will stay there again.

3 Night Weekday Stay

What a wonderful location and property! The property is exactly as explained. We arrived and easily found our condo; we had private access to the community pool that was tended to daily by a pool hand. The pool area was kept very clean and the water temperature was awesome (the pool is outdoors). This property is in between the two north/south roads on the island and while not a beach view location, is a literal 2 min walk to beach access. The property is centrally located and you can access the beach, restaurants, and stores within a couple min walk or drive. The condo comes fully stocked with all appliances and kitchen necessities. It has plenty of blankets, pillows, and sleeping area. The living area is very spacious and includes a walkout to a private outdoor seating area with charcoal grill that leads directly to the community pool.

SPI Getaway!

The condo was very clean and spacious for my family of five during our 6 day vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was only a few minutes from the beach. The unit had its private patio area with a charcoal grill available for use and direct access to the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next summer trip. The only two things i would note is 1) there is no washer/dryer available for use at this unit. I overlooked that on the description of amenities so thats on me. I just wanted to emphasize on that because we did have to make a trip to the local laundromat during the middle of our trip to wash our clothes. Not a big deal if your only staying for two or three days but if your staying longer then a washer/dryer might be something you may require. 2) The unit is a downstairs unit as I mentioned earlier and the sound from footsteps and furniture moving from the upstairs unit does resonate. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the unit was great and we would definitely recommend!

Great property with wonderful location

Everything was advertised as listed. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and super accessible to the beach. Could quickly and easily come back to the unit from the beach to grab something we forgot. Only had to communicate once with the property manager and he was very hospitable and answered our questions promptly. Thank you for a great stay! Would highly recommend.

We've owned a condo at the Las Puertas complex since 2006. We know the Island very well. This condo is in one of the most desirable complexes on South Padre Island. Quiet and just a short walk to the beach or the Wanna Wanna Beach Bar.
