A large tasteful condo in a small 8 condo complex with a beautifully landscaped, semi-private tropical pool, less than 1 block from the beach and yet very close to Padre Blvd.

Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway! This spacious ground floor condo in a small quiet residential is decorated with beautiful contemporary furnishings with a tropical flair, its features include vaulted ceilings and TVs.

You can swim in the tropical pool that you share with only the seven other condos in this complex or the Gulf, whichever you choose. Within a short distance of all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped and furnished with granite countertops and great appliances. A washer/dryer and reserved tandem parking add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this condo is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras may be located at entry points, driveways/parking areas, and balconies/outdoor spaces. These devices may actively record. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the condo.

Superb Sea Shell Isle

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Love the email reminders and tips, ease of check-in and check-out, and the condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Padre Getaways.

Excellent week by the beach

We arrived to an easy check in and very clean condo. The beds are super comfortable and the property is well maintained. A couple minutes walk to the beach access and to shopping. Like having your own place, unlike the hotel style condos.

Very nice condo!

Very clean and updated. When the A/C had issues it was repaired the same day. We really enjoyed our stay! Having the pool right outside our back door was wonderful. Would definitely go back for another vacation.

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. With younger kids, convenience and ease is always important. The distance to the beach was very short so a little wagon with our beach stuff was all we needed. No worry about parking or loading and unloading. There were numerous restaurants nearby. The place itself was very beautifully decorated and comfy. Would definitely book in the future.

Dream vacation

We where planning our vacation to Islas del Padre, and we choose this property. Everything was set up to receive us and make feel like home, pictures doesn't show you how good are the installations, or how new are the tv's or electrodomestics. everything was so clean that you don't have to worry about thinking on that. the only thing we can say is about the limited coockware, if you're really thinking in use and go all trhough very extend recipies, if not the case, you can make with they have on hand.

Condo was nice and a close walk to the beach. A few things that was disturbing To start off the check in time is 3:00-6:00 pm. There is a late fee after that. The Exterminator not doing their job killed a few roaches during our stay. The most disturbing was the construction going on during our stay, a drill hammer drilling in wall at 9am so loud we could not have a conversation inside when trying to leave to check out the workers had their scaffold blocking front door to exit. This condo should not been available during this type of construction

Spectacular end to trip!

We had a family vacation booked to south padre with another rental however the day we left and we already on the road for several hours we were called and informed that rental was unavailable. We were very stressed and upset considering we picked certain places to ensure safety and comfort for our 4 year old autistic son who needs special safety measures and rentals for us such as doorknobs for our safety covers and first floor as well as not near pools without gates or docks because he is drawn to water. Vrbo unfortunately couldn’t help get us another rental for the 8 days we booked with the original host so we had to make best of a very bad situation we only had 3 rentals to choose from really. We added an additional 3 days to our trip and booked this gem and it was amazing!!!! Not one worry did we have and checked all our boxes. Thank you so much we absolutely loved it there and will be back!

Leaky window retreat

This property (2B) had all the kitchen amenities a family needed. The place was clean and in a great location for the things we wanted to do. The pool right outside the door was convenient and was great to cool down as weather was hot. Decor was very nice and things like AC, showers, TVs were all operating well. There are 2 things which need to be addressed. The bathroom shower near kitchen has bathroom tiles which are literally decomposing. The outer protective tile surface is gone and the tiles are crumbling and washing away. Secondly, we had a couple days of rain and the windows in the large king master bedroom leaked pretty bad into the unit. We had to take towels from the property and place one the window sills to try to keep water from soaking the carpet. Upon further inspection, it looks like this has been an ongoing problem. I notified the owners and property manager of problem and asked for replacement towels but they were never delivered. Communication of this problem were clunky and responses seemed delayed. Future renters should ask if these problems have been resolved before renting. In this hot, humid environment mold and mildew will be an issue if the water continues to pour in.
