Bienvenue à la Villa A14! Vous adorerez cette villa récemment rénovée (janvier 2019)! Il est situé sur les magnifiques rivages de sable blanc de Crescent Beach, récemment classé plage n ° 1 aux États-Unis!

Ceci est une villa privée de 2 chambres, 1 et une 1/2 salle de bain à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine chauffée. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king-size et une salle de bain attenante de 1/2. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec 1 lit queen et 1 lit double.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit A-14 Could have been cleaned better when we arrived but not horrible. TV needs to be upgraded for things like Netflix. Sheets and pillowcases need to be replaced Couch and beds were comfortable, towels were nice and the property was in good repair.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is out 7th year family reunion at this location. Overall is a great place and the staff is super friendly, but I think the villa needs better maintenance and the cleaning leaves much to be desired. We arrived with dust everywhere, random things under the bed, dirty dishes and cutlery within the cabinets, and am left wondering what else hasn’t been cleaned that I can’t notice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location short walk to beach and pool. Trolly pick up spot close by as well. We were happy to see that it had a small cooler for the beach and a blender. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Unit was clean. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. It was super peaceful and relaxing for our little family. Love the private beach! Our villa was nice and clean! I had trouble speaking with anyone at the front office prior to our stay. No one would answer our calls but would email us each time after leaving messages. We arrived after office hours and they had everything ready to go! Our key was in the drop box and we just checked in with the next week day.

A14 is a great rental unit - updated and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Unit A14. The updated kitchen had everything we needed and the sectional in the living area is very comfortable. I only wish there were 2 full bathrooms instead of 1 and 1/2 baths. The beds in the 2nd bedroom could be better with an addition of a foam mattress pad and fluffy pillows. Overall, it is a great unit.

I’ve stayed in at least 10 different units over the years. We always loved the close proximity to the beach and each unit had sufficient kitchen equipment and bedding for our needs. I would have to suggest that the owners may want to consider investing in a new mattress

Great "get away from winter" place!!

This was in a great spot-- close to the beach and good food places!! It was super clean and very well stocked with towels/kitchen equipment/comfy furniture. Its a safe, friendly, super clean place. The pool was perfect for when it was too windy on the beach-- we loved it!!
