Casa Blanca Rental B-3 for 2024

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We LOVE the location and the complex. The management team has always been very accommodating and helpful. Our only issue is the actual Villa itself. We have stayed in the same Villa now for 2 years. We find we are having to purchase glassware, kitchen items and bed pillows this last time. We did not have kids to our pots and pans, nor did we have a pan to reheat anything in the oven no cookie sheets or a baking pan to make brownies. Every year now we buy items and leave them there. We stay for a full month and like to make items like muffins, brownies etc. And we tried to cook with the pots and pans and there were no lids for any of the pans. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy, needs replaced. Updating this condo would be AWESOME. Couches are so old and peeling in places. We go to others condos on this complex and they are gorgeous. Please let owners know to bring this place to the new look of the years. Thank you.
