Pour expliquer pourquoi il n'y a que quelques critiques Ă  ce jour, 1507 Emerald Isle a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ© Ă  notre programme de location de vacances le 01/02/19. Évadez-vous au paradis lorsque vous sĂ©journez au 1507 Emerald Isle, une copropriĂ©tĂ© de grande hauteur de luxe avec de nombreux Ă©quipements, dont une salle de fitness cĂŽtĂ© golfe, 2 piscines communautaires (dont une chauffĂ©e), un bain Ă  remous communautaire et un spa communautaire. Profitez de vues spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique et les sables blancs de sucre de Pensacola Beach depuis votre balcon privĂ© dans ce magnifique condo Emerald Isle bien entretenu. Nouveaux meubles de chambre principale, causeuse et canapĂ© Ă  partir de janvier 2019! Marchez jusqu'aux magasins ou restaurants le long de la promenade. This was a great condo for 2 couples. Very comfortable and clean. Beds and linens were so comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially loved that we had access to store our beach equipment inthe storage area on the first floor! Very convenient!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect. The furniture was high quality and comfortable. The only thing I would change is more comfortable furniture on the balcony but it is not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Property was so beautiful and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. There are televisions in each room, and the balcony is completely private. The 15th floor was perfect for the breathtaking views. The condo was very nice and clean! We didn't have any issues communicating with the host! 10/10 Recommend this property!

Overrated This is an honest review

For the money we paid for this place it was not worth it Yes we had the view but sitting on the balcony I either got a whiff of smoking or Cannibus On arrival the floors were dirty & sticky The showers were leaking or in the case of the other bathroom a part had to be replaced The washing machine was dirty also which I cleaned The dishwasher was not working properly & the Stove is slow to heat & cook I put in a complaint & the cleaners came to do the floor & the maintenance guy fixed showers & dishwasher the following day which that meant we lost a day of vacation there 2 bulbs were not working in each bathroom Taking the elevator up 15 floors was a hassle especially when 1 of the elevators was out of order . 17 floors ,225 suits & only 2 elevators is ridiculous No I was not happy with this condo at all or the price we paid Also 1 hose outside on pier walkway to wash your beach stuff amongst everyone else trying to do the same thing The weather was perfect so was the ocean

Great space

The condo is an older unit but had a nice layout and plenty of space! Beautiful views from the balcony. Pool was clean and walk out to beach was easy. The only complaint I have was one of the beds was extremely high. We could not use the bed it was so high. But we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Would rent this unit again and add a step stool to the packing list!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo was clean & staff were responsive and friendly. Easy check in/check out process. The location was perfect- everything we needed was within short driving distance and many restaurants are just a short walk down the beach. Our only complaint was the code to the gate not always working and requiring a new code the day prior to checkout.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Sand and beach play; beautiful balcony view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets; heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks from the breezeway by the elevators. The accommodations of our rental unit were very thoughtful and comfortable, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our email said we needed to bring several items that were already there. (Hair dryer& chairs for example) The weather wasn't nice very windy with light rain over 4 days,but we still got out when there was a break.The beds and bathrooms were nice and comfortable,but we like to have hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes and PJs. We couldn't get any any hot water from the kitchen sink,but lots in the bathrooms. We were surprised with all the taxes and add on fees. We have stayed at many condos in other areas,but this was the most expensive for Nov. We enjoyed our stay,but the charges were too high for us

Great ocean view from balcony

The view from balcony was great. Sunshiny days. Weather turned windy and a bit cold. Property managers were excellent. Minor things were handled quickly. Sound on remote and batteries replaced. Would return to this property.

We love Emerald Isle. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view is amazing! We have never been disappointed when we stay here and look forward to coming back every year.

Great Unit - Highly Recommend

We are from P'cola and go back to the beach at least every other year. Emerald Isle is our favorite place to stay and this unit didn't disappoint. It was very clean, had nice furniture, was well stocked, and the check-in and check out process was a breeze. Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and would stay again. We highly recommend!

Great location

We were very impressed with the location and the view of the moon coming up over the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays in the ocean right from our balcony. And the beach was not over crowded. The owners provided us with chairs, so we did not have to rent them. The only problem we had is that we never received a rental agreement to sign until the morning we were going to leave town on our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED this condo! The views were amazing & the beds were phenomenal. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with... plates, bowls, pans, pots, utensils, etc. Although these would not deter us from staying at this property I want to list them as suggestions to condo owners... only cons we found were: the patio furniture was not comfortable to sit in for longer than about 30 minutes; entry would be more convenient if it were a keypad vs an actual key; the ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom only has one speed; shower head in master bath is not powerful & sprays in different directions & lastly, we were told other condo owners rent umbrellas & chairs on the beach... that would’ve been nice as they’re $50/day but again, we would still stay here, 100%!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Beach chairs and other beach items available from storage locker. I would rent it again. The keys are real keys like a Motel 6 from 1980. Very unsafe and a hassle for a family of 5 who all need a key. There’s a reason why these are not used anymore. Please invest in a keypad door lock. The living room could use a new rug.
