A beautiful spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. I thought there might be some noise from the street but there really wasn't. The lanai is a wonderful spot to spend a few hours, and the condo had every amenity we would want, and then some.

Clean, well stocked Great view from the Condo

We loved this condo. It was easy to get to and close to a great bakery, farmer's market and great shave ice! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, pots, pans every convenience you can think of. We loved our stay here and will consider coming back. This condo had a great view. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated as it was a little chilly so we didn't go in. The beach was magnificent to walk and watch the sunsets on. You won't be disappointed with this condo and the owners. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on the lanai. Management company provided prompt service on an issue we had with the door lock. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was great. The only two complaints are that we were driving a compact vehicle and even then the parking spaces where very tight. Also laundry rooms smell bad and washing machine and dryers also smelled bad and looked dirty so we decided to not use them. Other than that everything else was good. View of the whales on the ocean from out terrace was beautiful and condo was very nice and clean. I hope to return and stay here again next time I come to Maui. Thank you

At first we thought being away from the town area would be a negative, but we realized having uncrowded beaches at a perfect swimming spot was well worth it. We will definitely book the property again.

Wonderful place to relax

We loved our stay. Centrally located, and one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in, down to flashlights, which we needed during a short power outage :) Would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others.

Amazing views

Great central location, awesome balcony overlooking the ocean! Nice to have all the necessities (chairs, coolers, boogie boards) there for use. Other reviews noted Road noise from the bedroom but we didn’t notice that at all while sleeping. Would stay here again for sure!

Nice property. Great communication with property management. Great view. Only reason it was not 5 stars across the board were not in the owners control. Office was closed due to a flood and total remodeling. Elevator was out of order the entire stay which was a problem with a property on the 5th floor. A working elevator makes this property high desireable.

Amazing stay!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Great location on a quiet but stunning beach. Loved listening to the ocean at night. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more - much appreciated when you’re only in town for a week. Only small suggestion would be to add a couple luggage racks.

The kitchen appears to be recently remodeled with a fabulous island countertop that helped us organize our days. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, silverware, dishes the works! We loved the utility closet that had water sports equipment including a big beach bag! The location was great for places we wanted to go like the Road to Hana, Hale, Haleakala Crater, Kaanapali and many restaurants. Thank you!

A fabulous 40th wedding anniversary on our favorite island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, the staff was excellent to work with and they always make our stay feel like a home away from home! The condo was super clean with all the basics in place. We love the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (a must for the islands). Whales were in at record numbers this yea and the weather was perfect as always. This complex has the perfect location for access for everything on the island. We hope to day again in the near future.

10 days in Sugar Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo it’s nice views of the ocean. Long walking beach out front. The condo is located in N Kihei— not real close to restaurants or bars. We had to drive to get to them. No beachfront dining nearby. Very clean and extremely well appointed with everything you need. One suggestion, buy two new chairs for deck— everything is so nice but the chairs are old and moldy.

Excellent location with a beautiful view. Farmer’s market, ABC (24 hours) market and Ululani Shave Ice all across street. Condo has every amenity you could need plus a few extras. Kitchen completely stocked with all cooking needs and utensils. Laundry (coin) located on same floor. Utility closet on Lanai full with beach equipment including chairs, life jackets, boogie boards, cooler chest….. living and dining room is modern open design with beach is visible from inside. Highly recommend staying here as it a wonderful location with easy access to any part of the island, stunning views and a fantastic condo.

Great place

Great place. Needs different blinds in bedroom (blackout blind) as there’s walkway lights blaring in all night, and people walking past look right into your bed? Everything else was great.
