Notre rénové, ouvert condo de cuisine a toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour, pour quelques jours ou quelques semaines. Traverser la rue pour le Farmers Market pour les aliments frais locaux et profiter de la nouvelle Sugar Beach Bakery. Situé à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Kahului, notre condo est situé au centre de toutes les destinations insulaires: Lahaina, Wailea, Big Beach, Haleakala, Hana et l'intérieur du pays. Great stay! Location was perfect and access to the pool, beach & corner markets was easy and worth it. Waking up to the oceanfront view and sitting on the balcony everyday was everything I didn’t know I needed. The condo is clean and open, much more space than I thought based on the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and views

We had never stayed in kihei and were very glad we did. The views were beautiful from the 405 condo and it had everything we needed. Liked having a second bathroom! The beach and waves right in front of us were a special treat. We also liked the convenient layout with a table to eat indoors

Beach front condo right on Sugar Beach

Excellent location just steps from the beach! We could have paid more at a different location, but the ocean view here was amazing! The condo had all needed amenities and was perfect for our week long anniversary stay in Maui. We hope to return soon!

The condo is clean and has plenty of space. It is well stocked with everything you will need. The Lana'i is amazing! We spent. Lot of time out there. Laundry facilities are on site. It's 2 to wash and 2 to dry. There are no coin machines, so bring it with you or you have to be there between 9-1p when someone is in the office. If you like to grill, just know that there are grills on the front of the property by the dumpsters. We like to grill and look at the ocean and enjoy the ambiance, but that was a let down here.

KBR is the best

This is our third time staying in this complex. Nothing fancy, just the best views of the ocean and the beach 20 seconds away. This unit was really nice and having 2 bathrooms was terrific.

Wonderful Maui Spot

This was a wonderful spot to enjoy Maui; beautiful view, relatively quiet and close access to tourist sites! We especially enjoyed sunsets on the lanai. A wonderful getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kihei, Maui. This condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Maui. The ocean/beach front view is priceless and we loved the easy access to the beach. Yes, we heard the chickens, but the sound of the waves were better so we had no complaints. This condo has everything you need for an awesome time in Maui. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay

Kihei Beach #405 was a perfect location for our recent trip to Maui. Beautiful view, steps to the beach, close to the elevator. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the Outrigger canoes and boats on the water, listen to the waves crash. Surprisingly, the bedroom is very quiet and the sound of the waves doesn't carry. King size bed in the bedroom is soft - feels comfortable, but backs were a little sore. Of course, everyone's tastes vary! Very well stocked condo, had everything we needed. Take a peek in to the storage areas in the living room - we didn't realize until the last day that there were books and materials that we could've used during the week! Lovely place, would stay here again.

Unbelievable Find

I hate to write this review because I do not want this property to be gone when I am coming back...but this was an unbelievable find and well exceeded our expectations. First of all, you will not find a better ocean view from the living/dining room and Lani anywhere else in the world!! You are just steps away from the water, with unobstructed views of the ocean accept for the swaying palm trees!! The smells, the sounds, the view are unbelievable. Second, the location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, situated in a great local part of local Kihei. And finally, the management and support staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and hassle free!! Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo to all!!!!

Wonderful overall!

Loved being right on the beach and the awesome views. Great central location for activities in Kihei, Lahaina or Upcountry. Only downside of location is the wild chickens across the street that begin crowing at 5:00 a.m.! Since bedroom window Is on street side, the sound of traffic. and chickens were fairly sleep disrupting. (Hence, the 4 star rating on location.) A double pane window would be terrific! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Would have been helpful to know weeks in advance (or in condo description) that entry doors have keyless combination locks and that code is texted to you upon flight arrival. We thought we would be meeting someone to get keys.

Loved it....mostly

The condo was great and the location is wonderful. We were informed before we left home that there would be some construction going on in an adjacent condo starting on June 1st. We were told that the work would be done Monday thru Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 only. Turns out that the work started on May 29th (or before...we heard some furniture moving noise prior to this date) and work started before 08:00 more than once (although not every day). Also, there was a day when the water was turned off for more than one hour and we were not notified at all of this. It turned out to not be too much of an inconvenience but what if one (or both) of us had been in the shower and all lathered up when the water went off??!! We were told that we should have been informed at least 48 hours in advance that the water would be shut off but, again, that did not happen. Not sure who's 'fault' all of this was....contractor(s), Ali'i staff, condo staff, or a combination thereof but it doesn't really matter. Improved communications should be on the task list of 'future improvements'. Other than these issues, we had a very nice stay and we would probably return, although not during "remodeling season".

Wonderful Place for Our Vacation

We felt this was the perfect place for us! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean! Very quick access to the beach and a well kept, quiet property -- very relaxing! We enjoyed the farmer's market across the street and the location on the island was great. We would highly recommend Kihei Beach!

Great for families!

Great location, just as advertised. The sleep sofa bed was comfortable and the master bedroom spacious. Near great beaches, Costco and Foodland. The supermarket across the treet from the unit doesn't sell much food but the shave ice next door was amazing!(Ululani's Hawaiian) Make sure to to go snorkeling in Polo beach park in Wailea 15 minutes from the condo.

can't wait to return!

we had a wonderful time here at this unit, we look forward to coming back. the view was amazing and the beach was quiet and the sand was just right for walking. we spent a lot of time on the lanai. the unit had just about everything one needs while on vacation. the staff was great, checking in to see if we needed anything, when the smoke detector started to chirp because the batteries, we called them up and had it fixed in no time. really great experience.

Perfect

We thought this condo was absolutely perfect location and right next to the beach. We were talking about how great of a condo this was the entire trip. We chose not to choose to stay at a resort for our week in Maui and we didn't miss it. It's perfectly located in Kihei - Across the street from a farmer's market and Ululanis and 1 mile away from next to amazing restaurants - Coconut's Fish Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi and Maui Pie - GO TO MAUI PIE! Also central to all the main areas of the island for exploring. A great value since we didn't spend much time in the condo and spent time doing activities and exploring. Beach access right outside and you can walk for miles. The keypad is a wonderful idea so we never worried about losing our keys. Thank you so much for a fantastic visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This is in a great location. It is right on sugar beach for beautiful views and long beach walks. Being in Kihei permits quick transport to all all areas of the island if you wish to explore everything, do anything, or eat anywhere.

Perfect Beachfront Location.

We really enjoyed our month at KBR. Condo 405 is spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have two updated bathrooms. The kitchen is compact but had what we needed to make almost all of our meals in the condo, taking advantage of the farmer's market across the street for veggies (right beside the handy ABC store), and the Safeway in Kihei, which had very good quality meat, fish, produce and everything else we needed. We loved the beach, which was perfect for stand up paddling, long walks, and refreshing swims--all right in front of our building (the heated pool was nice too). We brought our snorkel gear out with us when we paddled, and found some good nearby spots to jump in and explore the coral reefs--lots of turtles and fish to see. The location is very central--probably the most convenient place to stay if you want to explore different areas on the Island. We enjoyed Paia, checked out beaches in Makena, and spent some time around Lahaina--easy and quick to get to all of them. The management company, Ali'i Resorts, was great to deal with--responsive, friendly and professional. Reservation, payment and check in could not have been easier, and their e-mails provided all the information I needed. We are definitely coming back.

Great place, great location!

First off, let's talk location. This condo's location is central to all, whether it's the resorts down the road, Lahaina, Paia or elsewhere, you can't beat the location and quick access to many key roadways on the island. Then, there's the fact that you have a wonderful farmer's market right across the street where you can pick up fresh fruit and veggies. And there is also THE BEST shave ice place on the island right next door to the market!!! And finally, an ABC store where you can get anything else you may need. You never have to get in your car if you don't want to. The condo itself is perfect for a couple. Nice large living area, huge TV, nice size bedroom and TWO bathrooms (one for each of us to spread out all our bath stuff!). The lanai is great, with the views just as they are in the pics. Sat out there every morning with coffee and in the evenings with an adult beverage, watching the boats, listening to the waves. Aaahhh. This place was very quiet, great price, and just couldn't ask for more. The mgt company was good too. We weren't leaving until late Saturday evening so thought I'd have to pay for that night's rent. But when they called us to confirm and my wife explained, they were happy to offer an extended check out. We stayed until 7 PM that evening which was great! The only minor item that got us off to a bad start, was that we could not get into the unit until 3 PM day of arrival. I'm sure that this was in the paperwork somewhere but we were asked to provide our flight arrival details and to call upon our arrival and I just assumed that meant we'd be able to go straight to the condo. When we arrived we were told they would meet us at 3, no option for earlier arrival, so we had to go find someplace to chill for an hour. Not a big deal but would have been nice to be warned about this in advance. Overall, would definitely return to this condo the next time we go to Maui.

Great location, quiet beach, comfy condo.

We stayed at the condo for 3 days in early December before hiking into the crater to camp (highly recommended) and then driving around the island exploring. The location of the condo is perfect and provided us with a great opportunity to get over the jet lag and get into the Maui vibe! It is right on a quiet beach, across the street from a great little fruit market, and close to the highway for easy access to other parts of the island. We spent many romantic meals on the beach or on the patio after cooking delicious breakfasts and dinners in the condo. Luckily the condo had many of the little things: a cooler for day trips, oil and condiments for cooking, lots of ice and a blender for Mai Tais, etc... The place is spacious and nice, yet has a friendly personal feel. Furthermore, the Ali'i people were extremely friendly to speak with and gave us some good advice for attractions. We had a great stay at the condo and in Maui.
