The room overall was okay. There were no bed sheets or comforter for the pull out couch. There were not enough towels. The furniture in the living room were worn out. The kitchen items were very used so it was hard to cut anything with the utensils and some tips of the knives were broken. The appliances like the stove and dishwasher were old so it didn’t feel clean enough to cook with anything. The outdoor furniture was hard and too uncomfortable to enjoy sitting in so that was a let down. The sink had yellow rust around the left side so that was gross.There was an old TV in the closet that took up much of the closet space. Overall, the view of the beach was the best part but the amenities in the room felt like we went back into the past about 30 years with the outdated drapes and decor.

Perfect stay for the wife and me to get away for a short time. Great location, easy beach access, clean room, fast elevators, close to everything but still not right in the thick of everything. Nice complex and will stay again!!

The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The only downside was the sofas in the living room were very uncomfortable and really quite worn. This condo would be absolutely perfect if they could update the seating.

The view and most things about this property were amazing. The only issue my husband and I had was that this property comes with only heavy dishes and the bare minimum of cooking utensils. This could be an issue for others, especially those with children, so I am noting it. There were no non-breakable dishes available, so we had to buy disposable plastic cups to carry drinks to the beach. I would suggest updating with a cheap, non-breakable option for those guests who prefer it. I will also note that this is the second time we have stayed in the Phoenix buildings in this area. Both condos we have stayed in have black marks on the ceilings. One might think it is mold of some sort. I did not say anything last time because I thought it might be just that one condo; however, this condo has the same issue. I do not know whether it is an issue with the buildings, but someone should look into it if they have not already.

Sorry about the lack of non‑breakable dishware and minimal cooking utensils — that should be more family‑friendly. We’ll update the kitchen inventory with durable, non‑breakable cups/plates and additional utensils so future guests don’t need to buy disposables. Also sorry about the black marks on the ceilings. We take that seriously — housekeeping and maintenance will inspect the unit and, if needed, coordinate with building management/HOA to determine the cause and correct it. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates so we can follow up and confirm these fixes.

Nice small apt, everything you need to get away and enjoy. Only thing that affected our stay was dryer as not working, called management and I was informed there was a part they were waiting for and it was suppose to be fixed. Maintnqnce never arrived to fix, but we enjoyed our stay. R&R was our priority and we did just that. Thank you

We had an amazing trip, and the room was perfect. The door latch broke when we first got there, so I messaged the owner on VRBO. By the time we got back from the beach, it was fixed. Great customer service. Will most definitely be going back.

Overall a very good stay. Fantastic view. Condo is a little outdated but had all the essentials. I was disappointed to find the dryer was posted with an out of order sign. This was not communicated ahead of time. We enjoyed the sturdy table on the balcony but the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The pull out couch matress is also in need for an upgrade. We love Orange Beach and the Phoenix facilities. This condo could use a little love but was good for the price.

Just Ok

Everything was ok, unit is outdated, but that was expected based on photos. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. However, disappointed in cleanliness of the room upon arrival.

This place looked nothing like it did in the pictures it was dirty smelled bad and was Old. We voiced our concerns to the property manager, and they did nothing but come in there and spray something so that it didn’t smell. It actually had mildew and the condo. This was the most rundown place I’ve ever stayed in and I stay there a lot.
