Cet appartement d'angle offre une vue imprenable sur la magnifique baie de Biscayne, la rivière Miami et la ville. Grande unité qui vous séduira avec ses 2 chambres + 2 salles de bain, son espace de vie ouvert, ses baies vitrées et sa cuisine entièrement équipée avec armoires italiennes, comptoirs en marbre, lave-vaisselle Bosch, appareils haut de gamme Wolf & Subzero et laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur .

Pour votre divertissement, il dispose de trois téléviseurs (dans le salon et dans chaque chambre), avec plus de 200 chaînes, dont HBO & Showtime et des stations de musique. Pour la plupart des clients, une connexion Internet très rapide est de la plus haute importance et, par conséquent, nous vous proposons une connexion dédiée avec 50 Mo (contrairement à la plupart des hôtels qui offrent jusqu'à 5 Mo et une connexion partagée ou «sale»).

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec vue panoramique sur la rivière Miami et ses yachts de luxe, comprend des rideaux occultants et un dressing avec coffre-fort et une salle de bains privative avec baignoire et douche séparées et deux lavabos. La chambre comprend une banquette-lit qui peut être convertie en lit queen-size. Tous les planchers et comptoirs en marbre. Deuxième chambre avec lit queen et vue sur la ville, la baie et la rivière, TV et placard.

La propriété comprend tous les ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles, plats, verres et couverts, papier de cuisine, savon pour lave-vaisselle, etc. Parmi l'électronique, vous trouverez grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur, presse-agrumes, fer (et planche à repasser) et aspirateur.

Nous incluons également deux peignoirs de bain -pour aller dans les saunas secs et humides-, les serviettes, le papier toilette, les mouchoirs, le savon en barre, le shampoing et le revitalisant pour les cheveux et le souffleur de cheveux.

Great location and the apartment has everything we needed

Loved the location as it was so handy for some great restaurants and shopping. The pool was amazing and the views from the balcony were superb. We had a great first time in Miami and will definitely be back

Excellent Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property! The location is ideal - lots of great restaurants and night life but still close to the beach. The views were spectacular from the the room and we loved the corner location (it protected us from a lot of noise). The check in process was fairly simple and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great Miami Stay

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful! They were super accommodating and the place is BEAUTIFUL. I would stay here again and definitely will recommend to my friends and family. I will miss watching the manatees in the river while drinking my coffee every morning!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this appartement. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. Little problems were fixed immediatly. The location is perfect for discovering Miami. We would love to stay here again.

Great spot in Brickell

Gorgeous property and views. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The check-in process was a little intense and slightly confusing but the place itself was beautiful and clean. We also had one day of nice weather and the pool was amazing!

High Rise Views!

This unit/property was beautiful! Amazing views. Property Manager was an excellent communicator and very accomodating. This was our first time in the Brickell area and was elated to be in walking distance of fine restaurants, shopping mall. Pool was unmatched! Concert venue was very close. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic view and accommodations but accessing the pool after already validating identification upon checking in made me feel like I should now have top secret security clearances anywhere in the world. It actually became comical.

This is such a beautiful property, in the heart of the financial sector. The views are breath taking, which match the beautiful furnished condo. We loved the pool, gym, spa, and the fact that it was close to the metro rail made it even better! I highly recommend this property to you. Oh I was even able to order groceries before I arrived, and management put them in the kitchen for me. How awesome is that!!!!

Great stay with even better host

The apartment was exactly as listed. The communication with the host was always 10/10. They have several units in the same building. Fransisco was always available for anything. We took the parking nearby instead of valet. Was cheaper and we loved the short walk through the park. Great location in brickell. Close to all the best restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent again from them.

Excellent location

Space was good. Location was great. A ton of rules you have to follow at the property down to pool towels that seemed a bit extreme. One thing you cannot control was the air conditioning. So I found it to be hot and stuffy, especially when sleeping. When requested twice to lower, they lowered 1 degree. Also, the air will switch off randomly, they said it was because I kept the balcony door open, I didn't; I definitely did not want it hotter in there. But overall, I was there for work, it was close and clean. Location has great views. was

Never again at Icon

The smell of Marijuana is ridiculous. I wasn't happy with the bed in the master, needs to be replaced. This was not a good experience. I will never stay at this property again!!!!!!!

Great stay but be ready for a few bumps using facilities

The condo is beautiful, just as shown. The property owner was very responsive. Check-in was smooth, but found out they didn’t have everyone checked in properly on our condo so we had issues accessing the facilities. Don’t assume any of your guest can access the pool or the fitness center.. I would even confirm that people staying with you will all be able to access it. Four of the six elevators were down one day and that was pretty frustrating, but it was only one day. Again, no issues with the property owners or the condo more so issues with the building and access. They’re a little funny about the pool, we were actually at the pool and went to the spa and on the way back the pool had closed and this is at like 12 in the afternoon. So we had to walk all around just to get back to our building.

Best view of Brickell from condo

Check-in unwelcoming by building staff. Owners rent out condo and building staff despise it. You feel it the entire time you step foot onto property. Not condo staff fault. The condos staff are great communicators, polite, helpful and courteous as they know what your about to encounter when you walk on property, That treatment was shocking yet we ignored it as you can too. Condo is worth it! Prepare to pay $45 a day for parking (no in/out and it’s chaotic all day/night). Jet bathtub doesn’t work. BOOK NOW🙏

Thank you so much for your great review and feedback, Annie! We are very happy you enjoyed the beautiful views from our condo. We would like to sincerely apologize for the building staff's behavior. We will definitely share this with their management team to prevent it from happening again. Please note, we have a limited number of parking passes available for self-parking (in and out). As the number of self-parking passes is extremely limited, we do always recommend reserving one at the time of booking, or as far in advance as possible. As for the jet tub, we do not have these activated as they make a very high noise (when off) and cause leaking (we do not offer this as part of the amenities). Nevertheless, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay and hope you do visit us again!!

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
