We loved our stay in the Treetops Cabin! It was quiet and very beautiful. We really only had two major complaints/concerns:
Driveway: Our visit was in the middle of September with no rain or mud. The driveway is riddled with LARGE potholes/steep hills. We have an AWD SUV and only managed to get up the driveway with moderate scratches and damage to our vehicle. Our tires completely spun out and we rolled BACKWARDS down the hill.
Dishes
There are not very many dishes at all. It is not full
The cabin was beautiful and secluded from other people giving you a lot of privacy. However, the cabin is a little aged and needs some repairs like the back door which does not slide. The door handle on the bathroom is falling off, the dvd player remote doesnât work, and the fire pit is on a hill. Other than that we very much enjoyed the stay here and would stay there again.
The cabin was nice and secluded with trees surrounding you. The driveway took 4 minutes to traverse each way and was very hilly and rocky. I have a newer ford escape and we had slight troubles getting up because of all of the ruts in the driveway. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable and had a cd player with some movies for the evening. Location was great between Logan and the state park.
It was a relaxing weekend, very peaceful and quiet.
The cabin was nice, the hot tub too. Location was great.
The kitchen utensils were not the greatest for cooking, so luckily I brought my own and used those instead. The grill needs cleaned. Bed cover/blanket could be thicker.
Beautiful tree top cabin. Very cute and cozy. Hot tub was wonderful. Back door and grill have seen their better days, however it was still a wonderful time away!
The Treetops cabin is at the very end of the Blue Rose Cabin's property, the road is a bit bumpy so take a 4x4 or SUV !
The accommodation was ideal for 2 people, very quiet, in the heart of woods, surrounded by squirells and birds. We appreciated the terrace (the door to get out was a bit hard to open), the barbecue and the jaccuzzi (while it was too much cholrinated). The bed was comfy, the kitchen well equiped.
The bathroom need a renovation, the towels were a bit old as well.
The weekend was great. But there were somethings that we noticed. The lamp and fan on bedside stand was in need of serious dusting/cleaning, the bed is very noisey as well as the heater. Also have a concern to possible mold under the linoleum in the bathroom. None of which prevents us from a future stay just some minor issues that could be updated. Thanks again!!!
Treetops was such a disappointment. It was so disappointing, we left and stayed at a local hotel. Furniture very worn- cabin could use a restoration . Grill and hot tub were not useable.
Spoke with owner and no refund options given. Do not stay here as there are so many nicer cabins in the area.
The property was very clean, but yet did not have Wi-Fi and could not turn vehicle around and the driveway. The bed was broken down to where you both rolled to the center of the bed.
Worst night sleep we have ever had love the location of the cabin though no close neighbors.
This cabin was just what we were looking for. It provided the quite time we were seeking along with being close to the attractions we were interested in. I would recommend these cabins to all my friends.
Centrally and conveniently located in the beautiful Hocking Hills. Just a short scenic drive from the main highway on 25 breathtaking acres, you will have the time of your life.
