This is a great place to stay within easy walking distance of Petaluma. The owner made our stay simple with regard to home access, parking, location, and even left us a welcome basket of snacks and wine! I will definitely book this home again!!
This property is very clean, very quiet, in a walkable neighborhood, close to historic downtown. Frank has supplied everything for a comfortable stay and replies very quickly when contacted. We would definitely choose this home again!
This was a great place to stay! The location was perfect and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Every detail was well thought out and appreciated. Very comfortable beds!
I loved the location and convenience of this property. Plenty of room and comfy beds. I traveled alone but had friends spend a night so the 2 bathrooms were a plus. Walking to downtown was close and a very pretty walk, beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again
Had a great stay at Frankâs property! Check in and overall information was a tiny bit clunky but Frank was incredibly responsive and helpful so it was not an issue at all. Location canât be beat, place was clean, well appointed and comfy.
We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this VRBO. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and a 14 year old to spread out. I was able to work half days in the kitchen area without disturbing anyone. The house is in walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Target and other shopping. Parking is on the street, but there was never an issue getting a spot right out front. We would highly recommend!
Overall, unit was very close to downtown Petaluma, lovely walkable neighborhood. Rental was not ready when we arrived at 5pm. We were able to access unit after 7pm. Owner was pleasant.
Three brothers on a wine and hiking tour. Petaluma was in the middle of four of our destinations, so the area was right. The price was right.
The stay was a comfortable no-frills option in Petaluma. House was clean. Owner was very responsive to our one need (coffee grinder). We basically spent the late evening and slept in the home. Therefore, it met all our needs.
Two of us had to do a little work-related stuff, and we did stream a couple movies while we were there. The WiFi is very slow. Iâd say that was the only criticism of the place.
Check in and checkout was a breeze. Not like other places where I e had to strip the bed linens and place towels, etc. in the tub. Very easy.
I booked this VRBO for my international friends who were coming out of town to attend my wedding. The space was perfect for them. It had an abundance of towels, linens, was perfectly clean, and there was a nice welcome note & snack.
Frank, the host, was extremely accommodating. The girls all felt comfortable & safe, and we enjoyed its proximity to downtown Petaluma and St. Vincentâs Catholic Church.
I would 100% recommend this spot for folks coming in from out of town ESPECIALLY if you donât have access to a car. There is so much close by and the neighborhood is stunning.
We had a great time in Petaluma and this unit was very nice. Unfortunately, it was extremely warm (100-103 degrees) and this unit is upstairs in an older home. There were two floor standing a/c units but they didnât keep up with the heat at all. We couldnât stay there during the afternoon. Fortunately, the nights were cool so sleeping was not a problem. Iâm told that kind of heat was way out of the ordinary for Sonoma Valley.
Going to a family friend 80th birthday party and visiting our childhood home town. Great place back in the day and still is. Frank has a perfect place to stay.
We arrived a bit late and the lights on the porch were left on for us. I had communicated that it would be dark.
Its an old victorian that had been converted into the upstairs being a nice space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a TV room. It was a very hot week. It has two window vented type AAc units tat had a hard time dealing with the heat. Luckily Petaluma tends to col off well during the night. I lived in an old victorian in my 20's so it was very nestalgic for me. The kitchen is nice and has the basic kitchen equiptment. The host left a treat for us and that was such a sweet gesture. Laundry is on site just not in the area we stayaed. Host was available and helpful when I asked a question. I would recommend this place to others. I would stay again if we come back to California. They was also beach chairs under the stairs as well as a closet of books and some games. I only wish the master bedroom had some blinds or black out curtains. It is in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown Petaluma and the smart train.
We enjoyed our stay in this cute Craftsman. The neighborhood is beautiful, perfect for walks and coffee on the porch. The home had everything we needed and we were wuite comfortable there.
From our early check in to the easy of communication with Frank, our stay was great. The location is an easy walking
distance to downtown. I would stay there again when back in Petaluma.
Great location few blocks from Petaluma downtown, very convenient and charing area of victorian, tree lined houses. The place had everything as described with 2 full beds & bath. This is an old house so the layout is going to reflect it (no open floorplan, stairs to the quarters and very small living room). The host was very responsive and transparent.
Father of three adults, I have lived in Petaluma for over 20 years and feel this is a wonderful part of the world. I enjoy hosting meeting new people and working on improving my home.
This location is hard to beat. Just close enough to walk downtown but not to close to the noise and congestion a popular town like Petaluma will bring. Public transportation is 4 blocks away and close to boutique shopping, theater district, are all walkable and wineries are located in and around Petaluma/ Sonoma County.
