À propos de cet hébergement

Casa Rondini est entourée de 6 hectares de vignes, oliviers, tournesols et de villes médiévales situées à la limite entre l'Unbrie et la Toscane. Nous proposons appartements récemment rénovés avec des entrées indépendantes. Appartement avec 2 spacieuses terrasses afin de profiter du soleil du matin au soir.
Appartement spacieux, composé d'un grand salon avec cheminée, une cuisine à part, 2 chambres à coucher et une salle de bains moderne. Piscine grande et fonctionnelle 16 mètres x 8 mètres entourée de pins et de jardins un piscine. Serviettes de toilette et draps propres à la semaine. L'appartement est équipé du chauffage central pour l'hiver. Du bois est proposé pour usage de la cheminée. Fruits et légumes bio frais de saison, oeufs frais du jour, eau de source. Facilement accessible par le train sur la voie principale Rome- Florence, Casa Rondini est au centre d'une multitude de petits villages médiévaux au passé culturel et historique riche en art.

3-night stay

Don’t hesitate booking this property, very clean rental, huge clean pool, relaxed environment, Franco and his family are excellent friendly hosts. They have weekly pizza nights which are yummy, kids make their own pizzas and it’s a great way to meet other people.

Excellent holiday house to discover Umbria

Excellent stay in this holiday house. We had one of the upper appartments. They are clean and spacious. Everything you need is available. There is a great pool. It is ideally located to explore both upper and lower parts of Umbria. The owners Franco and Bozena (and their daughters) are really nice and helpfull and they organize 3x per week pasta or pizza evenings where you can make your own pasta/pizza and meet the other guests. Very nice initiative. All of us loved this.

Home away from home

Lovely, beautiful farm surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, flowers and a vegetable garden where you can pick greens, herbs, fruit and strawberries. The wine cellar is open 24-7 for you to fetch eggs, a bottle of wine or some home made jam. Franco and Bozena are the best hosts you can imagine and they provided us with some good ideas for excursions. The farm is in the perfect place to explore Umbria and Tuscany, and we enjoyed returning in the afternoons to the peaceful surroundings and the sound of chickens! Our dog loved the walks in the neighbourhood and resting in the shade. We were sad to leave, but this is a place to return to.

Charming Umbria hills farm

We had a wonderful stay with Franco and Bozena on their farm in the hills. We really enjoyed the olive oil, the wine, and the produce that was available each day during our stay. Our daily walks in the olive groves and vineyards was a lot of fun. The house was set up nicely with the bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and kitchen and a bathroom below. The outdoor patio under the kiwi vines was a great spot to sit and soak in the setting. Franco and his wife were helpful and pleasant. We had a great time!

First time I had a relaxing holiday with kids :-)

I enjoyed our stay so much! This was my first vacation with my kids, where I really could relax. The pool is really big and we used it alot. It was never crowded and very often we were at the pool on our own, which was great. :-P The apartment was very spacious and clean, with two terraces and we enjoyed the view from our bedroom. I loved sleeping with the terrace door open, because I could see the hilly landscape. The area was secluded, but we did not had the urge to travel to other cities and watch stuff very often. We visited Orvieto and Perugia, which were both very pretty. The well and the underground tour in Orvieto were very interesting and I liked the shops. We did not spend much money in this holiday, because there are simply no shops near the apartment, so the kids do not go to the ice cream shop three times a day and stuff like this and we mostly cooked for ourselves. ;-) We also loved the many animals so much, that we immediately started to build a chicken house in our garden at home, when we came back. ;-) There were baby rabbits and baby chickens which we could visit in their chicken house and we loved sitting in there and cuddling and feeding the animals. They were very friendly and were used to people. Bozena is great with animals. :-) We also enjoyed the "wine room" where we could buy housemade wine, olive oil, postcards, pesto, marmelade and fresh eggs and much more at all times. The cooking nights with the hosts and other guests were also very nice. We joined Pasta Night and Pizza Night and both were fabulous. Franco is a great cook.^^ Everything was very delicious and the other guests were very friendly. :-) I really had a great time watching the insects and hunting for cicadas, which I always heart but never saw until I started to record their sound and played it to them, because then they answered and I could find them. :-P We also saw the cutest and tiniest scorpions and the kids loved the small lizards. We wish Franco and Bozena many rainy days, because the area was very dry and they did not had real rain since december. Normally they grow many vegetables, but this year the rain was missing so much. Do not forget to pack spray against moscitos! ;-)

Wunderschöne erholsame Ferien

In der Abgelegenheit Umbriens, unweit von größeren Orten, haben wir mit unseren Kindern und unserem kleinen Hund wunderschöne erholsame Ferien verbracht. Die Kochabende (Pizza, Pasta, Risotto) mit Franco und den anderen Gästen waren wunderbar! Am Tag haben wir (insbesondere die Kinder) den tollen riesigen Pool genossen. Ich denke, wir kommen wieder!

Idyllic getaway

We feel in love with this property. We stayed in a very large 2 bedroom apartment that was super cozy quaint. The infinity pool is magnificent. We especially loved the communal dinner served on Thursday night which was eggplant parmigiana with a saffron sauce. Along with seasonal roasted vegetables and a flaming dessert! The hosts are warm people who work hard to make your time spent here special.

Familievenligt sted i meget smukt område

Vi har været så glade for vores ophold! Franco og Bozena er de perfekte værter: imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Stedet er velegnet til børnefamilier med bl. a. stor pool, badminton, bordtennis og kaniner, høns. Vi lærte også at lave pasta en aften med efterfølgende fællesspisning. Super hyggeligt. Der er meget at se og opleve i det smukke område. Vi anbefaler varmt stedet!

The best time !!

We had the most incredible time staying at Franco and Bozenas beautiful farm ! They are the most hospitable individuals with love for their farm. We did not have a car, and they were very willing to take us to and from the train station. Their farm has chickens, rabbits , olive trees, cherry and mulberry trees and the BEST pool !! We joined for a pizza evening , which we homemade and Franco used his amazing pizza oven! We bought the wine , limoncello and jams that they make (which were delicious). We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous area of countryside and peacefulness ! Thank you so much !!

Great rest spot and Tuscan agritourismo

Our family of 5 stayed here the last two nights after being in Rome for 5 days. It was lovely! A nice farm w chickens and Franco and Bolzena were so nice! They make olive oil and wine and have fresh eggs available to buy anytime. we were able to have dinner there (make your own pizza night). Kids also enjoyed the pool tho it was a bit cold. Very peaceful location, so very relaxing!!

Wir haben in der Casa Rondini 2 wunderschöne, entspannte und ruhige Wochen verbracht. Die Gastfreundschaft war herausragend. Die Einrichtung ist aussreichend. Die Abende in der Pergola haben wir sehr genossen-auch das Angebot der Cantina und das frische Gemüse aus dem Garten. Idealer Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Cascata delle Marmore.... Gerne wieder

Erholung pur!

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gemietete Häuschen hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Der große Pool ist super. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht findet sie an diesem Ort. Der Gastgeber kocht hervorragend und das Angebot gemeinsamer Abendessen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Im Gemüsegarten darf man jederzeit frisches Gemüse und Kräuter ernten!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr groß. Sehr sehr freundliche und kommunikative Vermieter. Toller großer Pool, den man mit weiteren 4 App. teilt. Meistens waren wir alleine.

We had a lovely, relaxing week at Casa Rondini. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was very large and well appointed. The pool was great, our 9 year old wanted to stay in it all day! We took part in the pizza and pasta making evenings, they were really enjoyable. Franco and his wife were very welcoming. The fresh produce was very welcome and my son enjoyed collecting the eggs. We had a trip to Perugia and to Orvieto, both of which were beautiful and easy to get to. We are looking forward to a return trip!

Sehr leckere Kochabende mit Franco. Sehr gepflegter und großer Pool. Tolles Anwesen. Hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Rundum gelungener Urlaub für die ganze Familie! Gerne wieder....

We are Franco and Bozena. We live here since 2002 and we love it. We specialize in producing our own organic extra virgin olive oil, vine and saffron. We love looking after the farm,but having guests coming from all over the world and staying in our apartments makes our life here very special.

We found this farm and we loved it from the first sight. The location was perfect – deep in a beautiful countryside but in the same within quick and comfortable reach of the stunning cities of Perugia, Orvieto, Rome and Florence. We knew is going to be a hard work but we still enjoying every moment of it.
