Family/Friends Getaway

The property is exactly as described. We had an amazing time. Beautiful home and has everything you could possibly need. Kids had a blast swimming in the pool, being able to feed the fish in the pond and making smores by the fire pit. Grocery store, restaurants and anything else you may need is very close by. Would absolute stay here again.

Wonderful private property

This is a very nice, very clean house with an excellent yard and a gorgeous view. We had everything we needed - it was very comfortable and a great place to relax and catch up with the family. Scott was very communicative and everything was easy. We will definitely come back.

Hiding in Plain Sight

This was a perfect retreat for our family. The house is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and well stocked with basics and more. The best part was the gorgeous outdoor pool in a beautifully landscaped yard. So close to civilization, but we felt like we were out in the country all by ourselves.

Beautiful house with pool near Austin

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. The large windows showed gorgeous views of the Texas hill country. We watched hummingbirds hovering around the flowers while we lounged by the pool, which we used daily. We enjoyed watching the night sky from the spacious deck after having smores at the fire pit. The host Scott responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to stay at this lovely house again.

Peaceful Hill Country Retreat

Our stay was perfect. The house is so beautiful and clean, and the views are spectacular. The pool is amazing, surrounded by flowers that draw countless hummingbirds and emphasized by a peaceful waterfall. The large deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the expansive views of the Hill Country and seemingly-endless Texas sky. The well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill make for an enjoyable cooking experience. Inside, the home is the perfect blend of luxury and coziness, and the view from the primary bedroom is inspiring. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for large group! Peace and quiet was wonderful!

We loved the decor in every area of the home. The pool, firepit and lawn was very well taken care of. You cannot beat the privacy and still so close to whatever you could need.

Quick getaway with old friends

The property was gorgeous and the host was really great with communicating with me throughout our trip. Wildflowers were everywhere along with bluebonnets. Definitely want to come back to this property.

"A Home For the Holidays"

This beautiful home in the hill country was everything and more. The view from the moment you opened the front door was incredible! The home was warm, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly inviting. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely cooks kitchen, watching tv together in large and comfy living room, and sitting outside by the fire at the amazing fire pit! This home truly has it all! The owner Scott, was always available to help answer any questions we had. This would definitely be a destination we would come back to! Thank you Scott for making our Christmas with our children, one to remember!

Everything and More

What a property and home! The views, the incredibly comfortable beds and soft bedding, the loungy seating on the deck, the string lights, the cut wood and fire pit area, room to breathe and hang out, great kitchen and family room, a ton of nice touches including responsive and friendly communication with Scott all just made for a memorable and pleasant quick getaway for our family of four. Couples Weekend

Every year our group of friends tries to take a couples’ trip. This year we all wanted a laid back environment and this property did not disappoint! The property was just as presented in the photos online - maybe even prettier in person. Additionally, Scott is truly an exceptional host; he communicated with me throughout the trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. The kitchen was without a doubt one of the BEST stocked kitchens I’ve experienced through VRBO. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking with Scott again in the future!

Overall, the property was great and just as advertised. Scott, the host, was very attentive to our needs and recommended many restaurants that turned out to be excellent. The pool was the perfect temp and shockingly refreshing in the 100+ degree weather the week we visited. We would definitely recommend this property or any place the Scott hosts.

Outstanding Experience

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott's property in early July. It is a beautiful home with fabulous amenities and spectacular views. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved our time by the pool, on the deck, and in the house. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of room for a good sized group. Dining/shopping/and entertainment were very conveniently located within 15 minutes. Scott was very quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay. He gave us great advice on where to dine and some of his favorite places to visit. We will definitely visit again, and we highly recommend this property!

Great getaway!

We had a very relaxing, much needed vacation. We made it a staycation and didn’t venture out much except for groceries because everything we needed was right there. The house/property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood away from it all but still close enough to stock up on food or drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and loved that even in the heat of the day - and believe me there was unprecedented heat during our stay- the pool was shaded. No overbearing afternoon sun with a gorgeous live oak shading it just right and a lovely view. The house is stocked so thoughtfully and we had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay!
