Glad you had an amazing time in Mammoth. The jacuzzi is a must for all ages and when it's time to "Apres Ski" with the adults after a great day on the slopes, the Xbox works its magic on the kids and teens. Thanks for the kind words and come back and see us soon!!!

We appreciate the feedback. The check in details were stuck in the VRBO message system and accidentally not sent the two days prior when we thought they were sent. Once this guest contacted us we apologized and immediately sent again thru both the app and in a text message. Unfortunately, Mammoth received over 5 feet of snow in less than 72 hours making snow levels and conditions including the roads both producing challenges beyond our control. The majority of Mammoth was built in the 70’s so unfortunately that means the majority of the properties have wall heaters. We have 2 portable heaters in both bedroom closets. There are 2 fireplace lighters always on the mantel and even hide one just in case they end up lost or missing. We replace them all the time. Which is why we hide one. Since we didn’t receive some of this feedback prior to the review we were unable to share some of these options with you. We will make some adjustments to our processes based on your feedback.

Thank you for the feedback. There are 4 TV’s that are all smart TV’s. We will look to make sure all are working properly. We do send property details about what to expect etc prior to every guest arrival. I will make sure we also check the information about the property we have on the coffee table and make sure nothing is outdated and inspect the walls. Sometimes the walls can get skuffed from ski bags etc maybe we need to touch up the paint.

Thank you for your feedback. The loft is a great spot for both kids and adults and we have done our best to make the most use of all the space. The unit has been completely remodeled, so thank you for the positive comments. Once in Mammoth, most people don't want to leave, but that is what makes this such a great get-away.

This guest jammed the garbage disposal with plastic bags and broke a drawer in the refrigerator which had to be removed/repaired. This review is the response after $200 was taken from his security deposit. Read all our reviews and you will see there is no history of us taking advantage of any guests. All we were doing is making sure the place was left the way it was when they arrived. In this case things were broken and the guest never notified us. For this reason part of the deposit was used to make the repairs. We love Mammoth and our place that we share with others who want to come and enjoy the mountains. We just ask you leave it the same way it was when you arrived.

We lock up most of the cleaning supplies for the team who cleans after the guests leave and normally there is a broom and dust pan, but sounds like they must have disappeared- For sure we will replace and appreciate you wanting to keep the unit in great order. Our check out details(rules) for the property keep the unit in great shape so it can be enjoyed by our guests throughout the year. We hope to see you back again in the future-
