The cabin was great! Had everything we needed. Loved that it is ski in/ski out. Close to the jacuzzi and sauna. The beds are super comfy. We would stay there again.
This was definitely one of the better properties I've stayed at in Mammoth (and I've stayed at a LOT). The ski in/ski out was really fantastic as was having a couple car port. The cabin was really cozy, didn't seem dated like so many are, and both bedrooms had wonderful views of the valley. Plenty of bathrooms. Very minor complaints: better hairdryers would have been nice and if you have more than 5 adults, not enough comfortable sofas/chairs in the living area (but you can use the chairs around the dining room table). Would definitely stay here again.
The house was great, plenty of space and bathrooms. We enjoyed the community hot tub, location, and large dining room table. It was also a great price. Diane the property manager answered all my questions within 30 mins and was extremely helpful.
Some of the âfutonsâ werenât the most comfortable and clean but the sheets made it easy to sleep on. Also, I would consider it a ski in but not a ski out, as itâs a 5 min uphill walk to the trail (we got to ski in to the driveway tho!)
Overall my friends and I would stay there again 5/5
Great property for two families and we loved the ski/in out! It has a loft that sleeps 4 kids comfortably (note the beds are futon cushions but the kids didnât mind). The condo came furnished with plenty of towels and bedding and toiletries as well. Note the ski in/out drops you onto a bigger hill about Eagle (better for ppl who have some experience skiing). The only complaint I had was the WiFi was spotty and didnât support movie streaming (although that may have been due to all the kids on their devices using up the bandwidth!) We would definitely stay here again!
Ski in/Ski out option was the best part of this whole thing but be warned if you have a bunch of beginners in your group beginning your day can be a little daunting - a short, narrow and steep (for a beginner) run to get to the slopes. Getting back to the unit is a piece of cake. My group was not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the unit but it was fine. Dealing with 101 was a piece of cake and check-in/check-out was smooth. I would do it again.
Cute place, nice location. Ski-in/out was difficult for us snowboarders, we had to walk which was OK. Reached out to the property managers and received late, unfriendly responses. I booked saying we had 4 adults and 4 children but showed up to the kidsâ beds not having any sheets so we had to make our own beds. Not a fun start. Also there was trash on the floor and the vacuum left behind from cleaners. And our kids got bug bites but canât 100% confirm from where⊠(we never played outside so I assume from the house) Wonât stay here again, unfortunately. Paying a high cleaning fee⊠for what?

Not Good!
Should have stated not ski in/ski out! This was a rip off, we had to drive to main lodge! I am not happy! Several issues with the condo as well! Tub had no plug, towel had blood stain on it. trash receptacle was broken, frying pan was un-useable, Oven had spill in it so when we turned on oven it smoked out the codo and set off the alarm. Help desk only granted a 1 hr extension instead of allowing me to keep my daughter ther till 2pm.
Loved the location and space was very charming with all of the amenities. Diane and Great escapes were very helpful. Very easy check in and check out process. Beautiful view of the valley!
