Nikte Ha # 5 est un condo tout neuf fabuleux avec une vue magnifique sur la mer des Caraïbes. Cette unité de luxe de 3 chambres à coucher est située dans la partie centrale de Half Moon Bay d’Akumal, à proximité du restaurant La Buena Vida et à quelques pas de nombreux équipements locaux, dont la lagune de Yalku.

Le condo a un grand plan ouvert, salon / salle à manger / cuisine et toutes les commodités modernes telles que la climatisation centrale, télévision à écran plat et WIFI. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une chambre d'amis avec un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit simple, et une chambre avec un lit superposé avec un lit double et un lit simple, ainsi qu'un lit gigogne double. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et 4 enfants. AC central.

Akumal est une petite communauté balnéaire avec des habitants soucieux de l’écologie et deux baies de baignade qui abritent une diversité de vie marine tropicale et de tortues de mer en voie de disparition. Akumal est situé à 20 minutes en voiture des stations balnéaires populaires de Playa del Carmen et Tulum, et à seulement une heure au sud de l'aéroport international de Cancun.

Great Condo, love Akumal

Hi, We had a fabulous time. The pool lovely and good to have because several of our days were windy and the sea was rough. On our last 2 days we were out snorkling and it was really nice. The staff are very attentive. The building is super convenient. Once you are there you don't really a car except for groceries. The near by restaurants are really nice in walking distance.

Great 8 Days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Nikte-ha. The unit was very nice and the AC worked which was needed as it was hot and humid (thankfully). The furniture was comfortable and I would only request some spare blankets in the unit for guests to use although when asked, we got one right away. Being able to communicate with the property management via WhatsApp was very easy and they were extremely helpful and courteous. Like everyone there, their English is excellent which is sad since my Spanish is not nearly as good but helpful. They can also help with suggestions for activities too if you don't use the concierge or even if you do! I would suggest as a similar reviewer did that the kitchen have some staples like salt and pepper and maybe some cooking oil? Also, that there are some back up pillows and blankets. The beds in the middle room had only the shams and not pillows but again when asked, the property managers more than delivered. Finalmente, fueron unas vacaciones estupendas. Muchas gracías.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an excellent week long stay in Nikte Ha #5. Our group of 5 which included 2 kids (4 and 7), had plenty of space in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit. The kitchen was stocked, the condo was very clean, and it was a very comfortable and quiet stay! The daily maid service was very friendly and thorough. Having a small convenience store across the street was great for any little things we forgot, (hot sauce for cooking, lol). The location was right in the middle of Half Moon Bay with 4 excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance. The area felt extremely safe. The property is right on the beach but still had enough space for a few loungers and we even set up a beach tent for the kids. I would note that the beach can be rocky, so I would recommend water shoes. Also, there seems to be a lot of microplastics and other plastics that wash up on the beach, which is not something against this property, just a reminder that everyone needs to do our part to keep nature clean. I think most of it comes from Cancun, Cozumel and the many cruise ships cruising through the area. We loved our vacation and would not hesitate to book this property again! Akumal is a lovely and quiet beach town that is very inviting!

Wonderful view - love Akumal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful 3 BR with a gorgeous view. 3rd floor, had full view from living room & master bedroom. Can even view the ocean from the shower! Comfortable linens and beds. AC worked well once we were able to figure out how to turn them on 😂. Kitchen could have benefited from basic staples. There was nothing, not even salt and pepper. I suggest stocking with olive oil, salt and pepper, and basic spices/sugar for coffee, etc. Most vacation rentals have these things and it was surprising there was nothing. We did have a hot water leak we woke up to on day 1, and the dryer didn’t work the first day either. But, the mgmt company quickly fixed. I didn’t realize this condo comes with daily maid service. We don’t want this on our vacation, so we declined our middle day of cleaning. She was lovely and helpful, we just don’t love someone in our space and we don’t need beds made daily, etc1 mile from town of Akumal, and it’s the quaintest most charming town. Just a few steps down from Buena Vida restaurant, and a great road to run on for morning exercise to run off those chips and margs. Just a 10 min walk to Yal Ku lagoon for snorkeling. Definitely bring water shoes, as the beach here, while gorgeous, is rocky. We loved our stay and would love to return!

Sun, Sand and Water

Was wonderful to walk out on the deck for coffee as the sun rose. Property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of room with casual, nice decor in all rooms. We had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of right away. The location of this unit was within easy walk to a couple of excellent restaurants, grocery store and gift shops. We rented a golf cart for the week and would highly recommend it. It was easier to navigate around town than having a car. There was an unpredictable sargassum build up on the beach, but the grounds crew worked to clear it everyday. We would definitely go back.

Comfortable Convenient Great Family Vacation!

The front desk was very kind & helpful with every question we asked.Bring water shoes as the beach is sandy but once you step into the water you need water shoes, and it's in those little crevices that the critters live, which makes it gorgeous for snorkeling- right out front!Convenient market across the street and larger one very close by, lots of great restaurants- this was an excellent family vacation for my husband and I, and our young adult kids.

We were so grateful to have bottled water, daily cleaning service, and a washer/dryer on hand. The pool and beach areas were kept tidy and inviting. We did not cook at all but found that we had plenty of great options within walking distance. Each of us appreciated the opportunity for leisurely walks in January catching up with one another. I would highly recommend the condo to friends and family and would consider a return visit! Akumal was charming.

The apartment itself is beautiful, very modern and very well equipped. Especially having two small kids this place was so convenient with the swimming pool and the ocean right in front of the door. The host (Akumal direct) was so responsive and nice. We can highly recommend to stay here and would come back anytime.

Akumal is a lovely little town— quiet, friendly and safe but with enough restaurants and shops and activities to keep us busy and supplied with the things we needed. This condo is perfectly situated— nice beach out front, a quick walk (or golf cart ride) to town or the Buena Vida restaurant (which we all loved). The condo is clean, the staff were super helpful when we needed something, the sunrises from the deck were beautiful. The pool I was great for the kids. Highly recommend!
