Compte tenu de la popularité d'Urban Cowboy, ce chalet a été construit et agrémenté d'une véranda couverte avec salon extérieur couvert au niveau principal, comprenant un foyer au bois extérieur. Évadez-vous en montagne avec votre partenaire privilégié et découvrez une toute nouvelle approche moderne de la cabine. Profitez de la vue sur la montagne et de la piscine intérieure chauffée qui s’ouvre sur l’extérieur. City Slicker for 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was absolutely beautiful it was spacious and it had all the extras. There was a lot of thought put into the beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. We woke up one morning to snow covering everything, absolutely beautiful and very cold. Customer service was amazing, they revert quickly to our problems, minor and fixable. The only thing I would suggest is to not lick out the thermostat to 68 and to have more than 1 blanket available. It got extremely cold in the cabin and one of the electric fireplaces worked half the time. Be sure to keep the water moving in the pool while on swim mode or it will alarm if too still. We had to keep resetting the sauna for it to heat up. The cabin was gorgeous, even though we were in an area with cabins next door it was very quiet with a beautiful view. We did have to cut our stay by 2 days due to an emergency at home. We purchased the insurance, hopefully we will get some reimbursement. The cabin is worth the stay.

Reviewer Comments: The Cabin was beautiful, we had a little trouble the second night with the splash alarm, the pool water level was too low and every time the jets turned on the splash alarm went off. We were up about every half hour for the entire night. But the next morning they came out and filled the pool and no more issues. Other than that our stay was fantastic. We loved the cabin and everything matched what was on the descriptions and pictures of the cabin. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will return!

Perfectly peaceful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose to visit Gatlinburg and the surrounding area for a few days for our anniversary. Elk Springs Resort had some beautiful cabins to choose from but ultimately we decided on City Slicker.The cabin was tucked into the trees, far removed from roadways and noise, which is beyond important for me. As a matter of fact, we heard only the occasional tires on gravel from neighboring cabins and that was minimal. To enjoy the sounds of birds and nature was so soothing!The cabin was clean and ready for our arrival. It’s adorable and has all the amenities you would need. The decks, the pool, the gas outdoor fire pit...amazing! The location to all attractions was convenient. This cabin has tremendous natural lighting - totally a positive, however if you enjoy sleeping in, I would suggest an eye mask.The bed was very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful and the whole experience was perfect. I will definitely be a repeat guest with Elk Springs Resort.

City Slickers Staying at the City Slicker

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic. The cabin was unique and quiet, and a great place to come back to after a long day in Gatlinburg. The design was unique and comfortable, and the pool and lower space was a nice touch. The pool table was high quality, and the arcade game took me back to my childhood. We also took advantage of the multiple fireplaces, and the outdoor deck. Our only issues were that the wifi would sometimes work and sometimes not, and the sauna was finicky. The host was always available via SMS, which was nice. Overall great experience and would definitely visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay overall. The view was lovely, and everything was clean with beautiful, well-stocked supplies. However, we did encounter a few issues. The pool door had an alarm, but the instructions on the wall were confusing, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the alarm. The AC was another problem — the drip pan was filled with water from the water heater, from the water heater not the AC, but theycontinued treating the AC. the excess water was overflowing into the pan. They vacuumed up the water but didn’t fix the issue. The problem kept reoccurring — within 30 minutes, the pan would fill up again. It seemed like the pipe needed repair, as it was draining directly into the ground instead of being properly directed. It was extremely inconvenient. It was our honeymoon after all, and the interruptions made that unpleasant. The last person who came to fix it applied a temporary solution to prevent the leak, but the water heater itself was the root cause. It really requires someone who can properly diagnose and fix the problem long term. I'd rate it a 5, but this issue brought the overall experience down.

Reviewer Comments: It was a nice cabin but we couldn’t enjoy our outdoor areas unless we don’t mind having our neighbors join us. There was absolutely no privacy. There’s no bathroom on the main floor. And if you are used to sleeping with blackout curtains...you won’t be sleeping here as there is no window coverings on the upper windows. We could also see out our windows into the neighbors houses at night time. It was a very nice cabin but not for us.

Fine but housekeeping was lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was fine overall. We enjoyed our stay but the cabin was not very well cleaned. We had bugs but to be expected in the mountains. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and needed wiped down. Cushions outside needed vacuumed and there were cigarette butts on the veranda. The microwave needs a good scrubbing because you can smell other people’s previous food when you open it. By far the worst was when we were packing up, finding a condom wrapper under the mattress that had an expiration date of 2023 (we stayed in 2024). So clearly it has been there for quite sometime. When we told them about it we were told “sorry, that’s so embarrassing”. I don’t think we will be staying again!

Bed was comfortable, shower was relaxing, soaking was good as well.Cons: No seating in the pool table room, Sauna was not working, fell in the pool area do to unlevel area around pool, also glass door on the lower level bathroom (very awkward. No privacy) and no closet space to hang anything only 4 hangers in a little nook area across from shower. Also they need to update kitchen utensils and cooking wear (had to pick Teflon out of eggs)

Beautiful cabin

We loved staying at this cabin. This cabin was one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The only reason I have a 4 star is because there was a handful of hair floating in the pool and there was hair on the shower wall. Other than that really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be booking with this resort again.

After Thanksgiving Delight

The cabin was every thing the website pictures said that it would be. The interior appeared to be as new as the day the cabin was built and furnished. Our stay was truly spectacular in every way. We are looking forward to staying there in again in the very near future.

A clean cabin would have made the stay perfect...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I loved the quiet location and the amenities of the cabin, the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. The main floor was very sticky. The 3rd floor and the steps leading to it had not been mopped in a long time. My white socks turned brown! The bedspread was dirty. A candy wrapper was still on the little shelf by the bed. But what got me was the spider webs everywhere. My husband and I wanted to open the "garage" door by the pool, but there were so many spiders around it, we were afraid they would fall into the pool with us! I would love to give this cabin another try if I knew the cleaning crew would be different. I had higher expectations for such a nice-looking property.
