À propos de cet hébergement

Notre chalet récemment ajouté sur le lac avec rampe de mise à l'eau est très moderne avec le confort de la vie à la campagne sur le lac. Il y a beaucoup de parking et un excellent accès au lac avec une atmosphère isolée. Nous vous demandons de venir laisser vos soucis et vos chaussures à la porte et de profiter du confort d'une maison moderne qui offre la sensation d'un lac vivant à son meilleur. Les petits chiens sont les bienvenus à condition qu'ils soient fauchés et bien élevés. 20 $ par chien et par nuit s'appliquent. Aucun chat n'est autorisé. Ne pas fumer.
À 20 minutes de Hot Springs, à 10 minutes du magasin de campagne local et du café. Beaucoup de cerfs et d'oiseaux aquatiques. Il n'est pas rare de voir un renard ou plusieurs dindons sauvages traverser la route en entrant ou en sortant de la propriété. Le quartier est un endroit idéal pour se promener et profiter de l'odeur des pins environnants. Nous avons des kayaks disponibles à la location si vous choisissez d'explorer les nombreuses criques adjacentes. Apportez votre bateau et explorez le lac Hamilton en utilisant notre rampe privée pour accéder au lac.

Absolutely amazing!

Cheryl and Tim could not have been more helpful. The home was perfect for my kids and I. Weather was beautiful. The cottage was close enough to town if we needed anything but nestled away with lots of privacy. We used the fire pit every night. The cottage had everything we could possibly need. We fished everyday and I caught my first budget pike!

The cottage was nice and quiet. Perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. The cottage was clean, and accessible to town. Overall, it was seamless!! We appreciate it very much and will be back!

Great Little Lake Cottage

My 11 year old, our doggie and I stayed here for spring break and had a great time! The hosts put a lot of effort into making your stay as hassle free and seamless as possible. The cottage is very well equipped with anything you need and the location on the water with boat dock was perfect for my little fisherman. About a 25-30 min drive to downtown Hot Springs. Area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. Thank you again!

Cozy Cottage and Great Host

With the permission of Cheryl, I booked this cottage for my adult daughter and a few of her friends. They had nothing but positive things to say about the coziness of the cottage, its serene location, and the kindness of their host, Cheryl. She was easy to communicate with (for both my daughter and self) and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet stay in the Hot Springs area, we would definitely recommend this place!

This was an amazing place. Cheryl and Tim are super nice and was willing to help us with anything we needed. They had helpful tips and phone numbers to places we might want to rent from or visit. A huge shoutout to them!! Thank yall so much for having us as guests.

Great location for a family getaway!

Cheryl and Tim are so awesome! The house is perfect and had everything we needed and more. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. They let us tie our boat to their boathouse.. which is right behind the house! We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect secluded getaway on the lake!

From the start the owners were very helpful with all of our questions. The cottage was perfect for our little family of four with everything we needed. We loved all the stocked toiletries and coffees! The beds/bedding were very cool and comfortable. This cottage had all the modern amenities furnished in it to be able to relax and cook all meals, the board games were a nice touch. It was very nice to have a private boat ramp to launch our boat on the property and private dock to tie our boat up too. Fishing right off the dock with a coffee in the early morning or a cold beer in the evening was the best! And our fur babies had a blast chasing squirrels and even had a welcome letter and treat for them which was so cute! We will for sure be back soon!

another short getaway

excellent place to say for a peaceful retreat. had a great time spent most of the day on the water, very nice having the boat launch on on the property. Cheryl and Tim make it easy to get in and out.

Great Getaway to honor each other for 36th Anniversary

Beautiful forest and abundance of water ! Though we fished and caught no fish we were delighted to be there and have the lake to discover the beauty of Lake Hamilton; breathtaking views from the cabin ! Forest has a vast amount of birds each with individual sounds! Would recommend this location and cabin.

Good place to stay.

The location was peaceful and quiet. Everything you could need was there. The couch was not very comfortable and way too many plug-in air fresheners for a small place. But overall a nice place to stay and get away.

Very Clean

I felt the owners were amazing and helped to make our stay wonderful. The property was nice, clean and comfortable. We went to Hot Springs and this property was not too of a far drive from downtown. I recommend this property :)

I worked in the healthcare industry for the last 20+ years; in December of 2019, I quit my job to be able to manage this property as well as our other 3 properties doing short term rentals. My husband is a structural engineer and has been for 25 + years. We have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. We love getting the opportunity to meet people and love to travel.

We have a very quiet, relaxing neighborhood with the opportunities to see lots of deer, turkey, geese, and other wildlife. Plus, we live just down the street.
