Cette maison de vacances unifamiliale est situĂ©e au cƓur de la rĂ©gion viticole. Il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les services et Ă  quelques minutes de prestigieux Ă©tablissements vinicoles, brasseries et restaurants du comtĂ© de Sonoma.

Dirigez-vous vers le nord, le sud-est ou l'ouest et une multitude d'aventures attendent le voyageur de Wine Country. Les appellations distinctives du comté de Sonoma, telles que Sonoma Valley, Dry Creek, Russian River et Alexander Valley, sont à quelques minutes. Un voyage à la légendaire cÎte du comté de Sonoma est à ne pas manquer. Une dégustation de vin, une randonnée dans les séquoias ou une partie de golf peuvent compléter une journée bien remplie.

Une courte promenade dans le parc Pioneer, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©, peut donner aux familles une chance d’exercer leurs enfants. Le parc Shiloh, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©, propose des kilomĂštres de sentiers de randonnĂ©e et de VTT. Dans la ville de Annandale, le cĂ©lĂšbre parc national est une Mecque du vĂ©lo de montagne qui attire les cyclistes de tout le pays. Le centre-ville de Santa Rosa compte de nombreux restaurants, bars, brasseries et boutiques pour complĂ©ter la scĂšne nocturne animĂ©e.

La cuisine du chef est le cƓur de la grande salle. Une table de salle Ă  manger en merisier pouvant accueillir 12 personnes est adjacente Ă  l’üle recouverte de cuivre. Des chaises en fer forgĂ© faites main ornĂ©es de feuilles de vigne entourent l'Ăźle. Trois chambres et deux salles de bain sont regroupĂ©es dans le couloir. Les sols en bois et en carrelage accentuĂ©s avec des tapis asiatiques sont dispersĂ©s dans toute la maison.
À quelques pas de la cuisine, des allĂ©es en pierre taillĂ©es Ă  la main se faufilent dans la cour pour relier la salle Ă  manger au foyer. Vne clĂŽtures couvertes entourent un Ă©tang avec cascade et rocaille. Une fontaine Ă  proximitĂ© complĂšte l'oasis de la cour arriĂšre.

Good location and space

Originally, we had planned a family trip, but due to fires and air quality, the trip gradually became smaller. While we ended up staying just one night, this home met all our needs. This home would be a good central place for people that are planning to explore the Sonoma county area. I recommend looking at this listing using the website as I had trouble following the host’s instructions while only using the App. However, Larry was accommodating to my mistake, but learn from me!

Home in the heart of Santa Rosa

Loved the outdoor space and kitchen facilities. Coffee maker was a French Press and fortunately a travel mate knew how to use it! Excellent coffee and her husband encouraged her to bring out their French Press and use it at home. Great communication between the owner prior to our arrival, and during our stay. The owner owns and operates a barbecue restaurant that we had an excellent dinner for our last evening meal. Three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom had no clothing storage site or closet that could be utilized, making it necessary to “live out of our suitcases”. We respect the owners right to privacy, but a free standing closet would be appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others. We hope and pray the residents of the area stay safe, in the wake of the devastating fires.

Great Place

Overall nice place and perfect location for our wine tasting trip. Don't be fooled by the Streetview pics on Google Maps as it looks much better than the photo online. Also closely located to many restaurants and coffee shops. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Location, good. Kitchen, good+. Bathrooms, fair, you can change the shower head for $25.00. family room, fair-, no work TV. Too many things with "do not touch" signs. FYI: you don't want guest to touch your stuff LOCK IT UP.. Over the top was your stove!

Quiet home

Nice and quiet place to stay. We attended Bottlerock in Napa for the 3 day weekend. I would suggest soap for the showers.

Spacious house

The house was great, open floor plan, nice backyard, clean, great towels, and well equipped kitchen. (Heating was working fine, which is something I was worried about based on previous reviews.) The owner was very responsive and renting, getting keys, etc was super easy. Not giving 5 stars because furniture is a bit old and so are some of the condiments and things left in the fridge... But overall I liked my stay and would book again.

Terrible experience-I definitely do not recommend

I’ll start with the good: nice open floor plan, and pretty nice furnishings. Now the bad: heater didn’t work at all, we froze all night and hearing the loud, constant clicking of the furnace trying to turn on all night long made getting to sleep even more difficult; the oven didn’t work, so we could not cook anything while we were there; there were no instructions for the TV, not that it would have mattered, there is no cable, satellite or antenna, and the TV is ancient, so even if you have a roku or media box, you can’t connect it unless you bring S-video connectors. There is a DVD player but no DVDs like in the picture, which shows a bookshelf full of DVDs. We did rent a DVD, but the sound wouldn’t work, so it took me a couple of hours going through a crap load of wires to finally figure out that it wasn’t hooked up correctly (very annoying); there is no washer and dryer; the vacuum doesn’t work; there is an ironing board, but we couldn’t find the iron anywhere; the faucets in the shower are backwards, so the hot and cold are mixed up (a note letting the guests know that would have been nice); there is food in the fridge and cabinets that has all expired at least a year ago (gross); the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty and filled with various “stuff” which made finding things difficult because they were so disorganized; the front yard vegetation is extremely overgrown and full of weeds - we arrived at night in the dark, and it was impossible to see the address; it was even a bit scary walking up to the front door (definitely nothing like the picture depicts); the driveway has two old vans parked there along with an old junky looking smoker (I think that’s what it was) and garbage cans, so there is very limited parking. All this makes the house extremely uninviting. And, to top it off, the street the house is located on looks really trashy (it was lined with broken down looking cars and unkempt yards). This was an experience I hope to never repeat again. We definitely felt like we wasted our money; such a huge disappointment.

Charming Home, Perfect for a Wine Trip

This home is exactly what I was looking for. It provided me with everything we desired in a weekend getaway. It was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to wineries, downtown nightlife, shopping, breweries, parks, and the great outdoors! The backyard is a quaint oasis, perfect for a night in. The home itself has quirks and charm, something we personally love because it makes it feel so homey. It's spacious and comfortable. Per the previous review, the owner informed me he'd ordered new towels, but they hadn't arrived yet. No biggie. I just wanted to mention it for other future readers. I'd definitely stay here again. I also very much appreciate the price!

Large home to accomodate a family gathering

The home was large and had 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use some deep cleaning and an upgraded set of pots and pans. The owner would be helpful in advising guests that he has two vehicles in the driveway. We arrived in the dark and it's a bit confusing if you are walking up to an occupied home with vehicles in the driveway. The owner has an interesting and eclectic record album collection which were fun to look through. The TV wasn't intuitive, so instructions on use would be helpful. The towels for the bathroom and kitchen could also use an update. We enjoyed the neighborhood. It was quiet with a nice park two blocks away. The home served our purposes well.

good location for wine country stay

This place is an adequate accommodation for a wine country stay, reasonably priced for the area. Some challenges though - when we got there it was 50 degrees in the house, and it took hours to warm up. While I appreciate the owner's desire to save energy, this was a bit much. Instructions were to turn off the furnace when we left, so next guest will have the same unpleasant experience. There wasn't (or at least we couldn't find) the usual book of instructions for things like w-fi and heat.
