Spectaculaire, joliment décoré, en face de Kamaole Beach III à Kihei!

Régalez vos yeux sur ce fabuleux condo avec une véranda à tomber par terre.
Profitez de ce condo spacieux et meublé avec goût de 818 pieds carrés avec vue sur la piscine, les jardins tropicaux et les couchers de soleil. L'unité est située dans la cour intérieure souhaitable du bâtiment. Vous pouvez profiter des couchers de soleil renommés depuis votre véranda!

La chambre principale comprend un matelas king-size, des draps lavés par des professionnels, une télévision à écran plat, un ventilateur de plafond, un grand placard et une salle de bains communicante.

Le ventilateur de plafond et le climatiseur sont situés dans le salon et un climatiseur supplémentaire dans la chambre principale. La plupart du temps, l'unité est assez fraîche avec juste les alizés et les ventilateurs de plafond, mais parfois vous pourriez avoir besoin d'un climatiseur, nous avons donc prévu cela pour votre confort dans le salon et dans la chambre.

Dégustez des repas frais que vous avez préparés dans la cuisine bien équipée ou le barbecue sur les barbecues à gaz situés dans tout le complexe, ou vous êtes également à quelques pas de l'un des nombreux restaurants locaux raffinés.

Vous profiterez de trois minutes à pied d'une plage de classe mondiale. Tous les parcs de Kamaole Beach disposent de sauveteurs et sont parmi les premières plages de Maui.

Kamaole Sands est situé dans la charmante ville de Kihei et à moins de 5 minutes des boutiques exclusives de Wailea, du golf et des restaurants. Les transports en commun s'arrêtent juste devant Kamaole Sands.

Vous y trouverez deux bains à remous à jets, une grande piscine et une pataugeoire pour enfants. Il y a 4 courts de tennis de taille réglementaire et une salle d'exercice. Les autres commodités comprennent une réception et une sécurité 24h / 24, un bureau d'activités sur place, avec de grands espaces barbecue, un parking réservé à côté de notre bâtiment, un petit-déjeuner continental de bienvenue le premier matin au bord de la piscine et le mercredi après-midi, une fête Mai Tai au bord de la piscine avec des concerts Musique hawaïenne.

Fortunate to spend a month in this lovely condo. Location was close to beaches, restaurants, across from the pool. Enjoyed the large lanai and the amazing view from it of the impeccable grounds and ocean.Condo itself was large, well appointed, and nicely decorated with out any clutter.Karen was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond with any questions.Looking forward to coming back to this location and unit!

Perfect work stay. Clean and well appointed. Felt very comfortable. Couldn't get the AC to work, but it could have been user error. Overall, just what I needed for my week of work.

As we have 2 a/c units and 2 fans in our condo, you still had one a/c in operation and the 2 ceiling fans. Our on site property manager would have been more than happy to help you and get the A/C that you may have needed up and running. Amazing location and a great host

Karen is simpytge best. She went all in to keep us updated of renovations happening there . She was very responsive at all times. This is a great location next to Kam 3. Beautiful property and excellent upgrades . The property managers onsite were of great help. We will surely look forward to our next vacation here. Thank you Karen !

Very nice unit, loved the renovations.

The only thing that we thought could have been better was the cleaning as there was hair in the shower and a couple other things were messy. Also, it would be nice if there could have been a few coffee filters provided for the first morning or two

Great little condo, perfect location

We loved our stay in Kihei at this condo. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the place is much bigger than I was expecting. The lanai was HUGE and the condo was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, etc. No surprises when we checked in (you just need to check in with the front desk, as you were in a hotel). We had to check out at 11, but were able to use the pool/hot tubs/bathrooms after that time. Which is great if you're catching a red-eye out that night! This condo is within walking distance to beautiful beaches and some great food choices. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Amazing condo and host

This property is nothing short of AMAZING! After booking, the host contacted me and let me know the condo was being renovated and would be different than the advertised photos. She made sure the new design would fit my family's needs and made us feel so welcomed. I was extremely happy with the renovations and condition of the property. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed (and more) was provided such as linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and more. Bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. The lanai was beautiful and very large compared to most on the property. The grounds were clean and well maintained including swim and BBQ area. Staff is friendly and check-in was quick. Location was perfect to beach, shopping , restaurants, and things to do. The property is very family friendly and includes things to do for all ages. I would highly recommend this property or any listed by this host.

Pictures don't do it justice

We were taken aback by just how well kept the property and the area for Kamaole Sands was. The apartment/condo is spacious and fits 4 adults really well. The view from your balcony over looks a really nice open area that is filled with trees and plants (very on vibe for Maui). - Picture's don't do it justice!!! - Pull out couch fits 2 adults - Beach chairs, and an umbrella were available for us to use - Balcony has a table and 4 chairs for if you just want to sit out there and enjoy the view - 2 washrooms - Master one is larger than the communal one but you can easily who get's which one. - Laundry is available in the apartment - Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, that's located right across the street and it's never really crowd; great beach to swim at. - Less than a 5 minute drive from multiple food options and overall it was a great place to stay. - Always someone available when you need help as it's almost like a resort. There's someone in the lobby 24/7. - Pool is quite large and they've got a kids only kiddie pool, a family hot tub and an adults only hot tub. - Security out and about all the time, and there's always a staff member at the pool area, until close (10 pm). We would 10/10 recommend this to everyone.

Amazing Maui

The condo and close proximity to the beach were awesome. Karen was a fantastic host, always responding immediately if we had questions, with great patience and kindness! Would definitely recommend this property - as first time visitors here, it helped make the experience a positively memorable one!

Great Family Maui location

This was a great place for our family stay - the property is large and the condo had lots of space. Tennis, pool, beach location were all key. Condo was as advertised and came with a nice view and lots of beach toys, chairs etc. Only issue was that the exercise room was closed for repair - not a big deal for us as we had lots of other activities.

Great location, nice property

Nice clean property. Check in and communication was easy..Well stocked unit. Loved the big Lanai! Beautiful sunset ocean views. Perfect south Kihei location. Only personal thing I didnt love about it was the master bed. Way too uncomfortable for me, but otherwise loved our holiday!

A Diamond in Paradise

Dave & Karen’s condo is right across from Kamaole III Beach and is an awesome place to stay! The condo had everything we needed. The description of the property along with communication with the owners was superb and accurate. We felt comfortable, welcome and relaxed in the environment. The linens and housekeeping were magnificent. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach, shopping and dining. The large lanai overlooked the pool and beautiful grounds. We most certainly plan to return and highly recommend this condo!

Like the title says wow doesn’t do this condo justice. From the first interaction with Karen through to leaving everything was five star. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before but this is our first time in this condo and it won’t be our last. The quality is fantastic, beds super comfy (including the pull out mattress), lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, well equipped kitchen, in suite washer and dryer and the lanai is perfect. We were out there every night and enjoyed our coffee every morning. We loved it soooo much we only went out for three meals total during out 10 days. After all why would we go anywhere else when we had the best lanai. Karen is a wonderful person do deal with. She has the castle resort management team, who are onsite, so when we had a couple of lights burn out they were extremely prompt. Karen was available and responded almost immediately so there were never any concerns. It is obvious that Karen appreciates and respects her renters by her prompt and kind responses. Do rent this condo. Do cook there as much as possible. Oh and one more thing, Wednesday Maitai at the pool are a blast. So stick around and enjoy them.

Fabulous Condo in Paradise!

Had an awesome stay at this condo!  The property and grounds were extremely well kept and the pool was super clean.  The condo was spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen.  One of the best features of this condo is the large lanai for morning coffee and evening dinners.  We spent most of our time out on the deck!  An added bonus were the boogie boards and beach toys in the condo.  The owners have thought of everything!  Location is convenient to everything - across the street from the beach and within an easy walk to many restaurants and shops in the area. The owners, Dave & Karen, were super friendly and helpful.  Had a great time and will definitely plan to to come back to this condo.

We love Maui and we bought our 1st condo in Maui back in 2011 after spending several family vacations on Maui.

In 2019 we sold our first condo (building 5) for a condo in building 3.

Moving to building 3 was our dream building within the Kamaole Sands property. In building 3 we upgraded to a huge lanai still with views of the pool, sunsets and the beautiful grounds within the complex. We have always had a passion for the ocean, beaches and sunsets. We hope to visit Maui a couple times a year as we both believe it's one of the best places on earth!

We live on the west coast so we definitely take our much needed and anticipated break every Winter. This is our second condo owned in Kamaole Sands and we felt that building 3 is by far the best! A total upgrade from our previously owned condo in another KS building. It has fantastic views of the ocean, pool and beautiful grounds of the resort. The large lanai offers no road noise, or BBQ smells and provides some shade and rain protection if it's required. In addition, we have come to realize that Kihei has the best beaches, and weather in Maui. The South Kihei area has the least amount of rain anywhere on the island. This location is close to everything. Numerous shops, restaurants and activities are located within walking distance of our condo.

Kamaole Sands is a great place for both active or relaxing vacations! The 15 acre resort is located directly across from Kamaole Beach III. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the tropical landscaping include fountains and a waterfall. Just minutes away from everything; golfing, shopping, restaurants, and beaches and pools. The immediate area is perfect for cycling, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, boogie/paddle boarding, running, and walking.

You can do it all or do nothing at all!
