Fabulous Ocean Views, l'une des plus grandes 1 chambres du complexe Maui Kamaole

Pourquoi venir à Maui et ne pas regarder l'océan depuis votre unité? Ce condo d'une chambre dans le bâtiment G (G-104) est votre paradis! Salon de plus de 20 'de large, 1039 pi2 2 salles de bain, grande chambre des maîtres avec un ensemble de chambre à coucher king. Le spacieux salon / salle à manger / cuisine comprend une grande télévision à écran plat réglable (vous pouvez même la regarder depuis la véranda), un lit de repos queen, des ventilateurs de plafond et un bureau (Internet gratuit et une imprimante). La chambre principale est également assez spacieuse avec une autre télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, et une cour pour se détendre, suspendre des vêtements mouillés, ranger des jouets, etc. Nous venons d'ajouter deux vélos à votre disposition.

Regardez le soleil se coucher et les baleines sauter pendant que vous dînez dans notre véranda carrelée. Si le soleil est trop brillant, fermez le store électrique.

Maui Kamaole est entre Wailea et Kihei; les plages et la plongée avec tuba sont à quelques pas de la colline. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines (dont une avec cascade), de bains à remous et de courts de tennis. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, et la laveuse et la sécheuse empilables fonctionnent très bien. Les ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation aideront tout le monde à se sentir à l'aise.

Fabulous views!

A wonderful place to stay in the south Kihei area, great views and quick access to the beach. The places was clean and spacious, the two of us were plenty comfy for the week. Close to lots of great food and easy access to the rest of the island.

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a great stay with our infant. The property had ample space and amazing ocean views. We could see the sunset from the patio. Everything was as advertised. Alice was incredibly helpful and responsive, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Most excellent place

Great location , ideal for what we wanted . Very spacious and clean . Although we only made breakfast some mornings , I was really impressed with the quality of the kitchen utensils , so clean and new , something we have never seen in other VRBO properties . The owner really takes care of this place . Overall everything was perfect .

Fabulous Condo

Everything was great, the daybed in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is incredible! We had an incredible week staying here, I’d definitely book with Alice again, hopefully soon.

Fantastic View

We enjoyed our stay in Alice's condo very much. The view was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying that view. Communication with the owner was enjoyable. We don't have any issues to report; it was a great vacation and we hope we can stay again in this same unit someday.

Newbie to Kihei

I had always stayed on the west side, but decided to keep our trip after the fire and chose Kihei. This condo was great. Amazing view. Close to beaches, places to eat and shop. Pools were beautiful. Condo very well stocked and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed this comfortable unit with lovely outdoor seating and easily accessible walks along the ocean and beaches. The upper spa was also very nice with a tropical feel provided by the surrounding vegetation. Highly recommend.

Maui 2023 trip

Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Spacious unit and well equipped (beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). Did not get to use the bikes (I usually take a 6 mile walk daily), but the opportunity to use a bicycle was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Also, Alice (the owner) was quick to respond to any issue we had during our stay. Great experience!!

Fantastic location, great for families

Staying at Alice’s place was amazing, the location couldn’t be beat! We travelled here with our 16 month old, so we wanted a place that would be enjoyable during nap and bedtime, and this was it! Ground level access was great for our son to run around on the lawn, and it was amazing being able to watch whales splashing around and the beautiful sunsets from our lanai. We were able to walk to all the beaches close by, as well as to our favourite sandwich shop, 808 Deli. Alice has plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys, fins, snorkels, beach towels and more! The kitchen is also well stocked. Alice was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, but also respected our privacy while there. We certainly plan on returning as soon as we can! Thanks Alice!

Awesome View

The condo was very clean and had everything there that a person needed. The parking stall was right outside the door and there was 2 BBQ's about 40 yards from there that we could use. We watched the sunset every night from the lani. Alice the owner was very good to deal with and always responded to emails. We really liked the location and would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Maui

The unit is in a great location and plenty large. There is plenty of equipment provided to keep you busy biking, kayaking, beach fun etc. The ocean view is lovely. The owners have made certain that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utinsels and condiment. The carpets need to be cleaned and or replace as there is a lot of spots and soiled areas. A good location, with a great view.

Great Views

Property was overall very good, great location, views were amazing, large lanai with all the beach toys you need. Although only one bedroom the second bed works great as a second room. The condo was stocked with everything you need, and being so close to Kihei makes it very easy should you need anything. The property itself was amazing, two great pools, tennis, beaches 1 min walk across the road. Parking was great, right in front of the condo. Overall this was a great place to stay, the condo itself is a little dated on the inside and could use a refresh. It could also stand for a good cleaning. I would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful grounds ,the entire condo property is so clean and like a mini jungle. We really enjoyed all the birds, listening and watching them were so fun. Comfortable and just overall a great space. Everything was clean and cozy. There is plenty of room to stretch out and you can enjoy the outside as much as inside the condo. Amenities, we enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen as well as the beach gear. The pools are also clean and kept up well. Location was perfect. You will find beaches, food truck corrals, and shopping options as close as 2 minutes away. Communication with the host was easy and straight forward. And last but not least - Sunsets. Breathtaking view while you sit on the patio or from inside, the palms and plants make a lovely frame .

Perfect South Maui rental

If you need a place for 1 to 4 people in South Maui, then skip this review and just book Alice's condo. It has everything you need. PROS 1- Great location. 5 min to golf, shopping and nightlife. 2 min walk to the oceanside park, and 5 min walk to the beach 2- Parking right by front door 3- Fabulous views from the lanai. Alice's pics don't do it justice 4- Condo loaded with almost every amenity you could think of: beach chairs, coolers, koozies, and a turbo powered box fan 5- Bookshelf loaded with 3 or 4 rows of books, and a drawer with puzzles and board games 6- Extra large map of Maui came in handy 7- Secluded front porch for drying swimsuits and rinsing off sand from places it shouldn't be 8- Washer and dryer were really handy. 9- Adequate AC (rarely needed) CONS 1- We did have a noisy family stay in above us for a few days. We could occasionally hear them stomping, but it never impacted our sleep 2- The condo assoc has a lot of rules. Some make sense, while others seem odd, like no pickle ball on the tennis courts. 3- On two nights, we had someone park in our spot. Security wrote them a warning on the second night and that ended the issue I leave cons in every review. As you can see, these are really minor. We are definitely going to book Alice's condo if we stay in Maui again. Suggestions: 1- A few more modern games would be nice, like "Just One" 2- A pad of paper and a pen to take notes and make a grocery list. Easily acquired at the store though.

Homeowners relying on cleaning companies

My first question to the cleaning company was what was their responsibility to the homeowner when things needed addressing or replaced. It would appear that this cleaning company surfaced cleaned and didn’t do such a good job of it. But who’s checking when the cleaning company is checking themselves. These homeowners are absolutely taken advantage of. For cleanliness this unit rated poorly. The lint above the dining table that had embedded into the popcorn ceiling I understand it is difficult to clean. But what is the excuse for the walls. I don’t think the cleaning people looked above the counters. Our stay was only seven days, had it been longer I would have been very disappointed. Thankfully there was an additional bed to sleep on as the bed in the bedroom although it appeared to be relatively new it was bottom of the line when it came to comfort. Spring coil for sure because every time you moved around you could feel the springs. I can’t say that I have ever been in Hawaii and have not encountered ants. Never as many as I encountered in this unit. Adding additional ant traps on the kitchen counters helped. Although the B52 bombers( flying cockroaches) and centipedes were a first for us. The office was closed for a couple of days when we went there to address the problem. Stopping at Costco for groceries was an error after I looked at the pots and pans I was expected to use. I had two small skillets, two egg size and one small pot capable of melting a cube of butter to use for the week. It seemed to me that the homeowner relied on the cleaning company to work with them as they were not on the island. The view from the lanai was spectacular although the sliding doors had to be manhandled as the rollers were shot on each door. Would explain the broken door jam from putting to much effort into closing the door. All the closet doors are by-folding with probably the original hardware. Thankfully there was a stool to stand on so I could fix the doors to properly close without them coming off the track. I’m okay doing this in my own home not at a vacation rental. The stain on the ceiling in the hall (the shape of a toilet bowl) was the deciding factor when it came to writing a review. I never have because if I was ever unsatisfied with something all the other good things made up for it. The unit itself has potential for being a great space. Currently it’s a handyman special.

My husband and I looked for 4 years to find our perfect place in the islands and believe this is it! He was able to enjoy it with me until he passed away in 2020. I have owned here since 2013. I know you'll love our place too.

In addition to the ocean views, we found this low rise complex blends beautifully with the wonderfully landscaped grounds and fits our laid back lifestyle while we are on Maui. Being close to great swimming beaches and snorkeling with the turtles, restaurants, and shopping were also an important part of choosing this condo.
