Three guys stayed for Napali Challenge outrigger canoe race. We enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and it was clean. Check in and check out were hassle free and easy. The only thing that would have made it better would be an option for AC even if paying more. Owner is very transparent that it is not offered on booking but it was pretty hot in August to not have AC. Mahalo and recommend staying here!

Michael was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had before arriving. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. It's also very close to the hot tub and pool which we enjoyed in the evenings.

House was absolutely perfect for our stay and the amenities in the area were lovely. Michael was a great host as well and always communicated well and helped us when we needed it. Would definitely stay again!

This place was in a convenient location near Hanalei, close to the grocery store, near beaches, and very close to the community pool and hot tub. No air conditioning made it fairly warm but that is typical for the area. The primary room was great and the secondary room was ok. It mentions a third room option but the daybed is very small (length and width) and not adult size, and you have to walk through the area for everything. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and kitchen.

Great first stay in Hawaii!

This property was very clean and well organized. There was lots of beach equipment available, which we used a lot. The community and surrounding area were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

The property was as described, clean and easy to get to and from. A few of the appliances are in need of replacement, but overall the property was well worth the stay!

Great place

Lots of space, very clean, and well maintained. Fit the needs of our family perfectly. Great location, an easy drive to many north shore locations. The kids enjoyed the pool, tennis, and walks around the neighborhood when we weren’t out hiking or snorkeling.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Michael's condo in Princeville! Such a comfortable and inviting home. We loved the access to the pool steps away from the door, and really appreciated the array of beach gear that was available for us to use. Thanks so much for having us.

Wonderful for families!

We had a great stay. Lots of space for our family with four people, 2 adults and 2 kids. Great resources, washer and dryer! Extra sheets and towels and even some beach toys. Close to the pool for afternoon swims. Great location in Princeville. We walked around the area and easy drives to local spots. Quiet and clean!!

Great place - We'd book again!

Nice proximity to the awesome pool (it's right next to it) made this a wonderful spot for us, since we'd spend a lot of time there when not at the beach. Big grills and a kitchen area by the pool for making food came in really handy. Big condo with plenty of room for a family. Having 2.5 bathrooms was great for getting everyone ready in a reasonable amount of time. Clean place with plenty of extra sheets and pillows for everyone.

Great condo in a great area of Kauai

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5, very clean, and nicely decorated. I can't even find a complaint. Michael was great to work with and very helpful. Next time we come to Kauai, we are definitely going to try and stay here again.

Great family spot!

This location has a fun layout on different levels. I noticed a pack n play that would work well for younger kids. This location is directly across from the pool and our family enjoyed using the pool area bbq as well as swimming and enjoying the hot tub! There are smart TVs in every room and the laundry is easy to operate. There is a range of coolers, bags, chairs, and snorkeling gear in the garage. The kitchen has a great mix of bowls and cooking needs. We did t lack for anything! Would love to stay again as it fit our family so well!
