Beautiful!

Love the location and the house. Had a crazy snow storm and just enjoyed hanging out. Lots of space. Would be great with 2-3 families and kids could all share the bunk room. Would definitely stay again. Host was available when needed.

Beautiful house and view, just a few maintenance things and we would have been at 5 stars. Windows- need a good scrub to remove the salt build up. Baseboards- dark so they really show ALL the sand/dust, especially when the sun is beaming through in the afternoon/eveningSheets need replacing (soft but found some old stains when removing them to wash
 glad I didn’t see them first)Welcome book needs a good scrub. We also had to wash the glasses before using them, and we never got the ice machine to work. We still had a fantastic time and it is a home we would return to! Love being able to walk down to the shops/restaurants.

Family Beach trip

The house was perfect. Large, open, spacious with an awesome view. A large table which is a must for family meals & games. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Great for family and friends

We love Pacific City and this house has great amenities for families to enjoy. Right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Rock. Close proximity to downtown and the Pelican Pub.

Great house right on the beach with amazing game room.

This house was perfect for our 2 families. The bunk room upstairs for the kids was a big hit. The beach front with warm outdoor shower was perfect. The downstairs bonus room was amazing as well. 5 stars

Family trip

We stayed at this house for my dad's 95th birthday. I would highly recommend it. It was close to the beach and we could watch the ocean from the living room which was so nice.

GREAT BEACH GETAWAY

Perfect for our group. Children of all ages can play on the beach and the older teens went surfing. Great access to everything. Definitely recommend bringing food to prepare at the house. Pelican Brewery is great food but always busy.

Amazing beach getaway!

This was our second year staying in this home and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Perfect for our three-generation family of 10 to spend the week. Loved walking down to the tide pools and boogie boarding right outside. Cooked nearly all of our meals in the spacious kitchen and used the balcony barbeque. We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong nearly every night after watching several gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend this house!

Absolutely gorgeous

We stayed in November of 2024. Perfect location. Impeccably clean. Super comfy beds. Kids had a blast in the bunk room. The kitchen was stocked better than my own house! This house has everything you need. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house was so much bigger than the pictures show. Owner was super responsive and kind. Perfect location for a family or friend getaway.

We had a nice stay but we had a view Problem the Master Shower didn't have a mat in the shower Had a Problem getting in the bed. You need a new Couch that was Old. The TV needed a Dish and a sports Channel. Up in the Living Room, The Kitchen was very Nice, and the downstairs really nice. The Rooms were nice. the Game Room was very Nice.

That View.. just stunning!

Absolutely loved this home! Impressive views! Literally walk onto the beach from the back door. Kids enjoyed playing in the sand and climbing the dunes right next to us. Quiet location at the end of the street. Well appointed kitchen, even includes a Keurig and Instant pot. We didn’t feel like anything was missing. Comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone! The kids and adults loved the game room, and the bunk room was pretty cool! Only improvement I would make us maybe a little more comfortable sofas for movie watching. Something where you can put your feet up and relax a little. Even a couple of ottomans would allow for more seating and or reclining in front of that beautiful ocean view. Truly loved this home! We would love to come back!

Best Vacation Home in Pacific City!!

My friends, sister, mom, and I all loved staying at Tialen’s house! Like some other reviews mention, the views of the ocean are even better than the pictures! The home was huge, beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked! We comfortably were able to sleep 14 people (the max number of people) with just one person sleeping on an air mattress in one of the master bedroom. The outdoor shower with warm water was really nice to use after playing in the ocean. Tialen was great at communicating throughout the booking and check-in process, and she quickly responded to any questions we had about the house during our stay! The location was great—it was nice to have only one house nextdoor as the house is at the end of the street. We only needed to bring a few extra camping chairs, firewood, ice, and smores sticks! Everyone agreed that two nights was way too short, we would love to come back for at least a week next time :) Thank you so much, Tialen!

Hands down.. Our FOREVER beach home!!

Let me just say, we will be staying here every year. The location, the home, the privacy.. this home was perfect for us. The gated community made for quiet a less crowded beach. Being the last house on the road was a huge plus too. We loved the game room downstairs and had many long fun nights playing pool. A bathroom downstairs would be nice however, a beach home with 3 bathrooms is hard to find and that was a huge plus for how many people we had. We used the sound system when cooking dinners. We usually stay at the Oregon coast every year and we all agree, this will be the only place we stay! I think the ONLY negative we had was the heat/ac system. It seemed odd how warm it was for the end of September, but the house got very warm. We opened all windows and it was still uncomfortable inside. We could turn heat on but AC any lower than 70 wasn't aloud. Could of been operator error? But a few of us tried and couldn't get it any cooler. Luckily, the week cooled off a bit and with the windows still open it ended up cooling off. Very impressed with this place to say the least!

The location of this house is perfect, a twenty minute walk to Cape Kiwanda and dory boats. Amazing ocean views from the main living space. There is a steep sand dune to get to the beach at the back of the house but also beach access in the neighborhood. The house is very well stocked and the common areas are great for large groups. Cleaning and communication with host could have been better but was OK and did not impact our stay. Would absolutely stay at this house again.
