Sortez par la porte sur la belle plage de sable située entre Bob Straub Park et Cape Kiwanda. Profitez de la grande terrasse autour du pont pour vous détendre et admirer la vue imprenable sur Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, Cascade Headlands et les couchers de soleil du Pacifique. L'architecture de cette maison permet des vues à couper le souffle tout autour. Découvrez de près l'observation des tempêtes. Barbecue au propane, jeux et vidéos familiales. Cuisine récemment rénovée avec des appareils haut de gamme. Espace de vie confortable avec foyer au bois au niveau supérieur et poêle à bois au niveau inférieur. Le garage permet 2 voitures et plus de stationnement sur l'allée.

Veuillez noter: de novembre à la semaine de relâche, la Kiwanda Beach House n'a pas de vue uniquement depuis le niveau inférieur. Le niveau supérieur conservera sa vue spectaculaire.

We loved our stay for two nights . We had four adults and two children. Everyone had lots of space. We had great time cooking, playing, games, and walking on the beach and hanging out on the beach. It had everything we needed well equipped. The best part was the view and the beach. There was nothing bad about the place. The only comment is on the wraparound deck. There were some nail heads missing and the nails were sharp, so need to be fixed. I would definitely stay there again. It’s perfect for a group of 6 people. We were amazed at how well equipped it was. We really had everything covered that we needed.

Perfect family vacation.

The house was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances. The view was incredible. We loved the small town atmosphere and our host, Katie, was very helpful and friendly.

On the beach

Right on a walkable beach with direct access. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room throughout. Amazing ocean views from living room as well as the downstairs bedrooms. Would stay again.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Our family really enjoyed this property. It's an older home. It's decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water in the showers. The kitchen had all the cookware you need. We plan to rent it again.

Great vacation

We loved Pacific City, and the access from the house to the beach. We loved the view from the windows. Comfortable beds and couches. It was outdated and needed a deep cleaning. One thing you might check on, the upstairs shower was leaking into the laundry room sink. We had a great time.

Wonderful house and great location!

We loved our stay! The house has absolutely breathtaking views. The house is older but well kept and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pot / pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. which was great. The only downsides were the internet is not great so my husband had a hard time working. I also didn’t fully understand the cliff / large dune that the house was on. It was a big difficult to navigate with young kids but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again, a great place for sure!!

Very nice stay

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. There was plenty of space for the six of us, all cousins over the age of 63. The view cannot be beat and there is plenty of seating in the house and on the generously sized deck from which to enjoy the incredible view Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We have just a couple of small points: the downstairs shower is very slippery and needs a grab bar; and, the base of the interior stairs needs to have some kind of useful handrail. Also, we had problems opening and closing the lock box where the key was kept.

Views are amazing!

The property has one of a kind views from multiple area in the house! We had a wonderful time being directly on the beach and having access to the beach very easily. Not only did we get to wake up to the ocean view but we also got to witness amazing sunsets! The house was well stocked with all the things you need for vacation: linens, bathroom accessories, pots & pans, etc. our only complaint is lack of air flow on those hot days. With the main windows unable to open, we only had small windows, front door and one box fan to create air flow. Other than that, it was such a special time to stay and experience these views!

Fabulous location but needs maintenance.

We still had a great time and enjoyed the great view and location but were disappointed it was a little run-down. Downstairs bathroom is missing the doorknob..... not only is it a privacy issue but the person gets locked in until someone happens to come downstairs to let them out from the outside. Icemaker wasn't working. Bedding, pillows and mattresses felt like they hadn't been replaced in 20 years. We have a rental on VRBO and frequently use VRBO for our vacation plans. For this price, you expect better.

This house is great! The rooms are good sized and the furniture comfortable. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and Haystack rock with miles of beach to walk. There is a significant sand dune to navigate if you access the beach directly from the house.

Amazing view, comfortable beds, dated property.

This house has amazing views and you can’t ask for better beach access. The dune is steep down to the ocean, so elderly family may find it challenging to get all the way down. The front deck is lovely to sit on and watch the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and much more modern than the rest of the house. The beds were comfortable, and as advertised. The rest of the house is oddly laid out and very out of date, but everything was functional. A couple odd things for us, there was half some old ice cream sandwiches in the freezer, a piece of un-eaten cake and a piece of fudge left on top of the fridge, it was rotten and smelled odd. I am guessing the cleaning crew missed that somehow, I am tall so noticed it right away. There was also a half broken glass in the cupboard which I cut my hand on when reaching in for a cup. Again, probably a cleaning or inventory miss. Not big deals, but for 800/night, I’d hope for a more thorough cleaning assessment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay despite a few minor oddities.

We spent the weekend in PC and this house was the icing on the cake! The views were incredible and the location was great too! Enough room for 6 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. Can’t think of anything wrong.

Perfect location!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and will rebook again! You can’t beat the view and location with family and friends. Beds were comfortable and clean. It could be updated…, wallpaper, newer towels in the upstairs bathroom…but the house was clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the shower and a full tank for the BBQ! The internet connection was SOOOO slow, but it was 4th of July weekend so the entire town had poor internet! Great communication from the property management!! Love this house!

Fabulous Weekend at Pacific City

What a pleasant surprise to be able to pull into the garage to unload all our things, bonus! Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. Thank you for the aluminum foil and plastic wrap because we forgot our own!! Honeycomb blinds upstairs, amenities in showers. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Check-out was a breeze!Negatives (which are all easily fixable) would be that the wifi was awful in the afternoon/evenings, the dining room light bulbs weren't very bright, both shower pans didn't have anything non-slip and were quite slippery, small rugs in bathrooms in front of sink and shower were slippery and a tripping hazard, lighted numbers for clock/temperature on the stove/oven were almost all out and you couldn't read, the blender did not work very well, and there was no 9x13 baking dish that we could find (but we were able to use 2 different sized glass dishes).
