Real Escapes Properties est heureux d'offrir Wicked Good Beach House! Cette maison charmante vintage East Beach avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains est à vous pour la location. Situé en face des marais au coin de Ocean Road et 2nd Street. Construit en 1940, cette maison a été entièrement rénovée jusqu'aux clous et au dos. Il vous épatera au moment où vous entrerez.

La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, double vasque et un placard d'eau. Profitez de l'avant du marais, projeté dans le porche de la chambre des maîtres. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, cuisinière à gaz, comptoirs en quartz, îlot de cuisine pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, cafetières Keurig et standard, ne sont que quelques-unes des caractéristiques qui vous attendent dans la cuisine de ce chef. Asseyez-vous six à la table à manger et quatre à l’îlot de cuisine pour organiser des dîners à dix.

Après le dîner, détendez-vous dans la salle familiale et regardez votre émission préférée sur le téléviseur intelligent fixé au mur. Vos invités ou les membres de votre famille passeront la nuit dans deux chambres bien aménagées et une chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Vous êtes à quelques pas de la plage et à 1,5 km du quartier de Pier Village.

Epitome of the perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this homey, perfectly located house. We could easily walk to the beach, we could even hear the waves from the yard at night. The home was cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed! The screened in porch is a dream. Would love to stay again.

Lovely island property

Other than a problem with the batteries in the door keypads when we arrived (a problem quickly remedied), the property was very comfortable and well prepared. We liked the short walk to the beach.

Some features need attention….well equipped otherwise. Dog hair noticed on socks, mine is non shed. Overall enjoyed the place, area, etc. I assume the property mgr. is owner’s mother. Was unaware she would “show up”, but she was pleasant.

There were 4 beach chairs, a wagon to transport stuff to beach, and several beach towels. My favorite part of the house was the screened porch with a marsh view.

The house was clean and as advertised. There was some issues with the refrigerator and dish washer, which need to be replaced. Good access to beach. Overall, nice little house for a quick get away.

Location is as great - very close to beach and nice views of the marsh. Kitchen was well stocked with nice coffee bar. Internet worked perfectly as I did work some daily. Screen porch and fire pit area was a plus and nice for the couple of cool nights we had. We travel a lot and would rank this place a 9 of 10. Cons: need better TVs in bedrooms.

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay at Landfall Cottage (I might have gotten the name wrong.) it is beautifully decorated with quality workmanship throughout. 5 minute walk to the beach, close to town center. We ate all our meals there - the kitchen was well stocked. Great spaces - we used them all! From the screened-in porch, to the huge island, the dining room table for our sit-down dinners and all star breakfasts (we like to cook and eat!) to the living room for chilling before the next event. The bathrooms were great. We highly recommend!

Great location and house layout, but beware of internet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would have loved this house. However, the internet/wifi which controls the TV as well is awful. We had several adults who planned to work while staying the week, but the internet and wifi were consistently out. Unable to watch any TV or work with wifi for pretty much the whole week. No US Open, no Netflix etc. and having to utilize individual hot spots. Definitely not worth the weekly rental rate if you cannot get reliable wifi/internet.

Quick Birthday Getaway

We hated to leave! The cottage is lovely, decorated just right, plenty of room, quiet location, easy to get to the beach, or just sit on the screened in porch and listen to the sounds of the island. Beds were comfy and we all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you! We can't wait to return.

Long Weekend-East Beach

The best location. Short walk(5min) or ride to the beach. Overall the house was very nice , clean and great for a family vacation. We will definitely try to rent this property again.
