If proximity to a beautiful, quiet beach is a priority, you can’t get much better than this. The hosts are attentive and responsive, the house is equipped with everything you’ll need, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, and the beds are comfortable. The location is great, including close proximity to restaurants and shopping while still being a quiet place to recharge outside of the resort areas. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was clean and the beach was just steps away from the back porch! Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded. Perfect vacay for our family!

You can't ask for a better location. Steps to the beach, close to anything you would need, but so peaceful. We had a family member who struggles with stairs. This gem allowed her to enjoy the beach whenever she wanted. George was so easy to work with. We loved our stay!

What a fantastic stay! The beach house was everything we hoped for and more; clean, well-equipped, and the beach access made it extra special. The kids had an absolute blast and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We did run into an issue during our stay, but what really stood out was how the host handled it; he came out and resolved it the same day without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness is rare and made a huge difference. It actually says a lot about how much they care about their guests’ experience.Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a memorable beach vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyable beach house

Beautiful almost beachfront home. Very well appointed…everything you need for a family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. Very clean and neat Note the actual house is the yellow one behind the blue one.

Convenient and Enjoyable Beach house

A perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just a few steps away from the beach to swim or go for a walk, and has an outdoor seating area where you can relax and watch the sunset. The house is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the owner was great with communication. Enjoyed our time there with friends and the convenience to restaurants and things to do.

Perfect Getaway

We needed a few days to getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. It was close enough to Uber to Clearwater for food and entertainment but far enough away that the beach was not crowded.

Great spot!

We had such a nice time at Belleair Beach. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The beach was literally steps away and there are delicious restaurants a short drive away. We would love to come back!

Comfort snd convenience

This is the perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just steps away from the beach and has an outdoor seating area you can watch the sunset from. The beds were really comfortable and had everything you can think of. The property manager was great with communication and was very welcoming.

Our family wanted somewhere to spend a couple weeks together. This beach house fit our needs. We could walk or run on the sidewalks and beach.

Comfortable and Convenient! The house is in a great location right on the beach. Theres a house in front of it but you can still see the ocean from the house and it’s super easy to get on and off the beach - just a few steps. All the beds and linens were extremely comfortable- we all slept great. It’s easy access to Clearwater and St. Pete’s and all the shops and restaurants between. The master bedroom and bathroom are the only rooms upstairs so it’s private. The other two bedrooms are downstairs - one is good for adults/couples but the other is small and not as private. My 15 year old son loved it though bc he had a view of the beach from that room. The house is well stocked with soap, TP, trash bags, coffee, etc. The AC works great and there’s fans in the house which is always great in FL. The host was very helpful and responsive and check in was super easy.
