Notre condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain en bord de mer est situé directement sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique! Nous avons 2 Master Suites et une 3ème chambre. . Notre condo peut accueillir confortablement 7+ invités.
Prévoyez de vous détendre sur la plage, de jouer au tennis ou tout simplement de flotter dans notre piscine chauffée toute l'année!
La piscine a des chaises longues et des cabanes tiki. Barbecue au charbon de bois sur la propriété.
Nous avons des chaises de plage, un auvent, des parasols, des jouets de plage, des raquettes de tennis et des balles de tennis pour votre usage et de nombreux jeux dans l'unité!
Nous sommes situés à proximité de nombreuses attractions! Si vous ne voulez pas conduire, montez dans le chariot et montez et descendez sur l'île!
Mangez ou dînez! Nous avons tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas et il y a de nombreux bons restaurants à distance de marche ou à quelques minutes en voiture.

Wonderful Beach Views

What a great condo! The host was communicative and the condo was fully equipped with every amenity you can think of. Right on the beach with breathtaking views! Close to all kinds of restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend Johns Pass Village Boardwalk for shopping. Great restaurants inside Hilton was coconut grill

Best place for family vacation

We had an amazing time at this place. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy and relax with your family. The view and decoration definitely adds good vibes. The host was super communicative and explained everything very well. We will definitely repeat this vacation place!

2024 summer vacation

We loved the condo. It was perfect size for our family. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in. The view was awesome-right on the beach! We loved it!

Awesome Condo

Everything was very clean and well-stocked. This unit was by far the best one that we have stayed in as far as attention to detail goes. The owner was easy to work with and the check in and out process was a breeze. We'll be back!

Excellent Stay!

The condo was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, games and opportunities for family fun (included racquets and balls and beach stuff). The facility was also nice with the pool, tennis and pickleball courts. The fact that the facility has direct access to the beach was wonderful. Enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Owner communicates very well. Would definitely rent again.

Best condo ever

This condo was absolutely amazing! Fully stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation at the beach!!! Pretty much all you need to bring is yourself and your clothes! Host was very responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations before we even got there! Our family will definitely be returning to this condo in the future!

Amazing and Relaxing Vacation

This condo is absolutely amazing, it is beautiful and there is no detail that is left out. Not only is the location perfect for the beach, but the condo is truly one of the best. From all of the great beach towels and chairs and all necessities for every room, even snacks when we checked in, there is truly nothing missing. Super clean and so impressive! Communication prior to arrival and when we had a question upon our arrival was great. We loved our stay and hope to be back again.

5 Star condo on the beach

This property will not disappoint anyone. Very clean, well appointed, beach front view from 3rd floor balcony... Amazing! Easy access to elevator and stairways, nice pool, family friendly property and had no issues with the well behaved kids. Can't say enough !!!

Gorgeous View and Comfy

It was 2 weeks of pure bliss. The accommodations were 5 star. Tracey provides everything you need and more! Super easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you for the memories you helped us create. Oh the sunsets were amazing and coffee early in the morning on the large deck watching dolphins.

Perfect Family Vacation

From the moment we walked into the condo it felt like you were taken care of. The views were spectacular! We brought everything we thought we needed for a vacation but even if we hadn’t Tracy has everything we could ever possibly want/need to get through the week. Evenings on the balcony we’re great with the ocean so close it was the perfect place to unwind. The check in and out process was simple and every easy to follow. We will definitely be booking another vacation at this condo! The best vacation we’ve had in forever! :)

Great condo and welcoming host!

Just completed our stay and we totally see why this condo and host have all the positive reviews. Tracy (host) responded to all questions and inquiries promptly and was very accommodating and helpful offering a lot of useful information and working with us as we were unlucky enough to embark on our trip during tropical storm. Condo was absolutely gorgeous. It had beautiful decor and was immaculately clean. It had everything one needed for comfortable stay. Location was great, amazing view from the balcony and literally steps from the beach. Separate kudos to the ground keeper lady and maintenance man at Sea Oats. These two seemed to work non stop, rain or unbearable heat cleaning and upkeeping the property. We did not see a single peace of trash or item out of place anywhere on the property throughout our stay. Even swimming pool bathrooms were spotless. To sum up even though getting to this condo was an ordeal once we arrived it was a wonderful stay all around!

Simply Perfect

I rent beach properties quite often and try to stay as close to the sand as possible. Typically, there are some negatives that you just expect - ie rust, tight parking, questionable furnishings, linens, or supplies, etc. Not here. This is the gold standard of vacation rentals. Of course, it has an amazing view, but the unit itself was stunning. Plus, I saw no rust, parking was ample, every room had a TV, and everything we needed was provided and of the utmost quality. The owners considered everything, were a pleasure, and communicated well. We were also able to see dolphins and a manatee from the cute balcony. This one is a keeper!

Perfect Sister Weekend!!

My sisters and I gathered from around the country for a Celebration of Life for our parents! We wanted to stay at a place with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico! I have been going to Indian Rocks Beach for years with my parents. This time I chose Reddington Shores after finding Tracy’s amazing 3 bedroom condo! It was simply perfect in every way!! It’s decorated like it’s right out of a magazine and has everything you can imagine that you would need with a very well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms along with 3 great flat screen TV’s! The view was simply amazing and the patio overseeing the Gulf was the best spot for watching some spectacular sunsets!! Tracy is a fabulous host and made herself available for all questions before and during our stay!! I’ll definitely be back to this unit!! ❤️

Beautifully Appointed Condo and Amazing Family Vacation

This rental exceeded all of our expectations!! Kevin and Tracy Meade have a beautiful condo and amazing amenities. We enjoyed it and all of the special touches tremendously. My family and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, even providing shampoo, conditioner, etc. and awesome towels. It was great to have access to beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. as we weren't able to bring our own this year. My kids loved trying out the pickle ball and tennis rackets as well as the boogie boards. We really appreciated the suggestions for restaurants, etc. and were beyond pleased with the communication and quick response to questions. Kevin and Tracy quickly resolved a cable tv issue on our first night, although cable tv couldn't compete with the breathtaking sunsets we enjoyed on the spacious condo with plenty of seating for everybody. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future. There were a few tears when we left today but I always tell my kids that shedding a few tears means the experience must've been a good one!! Thank you for providing the space for creating lasting family memories!!

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Wow! Our stay exceeded our expectations! First off, we love this condo property which has a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere and which boasts 100% direct gulf-front units with balconies. But we already knew that. This particular 3-bedroom unit was recently tastefully updated and has not 1 but 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized beds. To say this unit was well-stocked is an understatement. I felt like we were staying in my best friend’s home --- there were 8 “real” beach towels --- each bathroom had plush towels/wash cloths and was well-stocked (no itty-bitty bars of soap!). In the kitchen, there were all the spices you could think of plus everything you need if you like coffee, tea (even green tea!) hot chocolate, including various sweeteners. There were condiments in the refrigerator and non-perishables in the cabinets (peanut butter, vinegars, oils etc.). There was plenty of cook ware & baking sheets (think Nordic Ware) as well as dish towels, oven mitts, plastic bags & wrap as well as dish liquid, dishwasher tabs. When staying at the beach we typically have to make many runs to Publix just to have basics and that was surely not the case here. Why, they even had shish kebab skewers and grilling supplies (charcoal grills available on the property). I could go on and on but the bottom line is this --- the owner clearly respects the guests who stay here and wants to ensure that they share in their beautiful home. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Beachfront Stay

My family and I stayed here this past weekend - we couldn’t have been happier. The unit was perfect for our needs. The space was immaculate, with a balcony that overlooked the ocean (and was close enough to hear the waves!). In addition, I’ve never stayed in a place that is so well-equipped. Kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs, and there were plenty of items to bring to the beach (chairs, towels, toys, etc). Can’t wait to stay again!

The best condo in Florida!

Our family has rented many condos for vacations at various Florida beaches. This condo is by far, the most beautifully decorated, well stocked and thoroughly thought-out! The owners thought of everything vacationers may want or need, then made sure it was in the condo! Condo was in a beautiful complex on a quiet, relaxing beach. Not only was the condo perfect, the owners communication was excellent. From the time we inquired, booked, checked in and out, they were accessible and thorough. Highly, highly recommend!

This property is hands down one of the best. Tracy had everything you could ever think of. The view was beautiful and the beach was within a few steps. We will be back again!
