DĂ©tendez-vous sur les chaises Adirondack sur le porche pendant que vous regardez le soleil dans le golfe du Mexique. Reposez-vous paisiblement Ă  la fin de la journĂ©e dans la grande suite parentale (15 x 30) dotĂ©e d'un lit king-size et d'une grande salle de bains privative. La 2Ăšme chambre offre un lit queen luxueux en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme et est dĂ©corĂ©e dans le style Key West. La 3Ăšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Quite and relaxing!

Couldn't be more conveniently located but still quite and relaxing. You can tell lots of care was taken to make your stay comfortable.

Perfect family vacation!

The home was perfect! Great location and very clean. We will return and I’ll know to pack much lighter as all toiletries were provided! Great sunset views and quiet neighborhood and beach. We traveled with a teenager and a crawling infant and the home worked out great, they even provided a pack ‘n play! Owners were on top of communication from the time we booked months ago up until check out. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome Yellow Beach Retreat

We closed out 2020 and rang in 2021 at Bellaire Beach! It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. House was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Location was perfect with a quieter beach scene (literally 20 steps from the back door) and close enough to the activity in Clearwater. Owners were super responsive and gave great instructions and restaurant recommendations. This property is a definite 5 stars in every category!

The perfect location

This house is perfect if you’re looking to spend most of your time on the beach. You are literally Steps from the beach. Being that most of the properties along this beach our houses the beach was NEVER crowded. For the days you want a little more action and you ware only a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach pier. We couldn’t of asked for a better house.

Great Spot

Everything was great listing exactly as pictured and so comfortable. Everything you need is there. Only note, there were no longer twin beds int the 3rd br as stated in the listing. We made due with a rollaway bed and the owner was very accommodating in helping out with this but the listing does need to be updated. Otherwise, the house, location and great atmosphere could not be better.

What a wonderful week!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property the week between Christmas and New Years. The accommodations where quiet, clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The proximity of the house to the beach was a mere few steps away. The back patio with couches was used to eat breakfast and have coffee every morning watching the horizon of the water, and the sunsets were beyond belief. The location is near Clearwater with a short Uber ride away to the main traffic circle. There is plenty to do up and down the coast, as well as within Tampa with a short car ride. We enjoyed the beach, Busch Gardens, Y’bor City and Johns Pass Village. There are numerous restaurants to enjoy in the area as well. Tom was very, very helpful with checking in on us to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. He runs a first-class operation. I believe we were the first family to stay at the property and will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great beach access. The Outdoor shower was definitely a must have. It even had hot water. We were a family of 6 adults. We never felt cramped. Roomy to host 6. Kitchen was equipped enough. Interior design adds a beautiful flavor to the beach vacation. Beds were great. Not to soft not to hard. Very clean home.

This property was just steps from the beach and had a beautiful view that made every morning feel peaceful and refreshing. The location was perfect for enjoying the coast without worrying about long walks or parking.The host was easy to reach and very kind. Check-in/out was simple and everything was clearly explained, which made settling in feel effortless.The space worked well for families, couples, or a girls’ getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We felt relaxed the entire time.Evenings were especially lovely. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and the shoreline was full of beautiful shells. Morning walks felt like little treasure hunts.I’m grateful for the restful time and the beauty of creation. This was a peaceful escape and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to recharge near the water.

Beach getaway

We had a great vacation! The hosts were very responsive but honestly they provided absolutely everything we needed so there was hardly a need for communication! While you’re not perfectly beach front, you are so close you don’t even realize it. We loved sitting out on the patio between trips to the water. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Great stay

The house is super cute but small. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are very small but enough for just using it to sleep. Upstairs master is spacious. If we weren’t at the beach, the back patio is where we spent most of our time. There were plenty of towels, beach towels and extra linen. The owner responded to all questions and requests remarkably fast

Convenient and Enjoyable Beach house

A perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just a few steps away from the beach to swim or go for a walk, and has an outdoor seating area where you can relax and watch the sunset. The house is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the owner was great with communication. Enjoyed our time there with friends and the convenience to restaurants and things to do.

Comfort snd convenience

This is the perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just steps away from the beach and has an outdoor seating area you can watch the sunset from. The beds were really comfortable and had everything you can think of. The property manager was great with communication and was very welcoming.

Almost perfect

We really had a nice time. We could not tell by the pictures we did not have access to the area right between the beach and the house, including the adirondacks shown in the pictures. Also, the bedroom doors do not close all the way downstairs. Luckily we were family and dealt with the lack of privacy. All in all, a nice time.

Perfect Family Vacation

Right off the bat, communication with the owner was amazing. Even during the hurricane, we received updates about the property. They made sure we knew how to check in, checked on us during the first night, and followed up again before check out. The property is so nice, relaxing, and has everything you may need! We didn't need to pack beach towels sunscreen, or even cotton balls. The walk to the beach was short, and the neighbors were all very friendly. This is a vacation spot we hope to revisit!

Beautiful Beach House

Trip was for my 50th Bday and my sons 21st. It was us and both of our best friends. House was amazing! Even more beautiful in person. Just a few steps on your on the beach. Sitting out on the back patio, listening to the sound of the waves was priceless and so relaxing. We felt right at home. George goes above and beyond making sure you have an amazing experience. Everything you need is there. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect Getaway

We needed a few days to getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. It was close enough to Uber to Clearwater for food and entertainment but far enough away that the beach was not crowded.

Relaxing Getaway with Everything You Need

Had an amazing stay with 3 adults and 2 children. Steps away from the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but quick drive or Uber ride to Clearwater if you want the shops and crowds. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. House had a gorgeous back patio where we watched the sunrise/sunset and relaxed at night listening to the waves. The house is stocked with everything you may need for your stay and beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Convenient onsite laundry. Super clean and nicely decorated. We had a slight issue with the fridge and George was quick to respond. One of our best vacations ever. We’ll definitely be back.
