Bienvenue dans la suite Shell! Récemment rénovée, équipée d'une télévision intelligente dans chaque chambre et d'une connexion haut débit à Internet gratuite, cette suite dispose de 2 chambres lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée séchoir. Un grand balcon offre une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique et sur la piscine et le bain à remous. La suite Shell dispose d'un escalier extérieur offrant un accès direct à la piscine menant directement à la plage par le bain à remous.
Grand parking sur place, y compris un garage. Situé en face du meilleur restaurant de la ville, Salt Rock Grill. À quelques pas du café Indian Shores et du bar de plongée par excellence, le Mahuffer s, vous trouverez également un marché le dimanche en saison, juste en face de la mairie. La mairie propose également des courts de tennis gratuits, un parc pour enfants au bord de l’eau et une bibliothèque, tous littéralement dans la rue!
Et juste sur une note personnelle, je suis fier de proposer une location qui nettoie de manière considérable nos concurrents. J'ai appris que les couvre-lits ne doivent être blanchis que deux fois par an. Vous venez de tomber de votre chaise? La chose la plus grossière que j'ai jamais entendue. Nous lavons les nôtres à chaque fois. CHAQUE FOIS. Oui. De rien. Alors blottissez-vous avec confiance, mes amis.

Great Little Place

Very clean, the condo was roomy but the building was small—perfect, because I absolutely do not want to stay in a large high rise on the beach. Just three units, and the condos beside it are also small (and some not in use right now due to hurricane recovery), so it made for few people on this part of the beach. Perfect for my family. Beautiful space on the inside and out!

Cute location

Stayed here for 4 nights with my mom and daughter. The condo was very clean and smelled nice. We love the lounging area around the pool. It was all decorated so cute. We were in the shell suite with stairs leading right up to the room, which we loved. The closeness of the beach and pool was great. The owners were very hospitable and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall Great Getaway

The property was in a perfect location, conveniently located on the strip with trolley ride access and a sweet local coffee shop right across the street! The beach was amazing, (not to busy). However, it could use a few minor things.

Clean, quiet, beautiful location . Walking distance to cafe and restaurant and trolley service. We look forward to returning next year. Not a fan of hostess fees with Vrbo.

Great beach house

The location is amazing. Feet from the beach, can hear and see the waves crashing from the deck and the sunsets are amazing. House was stocked with enough to get you started. All appliances worked like they should. There are a few restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Only complaint was the hot tub instructions were not very clear.

Great location!

Best thing about this place is the location! We stayed Easter weekend and the beaches weren’t overcrowded like they were just a few miles down at Clearwater. The condo itself is in need of some tlc. The handle on the door didn’t latch and was loose. Not having any tools, my husband used a butter knife to try to tighten back up and we used the deadbolt to keep it closed which isn’t necessarily a problem unless you’re making multiple trips in and out. The duvet cover was still wet when we got there but at least we knew it was washed. Lol The shower curtain needs to be replaced… It was yellow and nasty on the inside. More washcloths would have been nice too. Walls and baseboards could use a freshly coat of paint… you could see where they did touch ups all over the wall.but it makes it look like there’s stuff all over the walls.

Overall it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the common areas, and the kitchen was in good working condition. The water in the bathroom sink should be looked at as well as the shock hazard outside by the sliding door. The hanging plug and wires were scary. There was also yellow tape around the side rails of the balcony, didn’t seem safe, but we didn’t plan on hanging off it, so that’s fine. An overhead fan outside with a light would be GREAT. Thanks for the great stay and even with everything mentioned, I’m not opposed staying here again.

A great getaway

First things first, I would bring the whole family back in a heart beat, and suggest this place to anyone I know. It has a perfect view of sunsets from the porch.The Place was clean. Check in was a little inconvenient being bout 20 min later then 4pm but they were cleaning up. I Was in town for my daughters cheer comp in Tampa. The convenience to the beach can’t be beat. Place comes stocked with beach towels and anything you would need to cook the have stocked. Have a gas grill you can cook out on as well. Few minor complaints that wouldn’t not deter me from coming back. The closet not being connected in one of the rooms and the sink in the bathroom not draining, other then that my family had a wonderful time. Fix them minor things and it’s 5 stars hands down. We will be back

Our unit was well stocked with dishes, silverware, appliances, towels and bed linens. The view from the ocean was spectacular, particularly during sunset. Maintenance issues; however, were a significant problem. The internal garage door opener didn't work, and I was unable to find a remote in our unit. We had to find someone to manually open and close the door. I left a voice mail with the owner, but did not receive a callback. We were unable to use the microwave as the handle was broken.The 3-seater sofa/bed, sunk all the way across. We had to pile on throw cushions and bed pillows to make it comfortable for seating. There were no overhead lightening in the hallway making it unsafe to navigate stairs during night-time hours. I loved Indian Shores; however, next time I'll try different beach-front lodging.

Can't Beat The Location!

This is our go-to place for a stay-cation! There are very few small condos with a pool/hot tub, right on the beach with a short distance to the water, and a deck to overlook the beach. Most of our West Coast Florida beaches have high rise condos or multi-million dollar homes, so we are grateful to have this little condo building that takes us back to our childhood memories on Indian Shores Beach. With only 4 units in the building, you really feel like you have the place to yourself. The decks off the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the beach are excellent spots for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We got to meet the owner and his daughter (who the place is named after) on our last day when they were bringing in new pool lounge chairs and are excited to hear about some of the updates they are planning for the property. I can't imagine the cost and struggle to upkeep a place like this with all the saltwater in it's backyard and the added luxury of bringing your pets with you. The units have some minor wear and tear but nothing worth distracting you from the sunsets and hopefully those things will be fixed soon. The management is very responsive and always pleasant to correspond with. If you are looking for a semi-private stay right on the beach, near several great restaurants within walking distance (or a very short drive), then this is your place! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Never Stay Here!

After spending thousands of dollars on this beach/pool/sauna vacation, which we normally do every spring, this location was the most disappointing. The major problem was the sauna and pool not working correctly. With repeated calls to the owner and VRBO, it was never fixed. It has been an ongoing problem after having talked to the pool company. Why advertise having a pool and sauna when it is not working? Why does VRBO allow this owner to post their property for rent with a pool and sauna when it is not usable? We were there for 10 days. After the first day I requested from VRBO, to be moved to another property similar to where we were staying, with a working pool and sauna. This request was denied because we were not in any danger at this location. This property is in need of maintenance. The railing on our balcony was wrapped in caution tape, the lighting on the balcony was pulled out from the wall, laying on the ground and not working. One of the legs on the kitchen table was detached and propped up. There patches in the bathroom walls that need painting. The water from the kitchen and bathroom faucets was a trickle at best.

The place itself was excellent! Very clean and well kept. The only 2 things I would say would be, please update the instructions for check in. The instructions stated things about garage doors that were no longer in place and the location of the lock boxes was very confusing. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Also, there was construction going on just outside the property on the beach. The beautiful views of the beach were blocked by large construction equipment and orange construction fences. I would have liked to know this before I booked the reservation.

Clean and great location. Was not alerted there would be bulldozers parked on the beach right beside our place. They were working on building up the sand level from the hurricane from last year. Lights flickering most of the time they were on. Not sure what was causing that. All of them did this. Sliding door was hard to open and close. Overall, would stay again if all were fixed.

Great Location and Amenities! We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The location right on the Gulf Coast was fantastic, and we really appreciated the swimming pool area, which provided nice shade for us to relax in between trips to the beach.One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of road noise in the evenings, given its proximity to the main entrance of the beach access. Additionally, we found that blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a great improvement, as the bright morning light at 6 AM was a bit challenging, especially since we were adjusting to a three-hour time zone difference coming from the Pacific Northwest. However, this might not be an issue for most.Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Thank you for the great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!

Great vacation

This place was was place was a perfect location-literally steps away from the beach. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Prior reviews noted a broken balcony rail, but this must have been repaired before our arrival as that was not an issue for us. There was a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub never got warm. It was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Garage parking area is very tight. Information on site tells you to close garage doors; there are none. Limited parking. Stairwell to units needs serious cleaning. Condo needs TLC. Doors were off on closets and stuck in closets. Laundry was shared between all units. Kitchen seriously lacking for usable pots and pans, utensils, etc. Coffee pot was filthy. Kitchen table very wobbly & only had 3 chairs. Closets had about 5 hangers. Smart Tv' in bedroom wouldn't work because batteries were dead in remote. Pool had a lot of sand in it. Overpriced for what was presented as. Only thing that was good was having a view of ocean.
