With the rebuilding post hurricane Helene going on, we were not sure what to expect. Mike Norman Realty group were excellent to work with and the property did not disappoint! Beach front, easy access off the road, well equipped, clean and nicely located property! Will stay with Mike Norman Realty group again!
This condo was just the perfect vacation spot! Beautiful beach front views, great pool, easy beach access. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed just like home.
We will absolutely be back soon!!!
The unit is recently updated. the rooms are a good size and the kitchen has necessary basics for cooking. The best part of this unit is it's proximity to the pool, beach and parking. We rented this unit with grandparents, myself and my 12 year old. It met the needs of all three. The grandparents had easy access to everything even with some mobility challenges. The 12 year old could do beach and pool and meet friends. It was not too busy when we were there. Def recommend.
Reasonable value but unreasonable home owners rules
We've stayed at several units in this condominium complex but this unit was not nearly as nice as all the others. Biggest concerns were the extremely outdated master bathroom, cheap and faulty blinds, broken sliding glass door handles with one not able to be locked, and missing or cheap housewares in the kitchen. We also had a 2nd vehicle which became a hassle due to home owners association rule for "no overnight" parking for the second vehicle. We appreciate the realtor allowing us to park overnight at their location but we had to move the vehicle back and forth every night and morning. One night at 9pm we went to move the 2nd vehicle to the realtor's office and found a large warning sticker had been placed on the windshield. This was uncalled for and defacing of personal property! Overnight parking to me means parking past midnight. There was no need for the warning - especially a sticker - 3 hours before it would be considered overnight parking. Also irritating is that they have available guest parking and give renters passes for these spaces so why prohibit overnight parking??? We also disagree with other rules from the home owners association like no barbeque grills allowed, limit of 4 guests in the room even though it could easily sleep 6, etc. Given all this, we are looking for other places to stay in the future.
We loved the condo. Unfortunately the door was unlocked when we arrived and there was sand on the furniture. Also the shower curtain in the master bedroom was moldy.
The kitchen was very open and appealing. Plus the king sized bed was the largest weâve ever seen. The swimming pool was awesomeâŠâŠ.the largest on the island we heard. Plus we loved the covered parking.
The condo was clean and on a nice section of beach that wasnât crowded. However, the condo was not available when it was supposed to be and we were unable to contact anyone.

I have stayed at Anna Maria Island Club condos before and I like the ease of the beach right out the front door and the pool. I like that the kitchen and one of the bathrooms in this particular unit had been renovated. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. The unit was quiet and family friendly. The AC worked well.
The master bedroom duvet had a blood stain on it. The refrigerator ice dispensing system didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work. I reported this to the management company and it never got fixed. Someone came by but I was out on a walk and my kids were in the unit and the person said they would come back and never did. The towel rack on the wall in the guest bedroom fell off - I reported this to the property management and it was fixed the following day. The kitchen only had 1 juice glass and 6 tall glasses. My kids were drinking milk out of wine glasses and juice out of shot glasses. The shower curtain liner had mold on it. The fan in the guest bedroom didn't work. Only after 3 days of staying there, did I come across a guide that let me know how to turn the TV on and off. The blinds to the family room were broken.
I am not high maintenance and really only want to spend time on the beach, but for the price I paid for the week, I would have expected a little more from the property.

This condo was just what i needed for the week. Beautiful kitchen and location. A few maintenance issues that were handled right away by Mike Norman Realty. Loved having the elevator and even a cart for unloading and loading. Anna Maria Island is my favorite place.

The condo unit needs replacement mattresses- old sagging one in master left for a sore back and twins were low end mattresses that would be more suited for kids
Furniture was decent and comfortable, kitchen was modern and good size but low end cookware and countertop appliances could be upgraded for a better overall experience
