Bonjour et merci de regarder notre condo pour vos prochaines vacances à la plage!

Ce condo récemment rénové de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est au Celadon Beach Resort!
Nous sommes situés à l'extrémité calme ouest de la plage directement sur le golfe du Mexique.

Celadon est situé à environ 2 miles à l'ouest de Pier Park. Nous sommes également à proximité du complexe sportif Frank Brown et de l'aéroport international.

Vous trouverez partout un mobilier de luxe haut de gamme.

Il y a une chambre principale AVANT DE LA PLAGE avec un lit King Size.

Il y a un lit Queen dans la deuxième chambre.

La chambre avec lits superposés en prime a des portes qui se ferment pour plus d'intimité.

Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit queen size.

Venez voir des vues incroyables du dernier étage depuis votre balcon privé! Regardez les vagues déferler tandis que les dauphins jouent juste à l'extérieur. Détendez-vous avec un bon livre ou profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil!

Ce condo comprend le service de chaise de plage! Vous obtiendrez deux chaises de plage rembourrées et un parapluie tous les jours où vous êtes ici ... sans frais supplémentaires!

Il y a deux piscines et les deux ont des bains à remous avec une grande terrasse et des chaises longues.

La piscine intérieure / extérieure est située sur le côté nord de Celadon. La 2ème piscine est côté plage avec vue sur le golfe.

Internet haute vitesse et télévision par câble avec HBO inclus.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

Le bar du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir quatre personnes et la table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes.

Il y a un garage de stationnement couvert à 4 étages et un passage couvert pour le stationnement.

Nous louons aux adultes et à leurs familles. Les personnes de moins de 25 ans doivent être accompagnées de parents ou d'adultes responsables (une vérification de l'âge sera requise avant la location).

L'occupation est limitée à 8 personnes.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this condo! It was exactly as pictured with stunning views! Loved the convenience of having beach chair service and having a partially covered pool for those rainy days. It was also one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Really enjoyed our trip!! The Celedon room 1702Was in a great location, not too busy during our stay. Clean and had all amenities needed!!Had one small hiccup with the stove, it kept tripping the breaker, the owner answered our call on first attempt and this was fixed without delay. Would definitely consider staying there again!!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! I love everything about it and hope to return again soon. We had a few technical issues with the lock but the property manager was quick to respond. We always enjoy our time here at Celedon for our anniversary and this beautiful place to stay just amped that up.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the beach. Glad to have complimentary chairs on beach. Loved the parking garage for keeping our vehicle cool on those hot days. Loved the location.

Great stay!

We loved our stay in this condo! The chair rentals along with the “extra” chairs and wagon really helped make our daily trips to the beach easy! The condo was stocked with everything we needed! Thanks for a great trip!

Thank you for your review Jill. We are so glad you enjoyed the condo. The beach chair rentals are as much as 40.00 dollars per day. We add beach service as a bonus to our guest. This is a seasonal service from March 1st through October 31st. The wagon is there for making your trip to the beach more convenient. We hope to see you back at the beach soon! Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our week at the resort. The room was well kept with easy access to the beach. Only negative we had was the lack of seating at the pools.

My husband and I got married at the Celdon 20 years ago in April. It was great to be back. Great location, people were very friendly. The condo had plenty of room and was very nice. Loved having a wagon and chairs available!!

Wonderful Stay

We spent the week at 1702 during the last week of August. Our family had a wonderful time. The property manager is an excellent communicator. The propert had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook and prepare meals. The resort itself is very quiet, easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful trip

The unit was clean, very well decorated. Great location. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only complaint or suggestion I have is we needed more towels we had 6 bath towels. We had 7 people in our group. I would suggest more towels an extra blankets.

Restful stay

We enjoyed staying here. Only hiccup was issue with the elevators. 2 of 3 went down at the same time. Seeing this has happened previously at Celadon as well. Fortunately tgey were able to get one of the 2 that were down working again. The unit was neat and clean Beds were hard and pillows not supportive enough but we made do. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful in every way!

First i have to say that the owner was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and understanding she just made everything go so smoothly. With all that being said the condo was much more beautiful than the pictures. Such a comfortable stay so much room in master and guest rooms. To have the bonus bunk beds was so helpful with 2 young boys. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Most amazing sunsets! If my family comes again next year we will be booking again. 5*

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice. Had all the amenities needed. The only complaint was with the elevators. 22 floors and three elevators is tough but when two are broken down and they aren't even trying to get them fixed it is bad news for everyone. We had a three year old and a eight month old with us and had to walk down 17 flights. Luckily we were gone for most of the day and two were working when we got back.

Hello John, I am so glad you and your family enjoyed the condo. It has recently been remodeled and is one of the most wanted condos in the building! I am so sorry that you and your family were inconvenienced with the elevator. Please know that the elevator issue was reported and up and running in a matter of a few hours. I am so glad you were able to use elevators when returning from your day trip and there after. At times, things happen but our Celadon staff are aware of the day-to-day operations of the building and do there best to makes sure all have an enjoyable stay. We do hope you will be back for another beach vacation soon!

The unit was immaculate when we arrived and we noted all cleaning materials were readily available for our use if we had needed to clean up anything. The kitchen was very well stocked, as were the bathrooms. We were surprised to find ice in the hopper as well as in a storage tray in the freezer. Parking was especially nice since we could park in a covered garage and access to the garage was via an air-conditioned walkway. The luggage carts were well stocked and available close to the elevators. The beach was just steps away, easy access and not crowed while we were staying. The beach service that came with our unit was very useful, the attendant was very cordial and helpful.

Vacation at Celadon

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the kitchen had nice appliances and we loved the huge balcony and access to the beach. However when we arrived to the unit we noticed stains on the sheets, a closet door off the runner (more than likely due to renovations), several light bulbs were burnt out and there was some dried/burnt on food on a sheet pan. It was late when we arrived, so we were a little frustrated to see that. We immediately emailed the property manager and she was prompt with a response. We treated and rewashed the sheets ourselves, and did some tidying up for our own peace of mind and moved on. We greatly enjoyed our stay after we got passed the general cleanliness. Panama City Beach is beautiful.

Thank you for your review, Bailey. We are so glad you liked the condo, especially the kitchen appliances. Views from the balcony are breathtaking! I cannot comment on stains on sheets or food on sheet pan. There were no pictures sent. The first time I was made aware of this was when you first made contact and said you had taken care of both issues. Cleaning was sent out to address any other concerns. Door has been placed back on track, light bulbs have been replaced. Since your visit a routine maintenance has been done. HVAC filters were changed, touch up painting was done, pictures were secured to wall, rug was replaced in hallway and another rug was added by sliding door. Our goal is to have a wonderful beach getaway so that our guest come back year after year. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back soon. Very best regards, Alesia Daugherty
